Approved Log Testosterone Trenbolone Winstrol Cycle - 6 Month transformation

Background​

Been training and playing sports consistently for about 7 years. PED history: at 26 I ran a 12-week cycle of 500mg test and had pretty decent results with no negative sides. Decided not to touch PEDs again until I was older. Managed to maintain most of the physique for a few years until my nutrition went off the rails.

The last 3 years, for various reasons, I started drinking pretty heavily—averaging 2+ cartons of beer a week. Even though I was still training and playing sports at a decent level, it obviously impacted my health and turned me into a bit of a fat slob.

In January 2025, I decided to get my shit together. I know I probably wasn’t in the best position to jump straight on a cycle and should’ve fixed my nutrition first, but I went ahead with it and used the cycle as motivation to fully commit.

Cycle 1 – 12 Weeks (January 2025)​

  • Weeks 1–12: Test E 500mg

  • Weeks 1–6: Anavar 20mg

  • Weeks 6–12: 150mg Mast P

  • Weeks 6–12: 12.5mg Aromasin EOD



Nutrition​

  • 2000 calories

  • 180g protein, rest fats and carbs

  • About 90% clean food, 10% flexible


Training Schedule​

Each day revolves around a compound lift using 5/3/1 and I hit each muscle group twice a week one muscle primary one muscle secondary. Eg on shoulder day I do OHP, side and rear delts followed by a few chest exercises as a secondary muscle group.

I made my training plan around my sport through trial and error, I count sport as extra cardio but keep a close eye on recovery to avoid injury.

  • Sunday: 1-hour walk

  • Monday: Shoulders and upper chest, 10-min HIIT, sport

  • Tuesday: Back and quads

  • Wednesday: 1-hour walk, sport

  • Thursday: Chest and side delts, 10-min HIIT

  • Friday: Legs and back, 10-min HIIT

  • Saturday: 1-hour walk, sport



Summary of Cycle 1​

Even though the results weren’t anything crazy and could probably have be done naturally, I was happy. I gained muscle and lost fat at about the same rate, and most importantly—my motivation came back and I lost 12cm off my waist and all my compound lifts went up.

Had a couple issues though. At week 6 I got bloods done—test levels were 6000 and E2 was way out of control. Poor planning on my part—I should’ve had AI ready from the start. I started taking 12.5mg Aromasin EOD and added 150mg of Mast. Got bloods again at week 9 and E2 had gone even higher. No surprise, I had a bad acne breakout across my chest. Luckily no gyno.

Started taking 12.5mg Aromasin every day for 3 weeks and finally got my E2 in range. Along with a skin care routine and 20mg of accutane for 3 weeks, the acne pretty much cleared up. Lesson learned.

Interetsing thing was even with the orals, my liver and kidney levels actually improved compared to 6 months earlier. Just shows how toxic alcohol can be.

Start to end weight: 82kg → 79kg

Cruised on 200mg Test E for about 8 weeks until bloods came back healthy, then started Cycle 2 where I am 5 out of 8 weeks in.





Cycle 2 - Currently on week 5​

  • Weeks 1–8: 250mg Test E

  • Weeks 1–8: 100mg Tren A

  • Weeks 4–8: 40mg Winstrol




Nutrition​

  • 1800 calories

  • 180g protein, rest fats and carbs

  • Around 90% clean food, 10% flexible




Training​

Same as before. Strength hasn't gone up as much, but still increasing.





Summary of Cycle 2​

Still have 3 weeks to go and have had no unexpected sides as of yet. Only 1 week of Winstrol so far. Tren has boosted my libido like crazy. Iv Had a couple nights of sweating but nothing wild. I have actually felt great on this cycle and am really happy with the results so. Nothing bad to say.

Test levels have been sitting around 2000, with some markers a bit off—Im assuming from the Tren and Winstrol.

Current stats:
Weight: 76kg
Body Fat: Around 15% (just guessing)

will cruise through a overseas holiday and until bloods are good again before starting my first bulk cycle:

I plan to run

  • 14 weeks 600mg Test E

  • 14 weeks 300mg Deca

  • Weeks 1–4: 40mg Anadrol
Planning to log this next cycle so any advice is welcome.

I'm thinking about maybe competing down the track, but I’ve still got a long way to go.

After this bulk I’ll be cruising through summer and then doing a PCT to try and bring my natural levels back and take a break. If it doesn’t work, I have accepted that I may be on TRT for my life from blasting and cruising for what will be 12 months. My natural test levels were never higher than 350 and I’ve now realised I had typical low-T symptoms for years.

All my gear so far has been from @Raptor Labs and bits pieces from @UGL OZ . Highly recommend both of these guys have had nothing but fast and efficient service and as far as the quietly of the gear goes the blood work talks for itself.

Welcome to the EVO family :D @Bloomy199023 I just read your transformation and looked at the pics, you're amazing, you are now lean and ripped and really strong arms and shoulders.

Cycle plan
While I like your cycle plan, I think going to PCT after back to back cycles will just cause you personal issues, especially with natural Test levels at 350, you should start on TRT post cycle.

you sure you want to bulk up from here? you did a great job of cutting. i would keep cutting until you get to 8% then worry about lean bulking

That would deffiantly be ideal. 6 months in a deficit is taking its toll on me tho 😅.

will cruise through a overseas holiday and until bloods are good again before starting my first bulk cycle:

I plan to run

  • 14 weeks 300mg Deca

  • Weeks 1–4: 40mg Anadrol
Planning to log this next cycle so any advice is welcome.

I'm thinking about maybe competing down the track, but I’ve still got a long way to go.

After this bulk I’ll be cruising through summer and then doing a PCT to try and bring my natural levels back and take a break. If it doesn’t work, I have accepted that I may be on TRT for my life from blasting and cruising for what will be 12 months. My natural test levels were never higher than 350 and I’ve now realised I had typical low-T symptoms for years.

All my gear so far has been from @Raptor Labs and bits pieces from @UGL OZ . Highly recommend both of these guys have had nothing but fast and efficient service and as far as the quietly of the gear goes the blood work talks for itself.
This is an awesome little cycle that you're putting together. My only concern is, if you gain too much body fat, I would like to see you do more of a recomposition.

Been training and playing sports consistently for about 7 years. PED history: at 26 I ran a 12-week cycle of 500mg test and had pretty decent results with no negative sides. Decided not to touch PEDs again until I was older. Managed to maintain most of the physique for a few years until my nutrition went off the rails.

The last 3 years, for various reasons, I started drinking pretty heavily—averaging 2+ cartons of beer a week. Even though I was still training and playing sports at a decent level, it obviously impacted my health and turned me into a bit of a fat slob.

In January 2025, I decided to get my shit together. I know I probably wasn’t in the best position to jump straight on a cycle and should’ve fixed my nutrition first, but I went ahead with it and used the cycle as motivation to fully commit.

Cycle 1 – 12 Weeks (January 2025)​

  • Weeks 1–12: Test E 500mg

  • Weeks 1–6: Anavar 20mg

  • Weeks 6–12: 150mg Mast P

  • Weeks 6–12: 12.5mg Aromasin EOD



Nutrition​

  • 2000 calories

  • 180g protein, rest fats and carbs

  • About 90% clean food, 10% flexible


Training Schedule​

Each day revolves around a compound lift using 5/3/1 and I hit each muscle group twice a week one muscle primary one muscle secondary. Eg on shoulder day I do OHP, side and rear delts followed by a few chest exercises as a secondary muscle group.

I made my training plan around my sport through trial and error, I count sport as extra cardio but keep a close eye on recovery to avoid injury.

  • Sunday: 1-hour walk

  • Monday: Shoulders and upper chest, 10-min HIIT, sport

  • Tuesday: Back and quads

  • Wednesday: 1-hour walk, sport

  • Thursday: Chest and side delts, 10-min HIIT

  • Friday: Legs and back, 10-min HIIT

  • Saturday: 1-hour walk, sport



Summary of Cycle 1​

Even though the results weren’t anything crazy and could probably have be done naturally, I was happy. I gained muscle and lost fat at about the same rate, and most importantly—my motivation came back and I lost 12cm off my waist and all my compound lifts went up.

Had a couple issues though. At week 6 I got bloods done—test levels were 6000 and E2 was way out of control. Poor planning on my part—I should’ve had AI ready from the start. I started taking 12.5mg Aromasin EOD and added 150mg of Mast. Got bloods again at week 9 and E2 had gone even higher. No surprise, I had a bad acne breakout across my chest. Luckily no gyno.

Started taking 12.5mg Aromasin every day for 3 weeks and finally got my E2 in range. Along with a skin care routine and 20mg of accutane for 3 weeks, the acne pretty much cleared up. Lesson learned.

Interetsing thing was even with the orals, my liver and kidney levels actually improved compared to 6 months earlier. Just shows how toxic alcohol can be.

Start to end weight: 82kg → 79kg

Cruised on 200mg Test E for about 8 weeks until bloods came back healthy, then started Cycle 2 where I am 5 out of 8 weeks in.





Cycle 2 - Currently on week 5​

  • Weeks 1–8: 250mg Test E

  • Weeks 1–8: 100mg Tren A

  • Weeks 4–8: 40mg Winstrol




Nutrition​

  • 1800 calories

  • 180g protein, rest fats and carbs

  • Around 90% clean food, 10% flexible




Training​

Same as before. Strength hasn't gone up as much, but still increasing.





Summary of Cycle 2​

Still have 3 weeks to go and have had no unexpected sides as of yet. Only 1 week of Winstrol so far. Tren has boosted my libido like crazy. Iv Had a couple nights of sweating but nothing wild. I have actually felt great on this cycle and am really happy with the results so. Nothing bad to say.

You can still cut and not be miserable. Things like time, restricted eating, for example.

Also a concern of mine. Orginal plan was to keep calories on the lower side, about 200 over maintainence.

Still have have month left of cutting. Hopefully can get alot leaner.

bros test, deca and anadrol. not a bad mix. but you will bulk up fast on it. might want to consider swapping deca for EQ. just a suggestion. this way you got more control on cycle
