Tomorrow is my push day. Coach upped my carbs again from 450g on training day too 500g. My body is just loving the food we are putting in atm and is adapting well without putting excess fat on. 91.7kg fasted this morning. BG was 5.2 this morning straight after a 630g carb leg day!

I checked in with coach @PopRox19 today. Check in photos uploaded. He has upped my carbs by 25gs on rest days and my leg day (high carb day) he added another 100g carbs too and 10 units of lantus because we are past 700g now. The body seems to have turned into a furnace now, whatever we put in it seems to just love it.
