Whopper session today every single set progressed. Took out the pendulum for the single leg hip press due to lower back being a bit fried. Will be running with that setup going forward. Aim is longevity and consistency with training. With the stiff leg I get so much erector engagement it’s better being safe than sorry. Really enjoying my new split and this day in particular I always get hyped for

Massive sesh today. Progressed every set. Extremely pleased with the stiff legs. @DofRandD anabolics doing the goods and @BigBoyLabs gh fuelling that recovery nuts how easy it is between sessions now. Extremely fun day of movements think it’s the perfect leg day for me. Knees still feel in good nick as well. Occasionally got a tiny bit of stiffness but they feel great with these movements. Joints overall feel nice and fresh despite strength increase
I like your new layout with your coach, but talk to him, you have high primobolan/masteron with only 350mgs testosterone, you might have low estrogen issues in the situation. Also your fats are low and carbs high, you can easily go up to 80-100 on fats and drop carbs to 400-450.Updated plan
Working with an old coach now together for anabolics and training. Thought I would give an updated scope and keep everyone in the loop.

Training has been put together based on personal feedback and what my coach has noticed with my body previously. Have played around with movements heaps to find what works. Volume is lower but all sets taken to failure to account. Excited to run these figures up.
Anabolics:
350 test
400 primo
400 mast
4iu gh jumping to 5 to finish cycle.
Anabolics are based off experience and what has worked. Pushing the envelope a bit yes but with a lofty goal it’s just a reality of the situation. Joints feel good with dht derivatives. And everything feels good just need to pull bloods asap. Will be switching to just primo next blast. Plan is to rinse out the remainder of the cycle and then move to sports trt of 150 test and 100 primo.

I agree with Lev on both fronts hereI like your new layout with your coach, but talk to him, you have high primobolan/masteron with only 350mgs testosterone, you might have low estrogen issues in the situation. Also your fats are low and carbs high, you can easily go up to 80-100 on fats and drop carbs to 400-450.
There was community discussion with @AE1079 about E2, I think he can add to this conversation.
Appreciate the feedback my man! From previous bloods my e2 has ran fairly high even on 300mg test. But will be pulling bloods next week now the primo and mast is fully saturated to confirm and will go from there, this is planned with coach. Have also pushed test a little bit higher haven’t felt great. Going at a 1:1 ratio previously or a little higher usually just resulted in me getting more acne and not feeling great personally, holding more water etc.I agree with Lev on both fronts here
Primo + mast is a great combo when the test is climbing towards the 1000mg range, great compounds to add in to help E2 stay in range and stop excess aromatisation.
When low test with mast and primo, you can potentially lower E2 below range especially at test being low. Sure there’s some outliers here who need both at low doses, but they are few and far between.
like Lev advised speak to your coach, get some bloods to help you identify E2 and it’s ranging, and adjust. When there’s both of these compounds at with low dose test, it can become confusing which drug to reduce or increase, when in the higher doses it’s more predictable. Being close to the floor on test doesn’t help carry primo and mast in what it needs to do biologically.
In terms of fats and carb ratios, I agree with lev in this instance. You will benefit with higher fats in omega 3s, allow better overall nutrient absorption, slower digestion to allow glucose to get into the muscle before it’s burned off, lower blood sugar and better storage of glycogen. I find when I increase fats, I can hold onto more carbohydrates in muscle cells, as opposed to feeding more for one reason and creating more GI stress.
Have a conversation with your coach about it. I know I would appreciate it as a coach to have my client raise any concerns or pointers to ask questions to get a optimal outcome
He’s a coach, and because of it he believes in his methods so trust the process. He knows your body better then what we do, we just go off what you logAppreciate the feedback my man! In regards to fats he likes taking a higher approach carb wise as opposed to fats. Appreciate the input and will have a bit of a chat with him to further gauge where we are at. We have always ran carb and protein high and fats a bit lower when we previously worked together too.
Nah for sure always keen to learn and hear new things from people. Defo pretty open to ideas don’t wanna be stuck to one method. Appreciate the in depth feedback though mate and best of luck physique wise going forwardHe’s a coach, and because of it he believes in his methods so trust the process. Bit of a hiatus with the girlfriend for a few days over the weekend for some social bits and pieces but back on the grind now. From talking to the coach appetite is struggling and feel insulin sensitivity is shot. Loading up for an aggressive 5 week minicut. Unfortunate timing but having described feeling and communicating it’s clear it’s the best course of action. Will be interesting to see how much waist comes in and how much I’ve built over the last few months. Coach is happy overall and him knowing my body previously helps tremendously. Excited to finish off the cycle and maintain before coming into a blast.
I’ve only restarted with the coach again. We are ironing some things through rn. But for a while appetite has been fairly poor. Just feeling sluggish and lethargic throughout the day. Put on roughly 11kg since beginning of cycle. We had a chat and felt it was best to do an aggressive mini cut and start fresh to get the most out of the next push up. I’ve more or less been in a surplus since December as well. Bit chop and change starting off but im pretty close with the coach and he’s coming in at the tail end of the cycle/bulk so was always going to be a bit variable@BigCheese2000 5 week mini cut, why? seems you were bulking right?
