Make sure you eat super clean on it and do some exercise daily. The results should be good. Also fasting is doubly effective in it so do it
Definitely will be!. Plus after doing fortnightly 3 day fasts from your fasting research I can do those easily.

Definitely will be!. Plus after doing fortnightly 3 day fasts from your fasting research I can do those easily.

Its hard to say without a few weeks data of reta. Im experienced with cuts. If you see my profile picture that is how i looked 2019. I've basically bulked over 5 years. Only been enhanced the last 18 months.

i think you can start at 1.5mgs to be honest. but 1mg can't hurt. make sure you avoid stomach trigger foods @Flyingandrei

1mg is fine for me for first week. Ive seen many testimonials they regretted starting high. I am going to titrate to 1.5mg. Will be adding in fortnightly 3 day fasts also.

@Flyingandrei there is no rule with reta. some people do perfectly well at 1mg. some people need more. everyone is a bit different

Dose titration from 1mg to 1.5mg. Side affects slight upset stomach. Wasn't too crazy. 1.5mg i started to get a higher suppressed appetite.

It makes me feel like I don't care about food if I get it or not. Starting to add in fasted cardio on it starting tomorrow and also going to go in an agressive deficit

This week coming im going to try 2mg and stay with it if it suppresses even futher.

Update. I didnt post my 2mg result as the week inwas due to up the dose from 1.5 b a family member accidentally threw my 5mg mixed reta vial out with my mates 20mg mixed vial.

Luckily i had ordered some beforehand and now im stocked. 2mg today. Dehydrated hours later. I will start putting pics up. Just letting it do its job for now.

Yeah i was pissed level 10/10 lol. Luckily i was able to get a 1.5 dose in and only had to be a day behind.

2mg super dehydrated lol and fatigue is setting in. It's manageable though.

Had lots going on! Finally finished jiujitsu contract it was holding me back 💯% my joints were so fucked and i copped a few injuries to my ribs, tendons but i still trained throughout. I do not recommend bodybuilding and doing that!

Current:
I was 112kg but ive put myself on a 700 deficit currently down to 106.5kg i wasnt going to update until sub 100kg but @LevButlerov bugged me to 😂

Cycle: still 250 test E and retatrutide

Cardio:
1x 8 rounds 20 on 10 off fan bike
30 60mins muay thai bag work 2x a week
1x 30min incline walk. I want to save the 10k steps a day for my next plateau.


Diet:
diet clean . Oats, mixed berries, whey protein isolate, banana, 5 star lean mince, low fat cheese.

Works out 2300-2400 calories all tracked in my fitness pal. Macros 201 protein, 230 carbs, 60 fat.

Plan is to keep cutting and once i get down to sub 15% or less i am going to throw in Anavar. Ive also thought about adding in mots-c as ive been researching good things on it and definitely Melanotan 2.

Will probably log every 2 weeks to show changes in diet.

your macros you got some foods to share with them? seems low on protein there.

Once you dip under 15%, adding Anavar and MOTS-C makes sense for recomposition and energy, and Melanotan 2 will sharpen your look as you lean out.

1. I had to for my son hence why i signed up for 6 months he used to go afternoon and couldn't so i took him 6am so he could continue to train. It was worth every bit. If you have a son you would know how important they are more than ones self.

2. i did do that in the end and let my contract run out because i signed him to another mma gym 😂😂😂 thats why im back. Life happens lol its not all perfect.

Yeah cool i dont mind waiting. My physique goals have chaned now any way. I want look and cardio conditioning after jiujitsu. Its really humbling how a small person can wreck a unit lol i dare anyone to try it 😂

I already do it bro 😉 Muay Thai cardio is way harder than normal cardio. The kore muscle you have the less oxygen when striking = gas out faster lol.

@Flyingandrei cardio is on point. a very nice way to get in your cardio. more people should make cardio actually fun like this

Do you know anyone with any feedback on Mots-C ? This one I've been really looking and considering lately.
 
I want look and cardio conditioning after jiujitsu.
Back in the day in 2002-2007 I went 3xWeek and ended getting my black belt in BJJ. Went to Atlantic City for the NAGA championships too and came in 4th. Those were the days where nothing ached, ever. Now at 49 yrs old I still have all the muscle memory and a lot of the instinct left from BJJ... can't do an umo plata for example but if I needed to use it on the street it 100% stays with you for life.

It was the hardest cardio I had ever experienced outside the military courses I took, by far!

I promised him id get lean again. I love to compete with him on stage in the later future.

I love that! Yes our dojo was MMA as well and we did stand up about 25% of the time but it was a lot of BJJ mostly, especially back then it had just exploded.

Yeah, martial arts are really good cardio for sure. @Flyingandrei Down the road from me there is a place and I only see the guys out there and they are in a sweat. It must be a tough workout.

30 60mins muay thai bag work 2x a week
1x 30min incline walk. I want to save the 10k steps a day for my next plateau.


Diet:
diet clean . Oats, mixed berries, whey protein isolate, banana, 5 star lean mince, low fat cheese.

Works out 2300-2400 calories all tracked in my fitness pal. Macros 201 protein, 230 carbs, 60 fat.

Plan is to keep cutting and once i get down to sub 15% or less i am going to throw in Anavar. Ive also thought about adding in mots-c as ive been researching good things on it and definitely Melanotan 2.

Will probably log every 2 weeks to show changes in diet.
@Flyingandrei . You are flying along as usual. I've always had a lot of respect for your talents. You certainly are not a one trick pony when it comes to just weightlifting. I love your martial arts stuff.
 
Bro it is way more fun and you gain a skill out of it too.
Have you ever been in a street fight or in a fight like where you got in an argument with someone? Just wondering how these skills can translate to real life and if it would be something where it would be lethal. @Flyingandrei
 
Update in the log.

Had lots going on! Finally finished jiujitsu contract it was holding me back 💯% my joints were so fucked and i copped a few injuries to my ribs, tendons but i still trained throughout. I do not recommend bodybuilding and doing that!

Current:
I was 112kg but ive put myself on a 700 deficit currently down to 106.5kg i wasnt going to update until sub 100kg but @LevButlerov bugged me to 😂

Cycle: still 250 test E and retatrutide

@Flyingandrei those injuries are a pain! Way to push through!
 
I love that! Yes our dojo was MMA as well and we did stand up about 25% of the time but it was a lot of BJJ mostly, especially back then it had just exploded.
I bet you are a weapon bro! All the old school jiujitsu is the best!!!!
 
Yeah, martial arts are really good cardio for sure. @Flyingandrei Down the road from me there is a place and I only see the guys out there and they are in a sweat. It must be a tough workout

It's definitely tough. Id say jiujitsu is the hardest cardio. It looks like hugging and rolling but i can assure you its not lol.

Thanks man. Yeah i like it because you feel the same feeling as when you finish a weights session.

I haven't used it yet but i am 100x more confident to enter a fight. We had to spar daily so you get put into what a real life situation would feel like anyway

Having confidence will actually prevent a fight I think. Because nobody will want to fuck with you.

Yep. Energy doesn't lie lol. Also look for cauliflower ear lol if you see someone with that. Just surrender 😂
