After that leg session I took a hiatus from posting and took a much needed deload, mismanaging recovery caught up on me, I skipped most shots except 2 days worth of gear and I did only 1 cardio session.

My first day back was sunday the 1st and I went to church in the morning did cardio until 1pm and ate breakfast at 1:15pm hit a evening session of chest and shoulders with some assisted pull-ups for a warmup.

I realise I am not Clark Kent 😂 I am human

Got home @12 cardio begins, smash this overpowered pre-workout Ronin and 20mg cardarine, 100mg 5amino, 20mg yohimbine and some albuterol, much sweat, sadly no l carnitine or hgh in this precardio stack.

Popeye is back from thingo so we tic Tac toe a lil and plan a touch ..

Sunday afternoon, tried pulling the carbs out of my intra and dropping the slin, out of hgh so just pre-workout and aminos 25g EAAs.

Post workout meal 100g cream of rice 80g whey and 5 prunes

Dinner cup of roo, bread with honey and coleslaw mix, paprika

Dinner 2 oats 1.5 cups + whey protein 75g plus a punnet of blueberries and more bread and honey (250g honey was consumed over all) I woke up lighter today on Monday 🤯 workout in next post 👇🏽.
Each day 45min fasted cardio, vacuums and this Sunday I did 3 sets of 12 crunches and 3 sets of lying bent leg raises the top range (6, 7 and 7 reps)
All before breakfast.

Hmm ristretto is nice, these are sadly just Aldi supermarket coffee so nothing excellent. On my 18th I drank a litre of cold brew it's on my Instagram. Back when I used to do 10km runs on the daily .

This birthday was more my speed 😁 chilled

oats are good but how about adding some psyllium husk and a lot more probiotics bro? ;)
 
Monday 2nd of December:

Started the day with 45min cardio fasted and some abs 3 sets of crunches superset with vacuums.

Precardio stack half a scoop of Ronin 2 caps yohimbine and 16mg albuterol

400mcg t4 and 100mg empaglaflozin also

Breakfast was flathead, fish oil caps and tomatoes providing 55g protein and 6g fat and 10g carbs

Pre-workout meal was cream of rice 60g 40g hydro whey

Intra 25g EAAs only no insulin

Post 80g cream of rice and 400g blood orange
80g hydro whey and 10g glutamine

Post 2
fish again 53g protein worth of flathead
Half a punnet of cheery tomatoes roasted and half a white sweet potato roasted


Post 3 a packet of rice cakes and 🍯
2 scoops of whey and cocoa powder

I started the day with some coffee and pre-workout, half a scoop of Ronin and 2 10mg caps of yohimbine.

I did 45min of stairs fasted and a brief abs workout of 3 sets of lying leg raises 7 reps and some vacuums and posing.

I had whey protein and cream of rice for breakfast
60g whey and 80g of cream of rice, some cinnamon and an apple.

Lunch and meal 3 where identical, half a white sweet potato baked, fish and roasted veggies, topped with Himalayan salt, pepper and paprika. Two fish oil caps

Meal 4 is below this oats and whey snack with watermelon some cocoa also. Two slices of rye and honey

8 dates

And dinner was jello lite and more water melon
Contributing 48g of protein from jello and I mixed in some glycine taurine and inositol.

Carbs ~500g protein ~300g fat 33g

Yes and no, I am finding myself leaner up until Wednesday however I needed a few days off cardio as I overdid the volume on the new split... Definitely need to cut back the total number of sets half or more even... I am able to bring a lot of intensity with this frequency, I should avoid burying myself like I did start of this week, weight went as low as 94kg then rebounded up to 97 today we will try and get back to 94 and maintain avoiding insulin and excess volume
 
I used to eat a lot of cream of rice back in the day. Cinnamon sounds really good along with it.
 
I like the 45 minutes of stair, climbing, and it's good that you did. It faster, really burn some extra fat.

Weight can drop thats normal. Why not cycle off the hgh insulin a bit, give your body a break? @AE1079 can you chime in on his insulin/hgh use please

Insulin not a fan of unless your pounding high carbs. I used both lantus and Novo.
Lantus made me watery as fuck.. hate the look, however it keeps BG intact on thise big carb days and saves your pancreas with burden. Novo I prefer as it’s in and out. Post workout and even pre. The only reason you need insulin really is to take that burden off the pancreas and match the insulin needed to the BG. If your BG is low, don’t take it.

You can use insulin as a modalitie to control BG while on HGH, but there are better ways. Berberine, fasted cardio, Carnitine to name a few.

You can honestly maintain good BG with cardio and diligent eating, keeping body fat low too.

Agreed with competitive use, even then though physiques lose lines and striations. It’s like they get some marbling in the muscle and create a softer look come stage time. I had to pull it before prep, I didn’t like the puffiness and the water retention one bit.

Looks like I will by accident lol 🤣 waiting on a restock for Popeye and I am pulling insulin regardless.

I was watching an interview with Bleu Taylor and he did an experiment on IV HGH vs IM HGH, he was saying of course the peak serum is way greater, but results are very much the same, the IV route definitely seems not for the faint hearted, would be keen to hear the reasoning for yourself on the IV

Seems to me like a person can beat up their veins for no reason right.
 
why intravenous? Its much safer to do it subQ.
Because it works better IV and unlike subq there is no lipo hypertrophy at the site of injection. Often diabetics get a fatty fold where they repeatedly inject. Earlier in this log when I was struggling to manage Blood sugar I was taking glucagon subq fasted upon waking and noticed site specific fatloss

Just so you know, Veins do collapse its a legit issue with doing to much IV injections, this happens to drug addicts a lot.

Okay fellas I took a break from logging over Christmas and I came down to a cruise, no orals mast or hgh just test And arimidex.

Popeye came back from a little break and we both enjoyed our Christmas 🎁 at least tried too 😅 . I probably was luckier on that front sadly @popeye2.0.

Moving forward I will start a new log post, mainly because the name is now misleading as I am not running MGF, IGF or test base anymore... So onwards and upwards, I am looking forward to a new year working with Popeye and no I am not looking for another sponsor at the moment, I personally believe that it's hard to attribute results if your running two brands of oils for example, "what is doing what?" Which I completely understand.

As much as I love gear lol no point in being greedy, I have all the time in the world to grow at a reasonable pace and stay healthy, not to mention happy 😊😁. I love Popeye's products the most of any brand I have tried yet and not to mention I actually enjoy chatting with him 😂 which always helps lol.

Anyway long winded way of saying check the log section as I will be posting there soon ! 🤠

Because it works better IV and unlike subq there is no lipo hypertrophy at the site of injection. Often diabetics get a fatty fold where they repeatedly inject. Earlier in this log when I was struggling to manage Blood sugar I was taking glucagon subq fasted upon waking and noticed site specific fatloss
