I've ordered a new blood pressure monitor as my old one seems to of lost its reliability.

Legs tomorrow.

Squats for the 1st time in like 10 years has made me realise I have old knees. 80kg felt heavy and awkward which is waaaay under my maximum from year ago.

I think i may invest in some 5mm thick single ply sleeves.

Gunna hit legs tomorrow as temps drop to 35 °C been 45 all week.

I've eliminated a daily redbull from my diet due to stomach issues. I'm loosing weight.

Bloods taken this morning, fasted. Await results of 250mg test.

Few food pictures. As always, not bodybuilder clean but by modern day standards, not bad.

bros red bull is horrible. good job getting rid of it.

Thanks, I feel so much better without one.

I had one about 3 weeks into initally stopping having them as a bit of a treat. I won't be having another, it wasn't very enjoyable.

I've been very active outside of the gym, so not a complete loss. I look better for the extra steps and fat loss.

I may actually invest in some new scales as mine and the ones at the gym are very different readings.
 
I'm a big fan of the salad.

Looks really good and tastes really good.

I believe I needed to add more fruit and veg to my diet which I have.

I've also been supplementing super greens daily.

I said all winter I can't wait for summer, so I refuse to say i can't wait for winter. But I'm looking forward to the colder weather foods.

I used to ride a motorbike back in the UK through rain, snow and sun. It's done my joints no favours. The cold brings on a few niggles i just don't get in the warmer months. Being nearly 40 definitely doesn't help.

Training has been a write off this weekend. I have been helping my father in law with a new property they have bought.

Cutting down trees and digging the stumps out. Physical, in the hot sun, I burnt some calories.

Tans good, 3rd time I've been mistaken as being aboriginal.

Back to the normal diet this morning.

Blood results are back and pretty good.
  • E2 is higher than desired but manageable.
  • Alt is slightly elevated, but also manageable. I trained the day before the tests so probably in range anyway.
This is on 175mg of Test E.

This whole having access to your own bloods results luxury is still really new to me.

At best ive gone via the doctor who always gave feed back on the results.

For the sake of an easy number, at 500mg of test would you be looking at an even higher E2 reading? Is there a point where E2 is to high, or just comparable to your Testosterone level?

I have kindly been given a few Vails of test e to try by @masterlabs

The intention was to run a sponsored log but unfortunately due to the fact I don't want to share topless pictures, the admin team won't verify it (I explain why in my 1st log).

I will also continue to update my unverified log where I share updates of pictires food and training app, just not pictures of my upper body.

1st impressions are the vails are neat, tidy, well presented. Labels are straight and caps well crimped. Both vails are almost identical.


@masterlabs was easy to deal with. A picture alongside tracking was sent to me the day after our initial conversation and package was received 2 days later. Which is really good for how rural I am.

The plan is to run 750mg of Test e, alone. Ill likely jab twice a week and retake bloods at the 4 week mark (unless anyone suggests otherwise).

Current bloods were taken last Friday and are available to view in my log. They're on a weekly dose of 175mg Test E.

Thanks again to Master Labs. I appreciate the opportunity.

I think you got great meals, very clean. And gear looks clean but 750mgs/week is going to be big.
