This is a really good meal plan. liban wrap sounds interesting. and i love the blueberries
There not a every day thing but there great for just under 200 calories and very filling. Also make decent pizza bases.

200g cauliflower rice
Some amount of Broccli

1 lebonese wrap
Lettuce

350g yopro greek yogurt
75g blue berries

as long as you are good digesting the dairy it will work well. a lot of guys dont' do well on yogurt or whey

No issues with the dairy. Strangley anything whole meal or slow digtisitng carbs gives me isusses.

Bit of a blow out last night. Little bit of mental snap and raided the cuboard at midnight likely ate about 500 calories of junk.
It happens to many. You should consider a higher retatrutide dose to help this. @Bloomy199023
