Im 32 5”11 starting weight 260. Ive been on 100 mg of test cyp for 5 months and i started reta a month ago started at 1 mg a week now almost at 3 mg a week im down to 238 and seems like i have been able to keep a ton of muscle in the process. im in the gym 6 days a week pretty much a body part a day and some touch ups in between. Cardio os pretty good on my off day i will sometimes do boxing but besides that im hitting cardio 4 days a week running on treadmill from 15-30 mins depending on if i have enough time before work . My diet has been super strict do to the reta i cant get as many calories as needed so im about 1600-1700 calories a day and a little over 200 grams of protein a day and about 60 carbs a day i have been weighing all my food do to work i meal prep everything for the week . I have been thinking of upping my dosage of test cyp to 200 mg a week

! wow just want to say wow again! you dropped a ton of weight from th eleft to right pic, really impressive that you've done so much work. 260 to 238 is hard to do and you do it.
Before we up your dose of testosterone or change retatrutide or do anything else, please help us understand you day to day to get a baseline.
