Hi all so here my log thanks to Sydneycity supplements. So far so good.

Few stat's
Just finished a blast of test e 550mg, Tren e at 600mg witha anadrol kick start so going into this cruise to give the body a break before blasting again soon.

38years old
104kg
6,1 feet height
Been on and off steroids for the past 8 or so years being that my partner and I starting to try having a baby but then it didnt so that was that i just just on the tren straight away.
Going from 84kg to 105kg in a matter of a few short months where I ran hcg etc

Current peds will be
Test e 400mg pw

My future cycle will be
2iu hgh evening
50mg of anadrol per day
50mg of proviron per day
300mg of NPP a week
450mg of Test prop per week

Current Ancillaries:
- Multi-vitamin
- Fish oil
- NMN: 250mg
- Cialis 40mg monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Low dose aspirin 10mg per day
-Arimidex .50 mg twice a week

My current TDEE is approximately 3800 calories. I will be consuming 4400 calories to remain in a surplus.
Macros are approximately:
- Protein: 40%
- Carbs: 40%
- Fats: 20%

Training:
I currently train 5 days week at the yard gym while I train at a conventional gym in the afternoon most days depends how I'm feeling and what I've got going on.

- monday-legs compound lifts Sqauts etc legs.
-Tuesday: weights based cardio
- Wednesday: Shoulders Chest back
- Thursday:weights based cardio.
- Friday: dead lifts glute work.
Sunday rest day

Monday- Chest session in the afternoon. At another gym.
--Wednesdays I do an arms session at anothergym
-Fridays- Legs session in the afternoon.
-Saturday- Back and shoulders session in the afternoon.


Currently just cruising on @Sydneycity at 400mg test e aweek

I just got blood work so ill update it asap!

I also getting a halter monitor as my father died at 46years old from a heart attack, just to take precautions.

Not a fan of B&C and we literally had another member talking about fertility last week (viz your comment about making a baby). Kiss your HPTA goodbye (or at least get a sperm count and or have some frozen)

Hey bro here are my results from my baby maker's! The one on the left if prior to coming off finasteride and the one on the right is post finasteride and hcg! Which my dr was very happy with at thr time so you can recover!
@donkeypunchbub finasteride is not my thing, had huge prostate issues with it, and multiple clients had issues with ED using finasteride

Cos I'm sure I've had none at all!
Finasteride syndrome, it's legit but not all guys get it. Symptoms usually ED (cant get it up), swollen prostate (hard to pee) and overall dryness, and a lot more depends on the person.

I'm sure @AE1079 will have a write up at some point about it

First meal of the day- Peri Peri chicken 41 grams of protein 8 grams of fats and 41g of carbs

Although I did have two bananas prior to my work out and rice cream carbs powder which equates to about 100grams of carbs and 9 grams of protein and 2 grams of fats


Then another apple and banana post workout which is about another 60 grams of carbs etc

These are also my latest body scans as of yesterday! I know these arent entirely accurate at all. I'm currently eating anywhere from 4000-4500 calories.

Last night I took my sleeping meds and ate a piece of chocolate and a bowl of fruit loops hahaha fkn hell

make sure though you're keeping them clean
 
sometimes finasteride issues can take time
some people though completely don't get issues

Up plus myself halt monitor. So my question should I do it now!

Brother this is a cycle! Your way over the threshold of high T on paper. A legitimate cruise dose or TRT is 125-200mg depending on the individual. Then we have TRT+ and TRT sports+ to make higher dosing acceptable as a cruise to make it seem like it’s nothing.. I call it a cycle. Maintaining your muscle size only requires around 1mg of test per Lbs as a rough idea. Even less sometimes.

Definitely get bloods, I understand this may be a small dose for you but it’s worth getting a check up

Tren in the mix can effect eGFR, Cystatin C, LFTs, electrolytes, Haematology. It wreaks havoc my bro. Definitely defiantly get when you can to get the ok for another blast

I would also add bodybuilding TRT+ for guys that have been on high doses for a while as well, thats a legit TRT level @AE1079

You can start with 200mgs testosterone/week and see how you feel 2 weeks in solo self TRT and boost to sports TRT+ 300mgs as you go imo @donkeypunchbub

Hey Boys I hurt my lower back last Tuesday so I haven't really been training until last Saturday when me and a mate did a shoulder and an arm workout!
Me and my partner had an ice bath and a magnesium float, sauna and a massage on Sunday which really helped fix it.

Back in the gym this afternoon to do some back and biceps!

I had a fkd l5/S1 a while ago where I could barely get up off the ground and slept on the ground for aged as it hurt to sleep on the bed. But it's not that bad atm thank fuck!

But I will be getting bloods taken tomorrow ! So fingers crossed it all looks good!

@donkeypunchbub I would go with planks to get the core stronger to tighten the lower back, hopefully you recover fast.

planks are the way, i had to do them for years to get my lower back in order :)

Big believer in planks, I like to do side planks and regular planks before I train to get my core warmed up and prepared
for sure, IMO all our guys training should be planking ED

Here's my updated bloods.
So my testosterone has stayed the same as if I were on the same dosage of 500mg per week of the AlphaLabs testosterone the only thing my dr said that was out of wack was the phosphorus which he said could have been from my fasting and doing the blood test at 10:30am.

Looks like my igf-1 HDL, E2 and LDL levels are all good too!
Looking forward to starting this when I get back from seeing the family on the 29th of December.

you said you're using 500mgs testosterone? at 500mgs your testosterone base should be higher than 51 imo especially for a big guy like you

My results on 150mg of Test E are 28.7 nmol/L.
My results on 250mg of Test E are 44.3 nmol/L.

On 500mg I'd expect to be 70+, but everyone does metabolise differently, so 51 might be ok. Be glad of @AE1079's thoughts.

250mg is anywhere from 45-48 IMO - metabolism does matter but wouldn’t pull numbers wildly up and down.

500mg you should be seeing as least - 70+

Might be underdosed - we are seeing this more and more now @Pigsy

Yes we are, my last blood test showed underdosed test. From a Vendor outside of EVO. This shows how important blood work is.

100% agreed - thankful for loggers doing testing as it’s vital to know which labs are correctly dosing their gear, as we are getting smarter and knowing what to look for now as a community

Regardless his results are capped and id suggest using imedical to see the uncapped numbers for Free & total at least.
Yes, it Is past tense. He was running alphalabs before starting on Sydney

Alpha has had some products come back underdosed some over some perfect anytime an issue has been brought to light he's addressed it immediately he's one of the best labs in Oz but yes continue to ban all the good Aussie vendors as always.
