Any training updates?
Not really. I’ve been mostly doing the same routine as I was before. I’ll log my training this up coming week and post it. I did squat 295x10 on my last set this week. My PR is 355x8 but I was 10 years younger when that happened and my back was better.

Training volume is getting there :D I think you can do more pull ups though.
 
Nice job walking for 30 minutes that might not seem like a lot, but it really does help the heart health.

@motterbug I dont know if you're 20% bodyfat but 17-18% sure, you can start cutting now I think you ready right?

I'd agree with that. For physique it's as much about fat under the skin as visceral (for example lining the inside of the rib cage)
 
dexa scan can be prone to human error too. just depends on who is implementing it.
 
We expect big things out of you, for sure. You are only very early on this so give it a chance to kick in.
 
At the end of the day, the point is you're getting healthier. Can definitely tell the changes are happening from your before And after pictures,
 
the tirzepatide will definitely help you get the best results.

I’m currently down about 10lbs since I’ve started tirzeparide. In 3 days it’ll be 4 full weeks at 2mg. I plan on staying at 2mg until it doesn’t work. I’m dropping roughly 700 calories per day and I’m sleeping better.

Whats your diet like? protein intake is huge, a lot of muscle loss can happen with GLP-1s.

It’s really allowing me to reduce calories to a normal 1-1.5lb weight loss per week like I use to have no issue doing. Biggest benefit I get blood sugar seems to be more stable and that helps with mood and energy.

I could feel it working the first day. I noticed my mouth started salivating more and the saliva taste was slightly different within a couple hours of injection. I wouldn’t say it stunts appetite totally but does suppress. I don’t want anymore suppression than I’m currently getting because of side effects(headache, nausea, lethargy). I’ve only had side effects on 3 of the last 27 days and it’s been on days where I’ll be lazy reduce calories too much.

Weight was 216.2lbs this morning. I donated blood yesterday and my vein is still sore so I hit legs again. My left leg is slightly bigger than the right so I’m working trying to balance it out. I’m hoping to be around 210lbw by end of May.

I’m working on more squats. I was exclusively doing leg press for a while but I switched back to squat like 2 months ago. I’m trying to grow my glutes and it appears to be working lol.

3/4lb ground beef

8oz chicken burrito

On weekends I’ll lift in the morning and just have 3 packets of oatmeal before I gym and I’ll end up being there for 2-2.5 hours because I’ll do my hour walk 10 minutes at a time between exercises then it’ll be lunch time when I’m done.

Honestly I’d have to recalculate so it’ll be tomorrow before I do that. My goal is to reduce 700 calories per day from 3500 so I’m trying to stay near 2800 calories.
2800 is good but your protein should still be high.

so far with anavar you are doing fine, I think it's a diet situation we need to discuss
you can bump the testosterone a bit like TRT+ 300mgs+
300mgs testosterone 3-350 range
with 40mgs anavar and up to 50mgs
but you need organ support and liver support like n2guard with the orals

Bloods
I see your T levels dropped, why?
did you lower your Testosterone dose?
also
your bun no good and some liver issues with ALT which is easily fixed
add 7caps n2guard ED to your stack, split 4/3

Couldn't agree more if bunch up the test if you run this again and the Anavar seems fine. Hell even start at 30mg you might get more out of it

Yesterday I ate 2900 calories and I’m going to try and stay there until I stall on progress. Compounded tirzepatide is expensive so I’m going to try and stretch it as much as I can.

Is 234 grams high enough? I mathed my Saturday calories yesterday and ended at 2900 with 234 grams of protein.
230-250 is a good range for you. but hows your training going? @motterbug

Weighed in at 213.0 after breakfast this morning. Today was leg day. I’ll try and get my most recent daily food log macro’s today. Yesterday I ate 2900 calories and I’m going to try and stay there until I stall on progress. Compounded tirzepatide is expensive so I’m going to try and stretch it as much as I can.
@motterbug bros 2900 calories not bad at all. i would cycle cals though. that seem to work best

The 3 month supply I got was 2mg, 4.5mg, and 7.5mg(4 weeks of each) I did 2mg for 4 weeks then went up to 3.2mg my last 2 shots. I’m not trying to completely eliminate my hunger just reduce enough. I’ll probably feel like crap if I go up to 7.5mg. If I can make this last 4.5-5 months that’ll help.
