listen to the podcast i did on it. the dosing range is 1-12mgs a week. it completely depends on her strategy, stats, and everything else. would be impossible for me to answer that. she needs to ultimately make those decisions and have plan. it isn't something you run for 4 weeks or 12 weeks like steroids. its something you need to stick with for 6 months or longer, and also making a plan on maintenance dosing after the run is important too. if you just stop it there is pretty much a 100% chance she gains weight backWhat do suggest she should start with 1mg or 2mg a week?
if you wanted me to guess a dose i would say start at 1mg then gradually increase it .5mg a week. but other people start more high and increase it every 4 weeks. i would have her read the studies on it and the charts on how it was dosed over the course of 6-12 months and then lay out a plan. the stuff isn't cheap either. i know napsgear has 10mg vials from dragon for under $100 each but those are international, so if you do the math its a pretty pricey drug to run and needs to have commitment
also its very important she has her diet and training dialed in on it. many people use GLP-1's and go nowhere, ask any pharmacist how many type 2 diabetics come to get the drug and stay overweight.
