Im 32 5”11 starting weight 260. Ive been on 100 mg of test cyp for 5 months and i started reta a month ago started at 1 mg a week now almost at 3 mg a week im down to 238 and seems like i have been able to keep a ton of muscle in the process. im in the gym 6 days a week pretty much a body part a day and some touch ups in between. Cardio os pretty good on my off day i will sometimes do boxing but besides that im hitting cardio 4 days a week running on treadmill from 15-30 mins depending on if i have enough time before work . My diet has been super strict do to the reta i cant get as many calories as needed so im about 1600-1700 calories a day and a little over 200 grams of protein a day and about 60 carbs a day i have been weighing all my food do to work i meal prep everything for the week . I have been thinking of upping my dosage of test cyp to 200 mg a week

@Jrizzo93 so you lost 22 pounds on Reta in a month? That is impressive man. I hope you have before pics to share

@Jrizzo93 welcome to the EVO family :D! wow just want to say wow again! you dropped a ton of weight from th eleft to right pic, really impressive that you've done so much work. 260 to 238 is hard to do and you do it.

Before we up your dose of testosterone or change retatrutide or do anything else, please help us understand you day to day to get a baseline.

Please share more day to day information with us.

@Jrizzo93 Wow, I can definitely tell the difference. But I think you have a lot more to go. So keep the grind going, you're not going to keep losing weight at the same clip.

@Jrizzo93 ou've made solid progress dropping from 260 to 238 while apparently preserving muscle mass. Your protocol combining TRT test cyp with reta seems to be working well for fat loss.

Log update workout sunday - friday off dat saturday

Sunday i do chest i usually start off with incline and use a 80 pound resistance band followed by flat bench. Then from there i go cables i do 3 different variations doing 4 sets on each from there i go decline and end off with flys on the machine and dips 3 sets of 15

Monday is back i start off doing lat pull downs followed by revers pull downs from there i go t bar row and then ill do dumbbell rows and then ill go on row machine use long bar for upper back and then do more regular rows

Tuesday is leg day with some biceps start with squats go to hack squats then leg press followed by legs extensions and reverse leg curls end off legs with calf raises .. for bies ill do dumbells curls with hammers preacher curls and then go to cables and do one arms curls standing

Wednesday is shoulder with some triceps ill either hit dumbell press or barbell press for shoulders followed with reverse dumbell press from there i go front raises and flys after that ill hit military press and ill end off doing rear dealt usually on cables sometimes machine … triceps i do with the curl bar on cables ill do revers and regular tricep extensions followed by ropes and then one arm pull downs ending off the working with dips


Thursday i do back and chest i start off with back i do bent over barbell rows followed by dumbells rows and then come machine work for upper back for chest i switch each week between dumbells presses or machines

Friday i do arms start off with tries i do skull crushers laying down and i super set with sotting upright skulls with dumbells next i go to tricept extensions reverse and regular followed by rope and one arm pull downs and end off with dips . Biceps i start off with curls bar and super set with hammers from there i do preacher curl super set with reverse curls with curl bar followed by one arm dumbells curls and i end off with standing one arm curls with cables

Every workout i do at least 4 sets 12-15 reps i do about a mile and a half run after every work out besides leg day i do incline walk
