What do suggest she should start with 1mg or 2mg a week?
listen to the podcast i did on it. the dosing range is 1-12mgs a week. it completely depends on her strategy, stats, and everything else. would be impossible for me to answer that. she needs to ultimately make those decisions and have plan. it isn't something you run for 4 weeks or 12 weeks like steroids. its something you need to stick with for 6 months or longer, and also making a plan on maintenance dosing after the run is important too. if you just stop it there is pretty much a 100% chance she gains weight back
if you wanted me to guess a dose i would say start at 1mg then gradually increase it .5mg a week. but other people start more high and increase it every 4 weeks. i would have her read the studies on it and the charts on how it was dosed over the course of 6-12 months and then lay out a plan. the stuff isn't cheap either. i know napsgear has 10mg vials from dragon for under $100 each but those are international, so if you do the math its a pretty pricey drug to run and needs to have commitment

also its very important she has her diet and training dialed in on it. many people use GLP-1's and go nowhere, ask any pharmacist how many type 2 diabetics come to get the drug and stay overweight.

I have been on tirzepatide for 20 months now. I get it. I told her all this she knows. It changed my life got me in the gym and as a result changed my diet. It has been a game changer. I know the studies showed they start at 2mg but heard on your podcast some start at 1mg. Just wasn't sure between those two. I sltold her do 1mg for a month or until you don't feel the effects helping and go up to 2. I heard on another podcast they said 2mg of retatrutide is like 12mg of semaglutide in its effectiveness. I don't know how well that is but we will see. We are ordering it from peptidepro. Thanks for your answer I will suggest move at .5 when she increases see if she likes that idea. She has used semaglutide through our doctor but it just got to expensive with the drug and doctor visits since it wasn't covered by insurance.

in the studies reta was #1 .. tirz was #2 and semaglutide was #3 in terms of weight loss in the groups. but to compare them with mg's is not accurate. the difference as i lay out in the podcasts is reta is a triple agonist. tirz is dual. and sema is single. its a simple as that. so i don't care how much sema you run it will never compare to reta or do what reta does with the 2 additional benefits. semaglutide is super outdated and tirz is getting outdated fast cause reta is also Ely Lilly and is designed to completely replace tirz once its approved too. who knows if they will come up with something new that is a quadruple agonist. would be insane if they did

whatever strategy she goes with you can always change it as you go too. there is no rule. these aren't like using steroids BUT you do have to keep in mind they have long half lives. so any changes need to be done with that in mind that it will take time. hence why you inject once a week vs. daily. that is how they designed these drugs. who wants to pin daily for a year straight? that would suck.

Diet Monday through Friday afternoon

Daily supplements and meds

meal after training: 6 eggs, 12 ounces of meat and 6 ounces of brown rice. Except Friday I had 6 eggs on top of my left over burrito bowl from dinner last night.

protein shake daily 2 scoops of 25 gram protein, 2 cups of milk, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter fit. Total 82 grams of protein.

Dinner a pound of meat. except Thursday evening I went out with my wife to dinner of her choice because she never gets to pick it seems like. So she wanted Mexican food. I had guacamole and chips. Burrito bowl with double steak all kinds of veggies and beans, guacamole, and cheese. I only ate half of it. I had the rest for breakfast this morning with 6 fried eggs on top.
Doing great brother happy seeing it 💪

I heard on another podcast this guy was saying that he is in the know and that like sem would be 1 tir =2 ret=3 that they are already in the works and starting to test stage 5 and 6 in the labs. Who knows what a 5 would be like maybe with some kind of myostatin inhibitor in it or something would be crazy! Also Peptidepro has one called Mazdutide which is GLP-1 and GCG. Its like the 2.2 Its like the flip side of tirzeptide instead of glp-1 and GIP it swaps the added ingredient in Retatrutide and uses the glucagon receptor with just the GLP-1. Regardless why get that if you can get all 3. On that other podcast I mentioned previously I don't think on that podcast they were trying to compare the two they were trying to explain how effective Retatrutide is compared to Semaglutide. Saying its lowest dose is in comparable to the other one of its highest just to give people an idea of the effectiveness. Like you said 1 hormone hitter cant compare to a 3 hormone hitter. Ever since i got put on Tirzeptide I have been listening and reading everything I can about the different GLP-1s. Then when I got on TRT I started to learn everything I can about steroids. That is what led me to your podcast which that led me to the Evo forum. Anyways I appreciate the help, thanks.

Yeah there was pickled onions, guacamole, rice, negro beans, and steak. That was my left over burrito bowl from the night before. So i made my 6 eggs and threw them on top and finished it off. The other meal was 1 lb of chicken thighs. A lot of the time I don't even think to take pics or I remember when i have eaten a bunch already. That's what happen with the chicken thighs. I don't particularly care to take pics of my food. I actually use to tease my wife about it cause she would and post it on Facebook. I suck it up and try to remember to do it for the EVO family.

yeah i think the weight loss industry is so big that it makes sense to try and find the perfect drug.

Dang bro you got awesome genetics in your family! That is a big boy. Yeah you live a life of strongman stuff. I should have thought of that. Picking up them lot lizards could classify as a strongman activity as well! Lol
bro my wife a SSBBW. so when i come home from tanker job i like to pick her up and throw her on trailer cot. she like it aggressive

Got to keep her happy. Happy wife happy life! What is a tanker job?

Oh ok, that's cool except the diving in shit part but hey we got to do what we got to do. Honestly, I like the hard work. I like working with my hands and not being inside all the time. I would like to have a farm and work on my own land. I hope to move to the mountains of North Georgia or south carolina in the future. I like being around blue collar people. People you can talk shit with and fuck around and no one's feelings get hurt. I like being around the real men. That's probably why I love being at the non commercial iron gym. Me and you are the same bro! To bad we hadn't crossed paths in person. It would have been a hell of a time!

bro don't worry. we will cross paths in prison one day.
i got yo back though. won't let the other inmates shank you but i gonna need some favors back

yeah huge business. Specially as people are just getting fatter and lazier in general.
the more access people have for food the more fat they will get. in India people are getting fatter thanks to a growing middle class, but the poor in rural areas are still lean as sticks. having access to food so easily is the problem. we just didn't evolve like that. that is why fasting is so important. fast and feast lifestyle is what people should follow.
that is why in studies the people had to follow certain diets and exercise. they couldn't just take the drugs and do nothing to get results. ironically these type 2 medications that cause fluctuations in blood sugar keep them sick and fat. they have to carb/sugar load to get their blood sugar back up from the insulin or diabetes drugs. its a continuous loop. thats why i aim to change that on my podcast. to teach people how to eat properly
