Friday was a awesome chest session was feeling good. I went to do some cardio with some friends and family later on at the park playing rugby. I accidently pulled my calf muscle. So i think ill stick to the stair machine from now on lol im trying to be positive and keep my head up as soon as my calf heals enough im getting back into the gym for my mental health. It does look swollen!Thank you brother it's getting better day by day i can limp on my calf with minimal weight. Im confident its not torn , just a pull or small tear in the calf.
