Approved Log My TRT cycle Log

-the two blood tests attached, the one in the green numbers was taken on the 4th November 2024, the one with a number of parameters in red was taken on December 11th 2024.
-No prior steroid cycles, however back in 2018 approximately I took a sarms cycle consisting of the following:
-Rad140
-Lgd4033
-mk677
-mk2866
All of those was taken at the recommended lower label dosage for an extended period of time, to memory approximately 3months. No PCT was conducted after this.

History of mental health issues, recently came off a substantial amount of medication with guidance of the health care professional, these was:
-Priadel lithium @1200mg
-Biquelle XL @ 150mg
-Diazepam @ 6mg
-Venleflaxine @ 300mg
these was weaned down over a period of several months, i was clear of any medication approximately 4 weeks prior to initial blood test.

self administered TRT which escalated into a cycle.

Today Tuesday 17th December I had an appointment with a HRT specialist, advised to stop taking Test(e)300, wean myself off and upon completion of the vial. Wait 2-3months before another consultation to see where I stand within their practice.

Started injecting test(e)300 approximately 6 weeks ago, began dose at 0.15-0.2ml per injection twice weekly. Was feeling great so lack of experience and poor judgement I jumped to 0.3ml EOD. Attached below is my supplier aswell the remaining steroid in the vial, I did not start with any AI or SERM. I have order Aromasin and Nolvadex on the 16th December 2024, as I am experiencing what seems to be E2 related gyno or potentially prolactin.

Supporting vitamins:
-Vitamin D3+K2(Mk-7) by nutrition geeks from amazon (taken in morning)
-P5P (taken in morning)
-Vitamin B12(taken in morning)
-L-Lysine (for coldsores)
-Magnesium glycinate 3-1 nutrition geeks
-Zinc

Started a workout and food log on Monday 9th December

Pure Gym and works Gym are used, certain machines are displayed as 1-20, unclear on weight. Other machines are labelled so forgive any inconsistencies.

Worthwhile note is as of today with the appointment with the consultant advising me to come off and the poor blood work my gyno is beginning to make things alot more mentally challenging, my intention is upon receiving the aromasin and nolvadex I will start:

Only reason I pinched it was to show the size of the fatty area, the pre existing gyno wasn't this large. Just wondering if the damage done is a permanent thing or if the aromasin and nolvadex will reduce it as its quite embarrassing.

You're not the first guy to get gyno and not the last. @AE1079 and I were talking about high estrogen and TRT for a while now and you are a prime example of this.

Lets talk diet training first.

I'd like to see you stay on the logging front, keep updating diet training daily as I'd like to see your fat intake and cortisol levels.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Cycle and estrogen
The issue with what you're doing with aromasin and tamoxifen, is you're overcompensating for high estrogen due to gynecomastia. Thats normal for guys to do but dangerous in the long run.
You need to stop EOD aromasin. Switch to aromasin Monday 12.5mgs and Thursday 12.5mgs
increase tamoxifen to 40mgs ED
also do NOT squeeze the nipples or touch them or play with them, it will increase prolactin levels and make the gynecomastia worse.

You are from USA?
I have suspicion it might be the testosterone itself too.
And if you are continuing to get E2 side effects with this protocol which is somewhat aggressive then you either need to reduce total dose or get off as the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.

Tamoxifen does take some time to build up and work so be patient on that front. This protocol should stop e2 from binding to its beta receptors and aromasin should rid of excess E2 in blood serum, my only concern is with tamox Is its ability to quickly turn E1 > E2, but aromasin should take care of that.

In this case it’s appropriate to use a AI 100%

I logged the diet, didn't do the whole macros as it gets a bit too tedious and begins to take the enjoyment out of the experience, when I say chicken it means 1 chicken breast, basmatti rice means 1 cup of rice as I'm not into big portions atm. The training was wrote above, and I'll continue to write it as the days progress.

The meal plan I started as of Monday is :
Breakfast
-4 eggs, 50g Porridge oats and fruit
Meal 1 and 2 ( sometimes but rarely a 3rd )
1 cup or 1 microwave packet of basmatti rice with 1 chicken breast
I will also log the additional snacks or times I trip and something falls into my mouth.

Cardio at the moment I'm trying to do everyday as I feel very groggy and overweight, the most relaxing form for me is steady state on a treadmill. Depending on how my knees feel it varies between 6kmph-9, cardiovascular wise I'm pretty fit so even at those paces I can run comfortably for about 15-20mins before sweating. So stick on my little pony and I'm happy.

Just panicking and don't want to get to get bad gyno and try to reverse/minimise the damage done. That's the only reason I thought to run the AI/SERM that way, but obviously "you know nothing john snow".

I don't know what I can accomplish by uploading more photos of the same bottle but I am from the UK and that was purchased from a company called chiltonlabs, just by typing that into Google you should be able to find their website. I was directed there after reading reddit forums on where to source it from prior to finding more credible forums. The positive about the company is it's extremely attractive pricing comparable to others, and from what I've researched it seems to be a trustworthy source.

from reading this, seems you're high carbs, as you get high carbs you'll get bloat and higher estrogen
you need higher fiber to flush estrogen from the body so diet matters a lot
@AE1079 mentioned fiber and estrogen in another post

you need higher fiber to flush estrogen from the body so diet matters a lot

-the two blood tests attached, the one in the green numbers was taken on the 4th November 2024, the one with a number of parameters in red was taken on December 11th 2024.
-No prior steroid cycles, however back in 2018 approximately I took a sarms cycle consisting of the following:
-Rad140
-Lgd4033
-mk677
-mk2866
All of those was taken at the recommended lower label dosage for an extended period of time, to memory approximately 3months. No PCT was conducted after this.

History of mental health issues, recently came off a substantial amount of medication with guidance of the health care professional, these was:
-Priadel lithium @1200mg
-Biquelle XL @ 150mg
-Diazepam @ 6mg
-Venleflaxine @ 300mg
these was weaned down over a period of several months, i was clear of any medication approximately 4 weeks prior to initial blood test.

self administered TRT which escalated into a cycle.

Today Tuesday 17th December I had an appointment with a HRT specialist, advised to stop taking Test(e)300, wean myself off and upon completion of the vial. Wait 2-3months before another consultation to see where I stand within their practice.

Started injecting test(e)300 approximately 6 weeks ago, began dose at 0.15-0.2ml per injection twice weekly. Was feeling great so lack of experience and poor judgement I jumped to 0.3ml EOD. Attached below is my supplier aswell the remaining steroid in the vial, I did not start with any AI or SERM. I have order Aromasin and Nolvadex on the 16th December 2024, as I am experiencing what seems to be E2 related gyno or potentially prolactin.

Everyone is different with food :) we have to work around your meal plan thats the best way.

It seems like you have a lot of different things you're working on at the same time.
But I would definitely get your gyno checked by a professional to make sure.
 
I can't tell from the picture if you have gyno or not.
But I can tell you, it's nothing to mess around with and it's better to catch it early and get it taken care of then. Let it sit around.

Mindset has improved, decided to drop down to 0.15ml Test(e)300 twice weekly, 100mg/week. To see how my body responds since its already reacted poorly to 300mg/week, aromasin and nolvadex arrived so the suggested 12.5mg aromasin twice weekly and 40 nolvadex ED will be done initially to resolve immediate high levels of E2 and reduce gyno symptoms.

Questions :
-My intention is to only use the AI until the 357 E2 is back within healthy ranges and then continue on the Nolvadex till the end of the PCT. Then run a course of Raloxifene at 60mg for 10 days reducing to 30mg until the gyno has reduced. Is this an incorrect thought process ? I am slowly making my way your content online and learning so I apologise in advance. If not then how would you go about running the AI and SERM till the end of the PCT.

You should add protein bars easier to digest and they taste good, the switch from junk to healthy is hard, but junk to protein bars much easier. :)

Testosterone I would say at 150mgs/week split into 3 50mgs shots.

I read that Raloxifene is better at removing existing gynecomastia and only considered a Raloxifene protocol after my current cycle has finished and after the PCT.

The issue with what you're doing with aromasin and tamoxifen, is you're overcompensating for high estrogen due to gynecomastia. Thats normal for guys to do but dangerous in the long run.
You need to stop EOD aromasin. Switch to aromasin Monday 12.5mgs and Thursday 12.5mgs
increase tamoxifen to 40mgs ED
also do NOT squeeze the nipples or touch them or play with them, it will increase prolactin levels and make the gynecomastia worse.
I don't like avocado's but I could much on a handful of nuts, small nuts like the ones on this forum. Porridge oats? Must be a different wording between UK and USA. Although it may not seem like much food, I've finished the day feeling relatively full. If my glycogen stores diminish then I could always do a refeed day and adjust moving on. But I'm determined to lose BF as to be in a better condition for using the steroids.

On the food part, no issues with avocados just switch to walnuts and almonds, best is walnuts with high omega 3.

The training, pre and post workout cardio is important as a warm up and as a fat loss tool.

The gyno, start with 60mgs ed for 1 week and go down to 40mgs week 2, its a pyramid down. I had another look at your gyno @onebaldwonder and would up the tamox week 1.

I haven’t had a chance to dive into raloxifene but I have heard it’s extremely beneficial for gyno. Will do some more research on it in the background
 
Tamoxifen is known for clotting blood, so it’s not a great long term therapy for steroid induced gyno. It can still keep E2 relatively high, it stops the binding for sure but it does increase total clotting in blood leading to more health risks.. did someone say primo?

I’m saying tamoxifen isn’t always a great drug for certain people, steroid users generally have high hematocrit levels, with cholesterol and plaque build up if they aren’t careful, imagine that mixture with now some clotting.

Treatment would simply be surgery, the option of using SERM/AIs is presented as a reactive or proactive measure for the potential of steroid induced gyno.

Going through logs both @Eddie Haskell and myself are seeing even just at TRT doses, men with high E2, aromatising rates are higher now I feel - which can be correlated to more people using testosterone and using bloodwork.

I just feel like there needs to be better options or even pre requisites to avoid these issues. Type 1 and 2 AIs have their use in bodybuilding but the use of these if far more dangerous in SOME cases. I think the combination of side effects in terms of blood viscosity and high BP caused by gear can exacerbate potential harm of these SERMs.

So instead of throwing a drug at it what can we do? Diet and exercise? Knowing what micro nutrients to combat the above? I thimk

Would primobolan treat existing gynecomastia (lump form)? I have my doubts, and I haven't seen anecdotal evidence of this either. Nonetheless, I am open to changing my mind if more evidence is presented.

Ultimately, The OP @onebaldwonder will have to make the decision, but my advice would be to moderate Ai and SERM doses for safety sake.
Thanks for the link to the study and it's something I came across whilst digging into it myself, my now new concern is my grandad actually died from DVT.

So with that new discovery I'm going have to be considerably more conservative with dosages, as stated prior I've lowered the TEST(E)300 to 100mg a week, with that my E2 and prolactin levels should decrease naturally from the 300mg/wk dose and I'm going to lower to the nolvadex to 40mg for the remainder of this week then drop to 20, I'd rather reduce E2 slower then increase risks of clotting. Then come the new year after only been on Aromasin and Nolvadex for approximately 11 days get my blood work done, that in combination to reducing testosterone dose should but me in a place where I am able to stop both AI and SERM. lesson learned that I'm sensitive to estrogen and have a poor threshold for testosterone ethanate.

That way if bloodwork comes back within respectable levels then I can just use 3mg of aromasin to keep E2 down to prevent the need for a SERM and gyno problems occurring again in future. Although on a 100mg/week dose I couldn't imagine that been the case but I could just be that unlucky.

Thoughts on this plan of action?

@AE1079 I think we should explore primobolan for gynecomastia, even masteron but not lump form.

I think @onebaldwonder does need to work on diet and training and cardio for sure, as those are likely leading factors on hormone imbalances.

Because most people don't react as severe or get poor blood work results from 300mg/wk of Test(e) so if I lower it to 100mg/Wk for the remainder of the cycle and have a good experience than I know that's a tolerable dose for me. I can then increase to 150mg/wk the next time, the low dose of aromasin is because of the low dose of Test(e). Most people don't require an AI or SERM at these dosages but I'm just unlucky, so by using the low dose Aromasin Hypothetically that's all I'll need for the low dose of Test(e).

I served in the army as infantry, proceeded to I company and specialised in Javelin (just to give context as to amount of weight carried). So my knees are shot, I love running but unfortunately I can't do weights and running on a serious level and at the moment I'm prioritising bodybuilding, so I can only run for shorter periods of time at slower paces.

Meh I really dislike high fats when I'm trying to clean, I don't like walnuts so I'd rather snack on some cashews or pistachios. I have a number of vitamins in my Amazon basket but unfortunately this time of year I can't just buy them all, doing the best I can atm.

Forgot to write the vitamins in my basket, they are:
-Taurine
-Evening primrose oil
-Tumeric
-Nattokinase
-Omega 3 fish oil
Sure higher fats can be hard but you need them for a hormonal balance and to get goals
Can you eat almonds?

On dosing, I think 300 to 100 is a steep drop, you should cruise on let’s say 200 first before cutting down to see how you feel , physically and mentally

Unfortunately if I'd have to sacfrice time with my family to do cardio in the morning, I mean I could go for a morning run but atm high impact jogging is all I have available to me and that's just a no go on tarmacked roads. So I've come across something I'd like some input on, I've been taking Aromasin 12.5mg twice weekly to bring my spiked estrogen under control, I've also taken Nolvadex initially at 60mg now at 40mg daily. I've come across more and more information warning against the use of AI's and the risk of plummeting IGF-1 whilst taking Nolvadex.

Since I am converting such low amount of testosterone to high amounts of E2 would it more advantageous to use a DHT compound in conjunction with testosterone next time around? Instead of using AI's. Then again due to the fact I'm more prone to Gyno means I'll have to atleast have AI on hand and potentially take a SERM anyway. The reward to risk ratio for such a miniscule amount seems to be becoming an issue.

So I've come across something I'd like some input on, I've been taking Aromasin 12.5mg twice weekly to bring my spiked estrogen under control, I've also taken Nolvadex initially at 60mg now at 40mg daily. I've come across more and more information warning against the use of AI's and the risk of plummeting IGF-1 whilst taking Nolvadex.

Since I am converting such low amount of testosterone to high amounts of E2 would it more advantageous to use a DHT compound in conjunction with testosterone next time around? Instead of using AI's. Then again due to the fact I'm more prone to Gyno means I'll have to atleast have AI on hand and potentially take a SERM anyway. The reward to risk ratio for such a miniscule amount seems to be becoming an issue.

but right now I think really dialing a test only cycle is the goal
you are taking how much tamoxifen now vs test and aromasin?
want to make sure in case you modded the dose

Currently pinning twice weekly 0.3ml Test(e)300, monday and Friday. So roughly 100mg each pin 200mg/wk, 12.5g aromasin each time i pin simply because a matter of weeks ago my E2 was at 357 and I was only on 300mg/wk.

I will be getting a blood test after this week but since I'm new to this I don't really know how fast 12.5mg of aromasin can lower 357 E2 whilst still injecting. Also tamoxifen is currently at 40mg ED to get that gyno and those estrogen sides under control, again I'm unsure if 40mg ED is too much whilst on cycle but was thinking of dropping this down to 20mg as the gyno flare up has decreased quite significantly and only other estrogenic sides I'm getting is getting emotional but then again I'm facing marital issues so I'm just attempting to keep a level head, too many variables.

They gyno if the flare up is down and no lump go with 20mgs tamox

And aromas on pin days 2x is fine

But for bloods wait 2 days post aromasin dose and draw

This absolutely. It's a missing factor in too many would be athletes calculations. That and drink, meds, medical conditions etc
