Yeah its going to be alot of physical work, they called me today and want me to train in a skipper route which means i skip around on a different route everyday and dont have my own dedicated route yet, they said they want to trian me in being a route developer is what the position is called which means higher pay and more money, so i just have to bust my ass work hard so i can get into that route development position.

Yeah it will suck alot but more time to trian eat foucs on bodybuilding while making more money with a better balance.
Arnold and the boys were brick laying all day then training at night so you can do it too. Burning the extra calories during the day is gonna be great for your cutting phase. Next time you bulk you'll have to up the macros tho. You see the way I eat in my log at 4000+ calories a day and my weight stay pinned right now.

You are gonna melt on that secret stack!

Yeah i think once i start this job working 4 10s constantly walking all day loading unloading will he beneficial omce i get used to the changes, completely different than the food industry ive been in for 20 years much like food thus job is super customer service focused so i nailed that 3 hour interview, i have good feelings about this company they took me to a 4 star restaurant in the lake during the interview told me order whatever i want, that was just to thank me for my time and interest in the company, plus already talking about a better position for me than i applied for its an easy choice.

Plus i get to drive a 28ft turbo diesel straight truck 😃

Wow, sounds like a company that really cares about their employees which is pretty rare these days. They probably took one look at you and were like this guy can move some product lol.

4 10s is nice too so you get 3 days off. I've tried doing that myself but the problem is my phone still rings on Fridays and I just end up working anyway lol.

This company provides a work phone so all my drops are already planned in the phone with the locations, an they said we believe work stays at work so they make u keep the phone at work said we wont ever contact u outside work hours.

On top of all of that i have the ability to earn 25-30k more a year compared to what i make currently its life changing man.

Shhh 😂 😂 i got other plans for that money goal is to pay down the little bit of debit i do have the typical stuff card credits thankfully only have two and its not a high amount of debt, i will stick to trying to get sponsorships for my logs if and when possible brother, thankfully we have great sponsors here who have supported my journey since day one, the plans for that money is pay down them both down to zero put a decent amount into my 401 in 60 days when it kicks in, and then i kind of want a newer used truck lol, since well i could finally afford one lol, im starting off smart handling what i need to and from there we get the truck then we start saving again and stacking my 401k

The good news is every year on the day i started working for the company u get a pay increase.

Domestic-supply.com is #1 hands down
Absolutely its my number 1 go 2 source ive had the most successful logs with DS and Greg the goat no doubt about it.

That's a great plan. If I could advise you in anyway, hold off the truck as long as possible and plow as much as possible into the 401k. The sooner you can build it to a larger amount the more it will compound over the years. Starting young and going hard from the jump is the best strategy. I duno what housing is like where you are but real estate is another great investment. Rather than paying someone else's mortgage via rent just pay your own and build equity.

You make excellent points and that was where my mindset was leaning everything you just said, i didn't start young so im at a disadvantage with that aspect, if i start now and stack as much as i can i think i fan build a nice little nest egg.

As far as the truck it wont be right away, goal is debt free first to free up more money to push into my 401k

I also thought i get paid weekly with this new job if i can put 100 a check into savings that can be my truxk fund or just a backup savings rainy day emergency fund.

Got a few ideas bouncing around in my mind, since this is all new to mez im going from a job with zero benefits into a full benefits package job, vison, dental, health, wellness short term long term disability fmla coverage life insurance accidental insurance 401k with company match etc, so trying to navigate it all is alot at once lol.

When i say new truck im talking used still and like 20k usd nothing higher lol.

Cars and trucks and stuff are the things that set young people back the hardest. If your rig is still chugging along trouble free then let her ride.

Do you guys have tax free investment accounts down there?

If you do it's a much better option vs a savings account. Just put your 100/week in there automatically and just buy s and p 5000 ETFs automatically each time you deposit.

You're not that old bro. I think the average person your age doesn't have more than 5k in savings last study I saw. You got plenty of time if you just start now. You'll be amazed how fast it grows in the good years.

Most Americans dont even have 500 in a checking account with some of the studies ive seen with the way jobs and the market for good paying jobs are, its pretty sad actually.

Im not sure if we have tax free investment accounts havent looked into it ever. I kight go talk to an account firm and see what options are best for accumulation of interest and money over time.

As far as housing market shits expensive around me because of the nfl stadium lol.

Vehicle is just fine, just never had the type of truck ive always wanted so of course its rolling around in my thoughts lol, but i always want to be smart and stack cash and have it grow over time.

@domestic-supply.com

I was looking back through my log with my first workout that i posted in may when my cycle first started, one big thing that popped out at me was the fact i increased my seated cable row by 155lbs.

I maxed out the stack for 10 clean strong reps at 300lbs. I've been working on my rowing since the beginning focusing on improving that movement. I never thought I would get so strong that i would max out the entire stack, even now i went from 100lbs first set at 15 reps into now doing 260lbs for 15 reps, just an awesome feeling seeing how far ive come along.

Current protocol
Test C 500mg a week
Mast E 150mg a week
Anavar 25mg pre workout days only

I am also looking at a career change which would help me make more money give me a better work life balance and have more time at home and more time for bodybuilding and the gym.

I am happy with reporting the company just got back with me a few moments ago with a job offer, pretty sweet gig, the only hard part is a completely different adjustment.

Job would start at 5am so id have to be up by 4am, done by 3pm, if anyone knows any good sleeping supplements along side GH let me know.

It would be 4 10 hour shifts M/T/W/T
Every week id have off F/S/S
Full benefits package with 401k match
No over time
Paid weekly
Home every night

This job is physical which i like, besides loading the truck, i would be driving to each location to unload the products for each stop, its alot of walking for 10 hours a day, which will benefit my cardio and help long term with gym progress.

Onwards and upwards for a new chapter in my life, no more commuting to and from work 100 miles a day round trip, once my new job starts.

Total Reps 419
Duration 60 minutes

Seated Cable Row 15/10/20

Yeah i did forget that just 12.5mg a week of aromasin, completely new industry for me that i will learn on the job and completely different work environment be much more active and physical lots of walking 10 hours a day, i think it will be super beneficial for cardio purposes.

Much more balance and its in town and local i start much earlier but then im home much earlier completely different schedule than what im used to doing.

Yeah all my lifts are really coming together 💪

This job will force alot of good growth and change along with more structure

When i was looking at a career change starting pay good hours and benefits came into play, the other deciding factors was my bodybuilding goals and dream, i thought if i work a physical job that requires tons of steps and walking for 40 hours a week, i hit cardio and keep my heart in a good place, i burn alot more extra calories beneficial and 3 days off plenty time to train my ppl split and recover.

This job will force me on a better sleep schedule make me become more disciplined and overall improve my prepping for food, and get me on a better time eating window, i can fast at work all day and eat from 3pm till bed time which would give me a 6-8 hour window.

I can get ahead in life and ahead with bodybuilding win win

Yea the longer you can prolong the truck the better off you'll be. When you're older you'll be grateful you did.

Here in Canada we have these things called Tax Free Savings Accounts which allow us to invest and not pay any interest on our earnings. They just limit how much we can put in each year. You guys might have something similar.

Keep stacking bro and enjoy watching the gains.

Damn bro ur killn us with the burns today. First that make cheerleader and now this..no comebacks lol.

Even if I sold everything I got I still couldn't afford just that lake house. But it's a good example of where you can get if you work hard and just invest. My dad was just a blue collar guy but he saved his whole life and invested and now he's chilln in a big ass house on a lake.

Helped being a boomer and seeing those crazy real estate returns also lol. Real estate in Toronto is absolutely insane. We rank in the top 10 most unaffordable cities in the world.

Bodybuilding goals are first and should be first for us in the EVO family I'm happy to see you making adjustments like this. @Noah Wixx

Only way i will have a shot at winning shows when i step on stage, and when it comes down to me having to go into that higher gear and dig deeper especially during a hardcore cut, getting done at 3pm as opposed to 10pm i can put those extra days in at the gym and have a better regiment and do what is required to win.

Yeah most jobs in my state are blue collar manufacturing/manual labor or food and beverage or trucking, anything else requires an associates degree or bachelor's to get even a starting base position.

College was never my thing, i had a whole plan when i was 18 just didn't pan out, my original plan was marine core becoming military police get out and join the sheriff's office as a patrol deputy and climb the ranks, i let my mom guilt trip me out of all of it, she used my baby brother who was just born to do it, man when she started crying holding him thinking about me dying it just kind of hit me so hard i changed course completely, crazy thinking back at that and on that, at the time we where at war in the middle east and i was told i would be shipped out, would have been doing possible patrol with convoys from what the recruiter told me as far as i remember, i at 18 was more than gungho and ready for it, as a son and as a man seeing how hurt my mom was at my decision i couldn't go through with it, because all i could think about was if i got killed she would hurt and cry for the rest of her life as im her first born son, changed my whole life path.

I hold nothing against my mom she had her reasons and as her son i dont question them or argue, i have one mom and one life and priority number one is being the best man and son i can be for her and do right by her.

You know what its never to late in life to make something of yourself and chase whatever dream u have and for me I was always great at bodybuilding and had the genetics for it again out of fear i never took the leap till just now at my mid 30s

Evo as a whole the guys the community had really made me sit back and think hard and reflect man, ive made so many awesome friends and people i call brothers and meeting my coach and mentor, if it wasn't for this community with inspiring me and helping boost my confidence, i never would have switched gyms to a better one, i never would have pressed forward trying to step on stage and becoming something in bodybuilding, i never would have switched careers to make more money get the benefits im after and live more comfortably and struggle less, people see this place as just gear and gear advice i see this place for the community that pushed me and pushed me and supported me to the point im making huge changes for a better life and a better shot at becoming on winner one day on stage.

This community is much more than just bodybuilding its the support structure ive never had but always needed. 💪

Lets not jump the gun here lev lol, with 50 people in that damn division that would be the hardest damn thing I've ever tried to achieve in my life... im all for trying to accomplish that one day, just don't know if i can do it, i will try my best, these next few years are critical at seeing how i look when i cut and rebuild once we can see how i look shredded i will have a better picture of what i might possibly achieve.

Life is crazy but everything happens for a reason. We may not understand why at the time, but there's a reason. Maybe that decision is what led you here to us. Now we're bros and maybe we wouldn't have been. Who knows, not for us to know. Just glad whatever you did led you here and the rest of us too. EVO fam for life!

I feel the exact same way. All the stupid decisions I made in my life led me right here now so it was all worth it.

You can for sure get CBD in Wisconsin. I order cbd isolate in bulk. It’s very cheap that way. White powder, dose about the size of a grain of rice. Magical.
I didn't even know that i never really have looked into it at all.

I feel the exact same way. All the stupid decisions I made in my life led me right here now so it was all worth it.
100% agree brother 🙌

Honestly i think its pretty greasy to have to buy a membership to their website to see the stuff they are making these days, i dont think it would be worth it.

I wanted to see the jail series really bad but im not paying to see it, i have enough streaming services as it is

Coach informed me today 16 weeks foucs on growth/recomp, come January is when we shift gears and enter the cutting phase/protocol, we have the entire stack lined up for the majority of it, besides little possible changes along the way, im very pleased with what is on the horizon.

The push workout overall went really well, i improved flat bench by 10lbs after just one week of doing the movement, i put up 195lbs 15 times, i could have kept going the plan was 15 reps and that is what i achieved, always looking at the plan and pacing myself with my movements, i honestly thought it would be more challenging, then it ended up being.

All i can say is in Anavar pre workout we trust one nation under Anavar with liberty and strength gains for all. 😆

On a serious note even on just 25mg Anavar 3 days a week my strength is continuing its progression, i honestly love anavar, after experimenting with it and seeing what it has done for me, i can see it being in the rotation much more often.

I also improved my weighted dips did my body weight 240lbs + 50lbs added to the weight belt really been focusing on weighted dips alot trying to improve them overall.

Benching is becoming more fluid now as i get my technique back down on flat bench, incline is a whole different story, not sure why but i lack behind, as my coach says its not about weight moved its about quality reps and quality work, progression over time. I find with my shoulder certain movements are just weaker for me after the surgery many years ago, no excuses we work around it and keep striving forward.

I had to limit some sets towards the end as i had to get going into work, nonetheless we finished the whole workout, besides i hammered triceps alot with the weighted dips, i will take that.

I design the movements majority of the time and he takes out what he doesn't like and adds in what he feels is more beneficial, it works really well that way, yeah lev i had a pump for an hour after my workout finishing with those kickbacks, i always get a huge pump off those.

I delt with shun splints enough in high-school thank god thats been over with
I get them everytime I run for more than 20 mins. Been training tib bar and it's slowly improving.

On the var I was getting shin splints just speed walking on the treadmill. It was so bad I'd have to stop eventually cuz I just couldn't power through anymore.
