noticed you holding some fat and water lower back and love handles, you're too close at 13 weeks out, you need to UP the cardio more and start dialing in the diet, add a few fasting days, you need to tighten up before 8 weeks

Big shout-out to one of my sponsors; Alpha North Labs. sends me everything I need when I need it, just took a couple days off for rest and recovery, back to the gym today for legs, currently training with a bro stack; 5 days on , 2 days off , I've started incorporating more cardio, dieting more strict. And also I've finished most of my bulk ; Test , Deca, Dbol. I will be continuing with the GH at 4 IU's a day all the way to the show, I've started using Tren ace with my test, and going to ease into my cutting agents. I've got test prop, Tren ace, mast prop, winstrol, t3, proviron, clenbuterol, GH, halo, nolvadex and pharmacy grade arimidex, I think I may have crashed my estro for a bit there taking so much arimidex and being pharma grade it's Definetely strong, but I find taking it evod for my entire cycle helps me to dry out by contest date. Any extra feedback or constructive criticism would be great I'm all ears. My Natty supps are still the same; creatine , whey isolate, glutamine, vitastack, liver HD, BCAA and pre-workout for the beta- alanine. Let me know what you guys think. Cheers , I'll take some footage on my iPad and update with my leg workout and some posing in a couple hours, my weak spots are and always have been : my diet, posing enough and cardio . So if I strengthen those weaknesses I have no doubt in my mind I could make my long term goal come true which is men's 212 masters Olympia : 40+. Alphas gear is great , I always get great gains with them too. I don't get any more swelling and no more acne, that's cause I'm showering often and using the right cleaning agents and when I inject I do so more slowly, rotate alot more and I let the body absorb it instead of just ramming it in there and ending up with a great big swollen lump. Speaking of which do any of you guys know much about lipotrophy and lipos (scar tissue buildup from repeated injections over the years, this will be my 7th show since 2020, and I'm just starting to learn the proper etiquette and protocols. Let me know your thoughts on scar tissue, do the lumps go away ? Do they need to get removed , my glutes and right shoulder seem a bit scarred from so many cycles and shows. Thanks EVO family.

Finished my leg workout and got me some goodies , holy shit the American stuff here in Canada is expensive $13.00 for a tiny bag of pistachio nuts. Had a great workout, for cardio I biked to the gym , got on air bike after leg workout which was a great pump, and also riding bike hone from gym, I don't want to lose to much size , and I don't want to over diet . I'd like to be full and shredded this year.

Getting my prep on lately, last night I did lean turkey with rice, tonight I'm doing sirloin grilling steaks with rice and peas, lots of food for a huge leg smashing day, and tommorow I will be doing a small chicken breast and sweet potatoes prep stay tuned.

I cut very fast , I'm thinking of starting my cut early I have lots of Tren ace mast prop, test prop, GH, T3, Clen, arimidex, nolvadex, proviron and winstrol tabs

Gotta get in at least one cheat meal per week, will be cutting all cheat meals 2 weeks out. Only eating one cheat meal per week .
1 cheat meal is good but about 4 weeks out you need to cut cheat meals not 2 weeks out. @JackD42
 
No but I get it in the organic protein bars 7g per bar.
I would try to add 20 grams psyllium husk per day, it will help you cut down on bloat and increase protein absorption when your digestion is better.

I should be good I started my cut today , doing more cardio, and eating way more strict. Ill post some pics. Next meal is chicken potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrotts, had steak and rice earlier .

GH - 4 IU DAILY IN AM PREWORKOUT

THANKS ALPHA NORTH LABS AND Pur-Pharma-Canada, I'm styling for this contest. These two labs are both top notch, and I can vouch for either lab. Both have good gear and both are good to go! :) they have been there for me this entire 16-20 week prep, and I can't thank either of them enough, both have good gear btw.

@JackD42 I can see you tightening up. Good overall thick, but try to work on the lower Lats more as you cut and on upper chest, hard to do now in this phase but give it a shot.
 
Nice job with your first couple meals, I like the eggs and the oatmeal.

You definitely did a great job in the off-season at building a lot of mass and size.
 
I used to bake chicken a lot back in the day. Plain chicken with some lemon. It was basic but it definitely worked.
 
You can definitely food prep for days

Then you can reheat the food.

You did not put on 25 lbs of lean muscle in your last bulk from October. I am calling bullshit. I just looked at your other log and you claimed you were 174.5 lbs at the show. The majority of weight is not muscle gain. It's water/glycogen and fat. You can't use your contest weight and then say your bulk is all muscle gain.

Though 25lbs of muscle is unlikely in a short period I agree, likely water and glycogen.

Short period of time ? My bulking season went from November - March. Taking heavy amounts of EQ, DECA, TEST, GH, DBOL . I Disagree with both of you and you will see when I step on stage at 205 shredded to the core in 11 weeks time.
