pretty much yeah. you got no where to go but down and your body will punish you if you push too muchUntil you ripped your shoulder apart benching 450lbs lol
Your stories really help drive these lessons home for the rest of us. Plus a lot of the time they're hilarious...not so much this one thopretty much yeah. you got no where to go but down and your body will punish you if you push too much
I dont want that kind of mindset or outlook because ive enjoyed the process and running different cycles at different dosages and taking a tactful approach, i dont want to push the limits until its absolutely needed to win at a high level if i even make it that far.when i used tren every other steroid became instantly worthless. thats the main issue
Thats what im afraid ofpretty much yeah. you got no where to go but down and your body will punish you if you push too much
i think you have learned like me that you have to pump the brakes in this game. when i was younger i listened to the bros who told me to 'just push through pain or injuries'.. turns out they were morons. its easy to say that when its not your body taking the beating. its like the fans who want their favorite player going back in the game after a concussion, they don't care that in 20 years that player won't be able to walk or remember their kids namesThats what im afraid of
waking up at 2am with my entire arm numb from the shoulder to fingers is a harsh reality. and when it wasn't numb it felt like my shoulder was in a grinderYour stories really help drive these lessons home for the rest of us. Plus a lot of the time they're hilarious...not so much this one tho
Spoken like a pro!I dont want that kind of mindset or outlook because ive enjoyed the process and running different cycles at different dosages and taking a tactful approach, i dont want to push the limits until its absolutely needed to win at a high level if i even make it that far.
You just walked it off when you did it? Lolwaking up at 2am with my entire arm numb from the shoulder to fingers is a harsh reality. and when it wasn't numb it felt like my shoulder was in a grinder
just laid in bed until the pain died down and flipped on my other shoulder. i had to learn to sleep on my left side or back for a whileYou just walked it off when you did it? Lol
Been there before. Just walk it off I'm fine...next morning headed straight for the ER
You still sleep that way?just laid in bed until the pain died down and flipped on my other shoulder. i had to learn to sleep on my left side or back for a while
i sleep mostly on the sides. no issues today at all. yoga has helped me gain back flexibility and mobilityYou still sleep that way?
My right arm got fucked, compartment syndrome, 5 surgeries, external fixation device attached to bones. Used to build a pillow fort around my arm cuz if I bumped the device on anything the pain shot right into the screws in my bone. That was 17 years ago and I still sleep with my right arm in the air today lol
I guess for me it's cuz I was messed up for a year and half. Relearned everything and it just stuck I guess. Still shave, brush my teeth, even use chopsticks with my left hand now.i sleep mostly on the sides. no issues today at all. yoga has helped me gain back flexibility and mobility
I definitely have learned alot from you mobster my coach and many other's including beme, im the type i reflect on what people say and the lessons they try and teach me along the way, i want to enjoy the ride and the journey, i want to understand the compounds how they work what they do, use the right tool for the right situation, i have time and id rather this be a slow process not skip to the end of the book, im very much aware, open and receptive to advice from people who have vastly more experience and knowledge then i do, learning how and what to use or do is my favorite parts, im never closed minded, i reflect on everything, that's why when you said i dont think u need tren, it helped me realize i dont, made me see what ive accomplished so far with just mild stacks and my genetics thus far.i think you have learned like me that you have to pump the brakes in this game. when i was younger i listened to the bros who told me to 'just push through pain or injuries'.. turns out they were morons. its easy to say that when its not your body taking the beating. its like the fans who want their favorite player going back in the game after a concussion, they don't care that in 20 years that player won't be able to walk or remember their kids names
Ya bro you're jacked and it's only been a few years and mild cycles. No need to risk anything at this point..what you're doing is clearly working. You're fuckn stackn the machines at the gym. What more could you want. You're gonna need to find a new gym with bigger machines if you keep this up lol.I definitely have learned alot from you mobster my coach and many other's including beme, im the type i reflect on what people say and the lessons they try and teach me along the way, i want to enjoy the ride and the journey, i want to understand the compounds how they work what they do, use the right tool for the right situation, i have time and id rather this be a slow process not skip to the end of the book, im very much aware, open and receptive to advice from people who have vastly more experience and knowledge then i do, learning how and what to use or do is my favorite parts, im never closed minded, i reflect on everything, that's why when you said i dont think u need tren, it helped me realize i dont, made me see what ive accomplished so far with just mild stacks and my genetics thus far.

Naw bro I'm just reminding you of what you already know. We all need that sometimes. We know the right thing to do but just hearing it from someone else helps it seem more legitimate. Few updates first and foremost.
Weight up 1.6lbs from last week 240lbs int 241.6lbs we are slowly growing again.
Strength on rows hit all new PRs on each set for seated cable rows, first set of 15 up 20lbs, set of 12 up 5lbs drop set up another 20lbs, back strength coming along nicely.
The sublingual var pre workout 45 minutes ahead of time keeps out doing itself, ive never pushed weight with rows and other movements up this progressively and at a rapid pace.
It feels so good knowing i can max the stack out and have to add weight utilizing the guide pin i put into the stack.
The rowing was so strong today i felt i could not miss, i controlled myself and didn't go crazy. I think im just going to add 5lb and 10lb plates till my progress reaches stagnation, even at 305lb i felt so smooth and just every rep was on point.
I introduced smith machine rack pulls as i haven't done them in a long time, i love that movement i get tons of activation in my back utilizing them.
My pull day went excellent im so happy with this, my head space and attitude is in a great place things are clicking and im just out here on the grind by any means.
One side note seeing how strong certain lifts have become it does make me curious what 140mg of tren ace would do....not gonna lie not saying im going to run it at all, i do think, damn if u can max out the stack on just test/var/winny the mg amount im at 650mg injectables a week and just 75mg total var a week... what would tren do for me.
This cycle ive seen the most growth body weight wise, strength and endurance wise from domestic-supply i just cant miss on this cycle with these compounds.
I was up 14lbs at one point dropped 4lbs not im up 11.6lbs on cycle and slowly getting back the lbs i lost, its been incredible, i feel like a different looking person.

The reassurance does definitely go a long way brother i agree and completely see what you mean, you just put things in ways for me that is impacting and make sense brother i appreciate that abd you as wellNaw bro I'm just reminding you of what you already know. We all need that sometimes. We know the right thing to do but just hearing it from someone else helps it seem more legitimate. It's just a bit of self doubt creeping in and it happens to all of us.
It's like when I thought I was getting e2 sides and my nips were gettn sensitive. You metioned the thing about shirts and I was already thinking it but I didn't believe myself. I was about to take an AI unnecessarily but hearing it from you it just confirmed what I was thinking in the back of my head and gave me the confidence to trust what I was thinking originally. This is the exact same situation just roles reversed.
Goes both ways bro! I appreciate you too

Fun fact either i am shrinking or the doctors had it wrong before, had a check up yesterday.
Height 5'10 and 3 quarters lol![]()
Weight 242.4
i am up 2.4lbs meaning a 12.4lb net gain on cycle so far since starting.
Today went excellent for my push day very pleased with the sets/reps and the weights today.
I walked into the gym owner and co-owner was at the check in desk, first thing the co-owner said to me was holy shit look at the arms on this guy, most people would kill to have arms that look like that.
i said yeah i wish people would notice the rest of me, making a joke, he said your not looking at yourself correctly, since you started here with us you have done nothing besides improving your physique, if you could see what i see, you would understand.
i said well my legs are behind, he said yogr leg growth is perfectly fine youve improve them alot more than you even see or realize, you are more proportional now then youve ever been, and you look lean and big for your height and weight.
He stated its a difficult thing to balance the mental side of all of this and what you see, i also said well im doing physique for the leg thing, he said thats a huge mistake you have no idea how good you can do or become if youd just switch gears and go into classic physique, your structure says classic not mens physique your wasting your time and talent.
I was more so blown away by everything he told me, it all hit me like a brick, i need to change my mindset and how i view myself, i asked him what do u think about tren, he looked at me and said you dont need it i believe you can win without it with how hard you work and how you respond with what you've been taking the milder compounds, said my growth has been incredible watching it happen.
Step one share this because i have enough courage to finally admit this openly, i scheduled appointments to begin seeing a therapist so i can get my mind right, my mood right and become the best version of myself first and secondly the best bodybuilder i can be with chasing after my goals, thats step one. I held off on doing this for so long because i was afraid id look weak or like a failure i could fix my own damn self, after having a heart to heart with @BeMe he inspired me to do this and gave me the courage and outlook to take this step. I feel venerable sharing this, but i believe in full transparency so im putting myself out in the open.
By putting this off for so long beme helped me realize im carrying this unneeded weight on my shoulders and creating a roadblock i cant get around on my own, because of his backing understanding and support when i came to him and had a conversation, im going for it and getting this out of my life so i no longer hhold myself back in life and carry what ive been holding onto since childhood.
Step two ive always had tightness in my lower back due to tight hips, pelvis and legs in general, i will be seeing a physical therapist and getting my body right as well, i cant see this through completely if i dont take care of my mobility and body.
Step three i have schedule a sleep study that will be done this winter so i can make sure my body is completely rested or right, if something is off i will do what is required to rest and recover completely, never had a sleep study done i think its appropriate.
Step 4 put everything together and create the building blocks for success now and moving forward in the presence and further.

That makes alot of sense because for many years of my life ive been beating the shit out of my mental health and my mind instead of my problems, i know in my heart im a good person always have been always will strive to be that in life, as i said my true passion in helping others succeed and thrive, i got to thinking after our conversation last night, i was debating on if i should go public with what im going through and if i should take my accountability to the point i cant run from it because its now out in the open in my log, as you have told me if i can apply myself into getting better as i do into the gym i cant lose and will come out ahead and a better person, because of you i decided i would own it and share it in the open, i got a ton of love and respect as well as admiration for you brother, being a true friend and life line, i cant ever thank you enough.Wow bro, that's real courage and accountability right there! Always leading by example and setting the tone for the rest of us. By sharing all this I'm positive you're helping other members of the EVO fam who are quietly dealing with the same issues. I really can't explain how proud of you I am. Especially taking this to the log. This is huge. Like we were talking about, pushing down and ignoring your problems and putting on a brave face is what men do. But the bigger man confronts his problems head on and beats the living shit outta them. You're taking them all on at once and you're gonna be a giant man when this is all sorted. You're taking life to the next level!
Love you too brother! I'm so proud of you. You've excelled at everything else you've put your mind to and I'm sure this is gonna be more of the same. So many amazingly positive changes on the way for you bro and this first step today is a massive oneThat makes alot of sense because for many years of my life ive been beating the shit out of my mental health and my mind instead of my problems, i know in my heart im a good person always have been always will strive to be that in life, as i said my true passion in helping others succeed and thrive, i got to thinking after our conversation last night, i was debating on if i should go public with what im going through and if i should take my accountability to the point i cant run from it because its now out in the open in my log, as you have told me if i can apply myself into getting better as i do into the gym i cant lose and will come out ahead and a better person, because of you i decided i would own it and share it in the open, i got a ton of love and respect as well as admiration for you brother, being a true friend and life line, i cant ever thank you enough.
That’s a strong update. Weight is up and strength is there, those are the two signs you are moving in the right direction. Compliments from the gym staff mean your work is showing more than you think. I get the self doubt but legs are coming along and others notice what you might not. Hearing that your frame is better for classic is worth taking serious, that outside perspective can guide you. Lining up therapy, body work, and a sleep study is the smartest thing you can do. That’s building the base so the training and compounds can take you further. Step by step you are setting yourself up to really break through. TBH, I really think you need to be talking to your coach and lining up your show pre. @Noah WixxTuesday September 9 2025

Thats the plan and that's the goal and getting it out in our conversation and planning all the appointments today and getting them ready to go is the first steps in this jounery, it inspired me to the point i pushed harder this workout than i typically do and i felt good doing it.Love you too brother! The co owner is the one who almost turned pro and was truly competitive against the best of the best at a really high level he is the one who said all those things to me today. I know he has an eue for this kind of stuff. That’s a strong update. Weight is up and strength is there, those are the two signs you are moving in the right direction. Compliments from the gym staff mean your work is showing more than you think. I get the self doubt but legs are coming along and others notice what you might not. I really think you’re on to something man. When I can I’ll be following your path. From what you describe, it sounds like you’re a very conscientious person. I admire that and everyone should. In some ways I am too, and it’s a heavy load. I don’t see a therapist and I just wind up over sharing a lot. That’s at least one step better than… blowing up at people in a regular basis or many of my other ways of dealing with my issues. That makes alot of sense because for many years of my life ive been beating the shit out of my mental health and my mind instead of my problems, i know in my heart im a good person always have been always will strive to be that in life, as i said my true passion in helping others succeed and thrive, i got to thinking after our conversation last night, i was debating on if i should go public with what im going through and if i should take my accountability to the point i cant run from it because its now out in the open in my log, as you have told me if i can apply myself into getting better as i do into the gym i cant lose and will come out ahead and a better person, because of you i decided i would own it and share it in the open, i got a ton of love and respect as well as admiration for you brother, being a true friend and life line, i cant ever thank
I hope this jounery along with helping myself will maybe help or inspire other's, thats my goals with putting this out into my log, i was/am one of those guys and after so many years of holding onto things i should not have, its time beme helped me realize that full circle with what he was expressing to me in our conversations, in the end his conversations helped me not only seek out talk therapy also to do the sleep study and the pt for my body with mobility, as they say one person can be that spark someone else needs to light the fire and make changes happen for the better. His words and truly caring for what im going through made all the difference with me getting all of this rolling, he helped me realize i cant be the best in my new career or in my dreams and goals in bodybuilding if i am not my best version.I really think you’re on to something man.
And thank you for sharing this. It’s something most everyone here needs to be thinking about
it was one particular therapist that honestly saved my relationship with my children. And he did it by basically getting us to say the things we had bottled up in all the confusion and pain from divorce.I hope this jounery along with helping myself will maybe help or inspire other's, thats my goals with putting this out into my log, i was/am one of those guys and after so many years of holding onto things i should not have, its time beme helped me realize that full circle with what he was expressing to me in our conversations, in the end his conversations helped me not only seek out talk therapy also to do the sleep study and the pt for my body with mobility, as they say one person can be that spark someone else needs to light the fire and make changes happen for the better. Almost turned pro is not a proThe co owner is the one who almost turned pro and was truly competitive against the best of the best at a really high level he is the one who said all those things to me today. I know he has an eue for this kind of stuff.
Yeah i wasn't sure where i was headed till i reached out and spoke with beme and he just was able to get through alot of things to me that i ignored for a long time, and if sparked all of this update because of him truky being hete for me when i needed it, im taking the steps to be the best i can with all things in life.
Yeah im sure my coach probably will see it the same way, id have to talk with him and get his prospective.
Now I'm worried about measuring my height lolTuesday September 9 2025
@domestic-supply.com

Well the photos he showed me of him going up against Chris bumstead when he was trying to turn pro was enough for me to say he was at a super high level, the photos ive seen of one of the owner at my gym blew my fucking mind, ive seen alot of his competition stuff, from nationals to being in potential pro qualifier shows, you dont reach that level by being a bum, way i see it hes done things im trying to do so when i hewr his stories and see his photos or speak with him it is inspiring.Almost turned pro is not a probut I wont pick at it lol.
I think @BeMe is the biggest EVO family brother helping all, I really think he should be a mod.
I agree he should be a mod perfect individual for that role and i know his heart based on my conversations with him, he is a blessing and a great man for evo and the community.Almost turned pro is not a probut I wont pick at it lol.

Yeah that is true and i find myself holding onto things i shouldn't i will be open about this just to add to my log and on going stuff, alot of my stuff im holding is things i can't change and wanting answers i cant get, my father i know him seen him a handful of times when i was a kid, alot of this stuff stems from him leaving my mom while she was carrying me and then all the broken promises and excuses along the way, always made me feel like i wasn't good enough which carried into my adult life when i fail or don't look how i want with bodybuilding i beat myself up and sit on it and it causes this downward sadness spiral, i cant keep going like this and letting it eat me alive at times, i need to close this chapter in my life and get right so i can win and achieve the thing's im chasing in life and in bodybuilding.I would say i didn't start to really know myself until i got into my 40's. this is why i encourage people not to get married young. you change a lot as you get older. @Noah Wixx
Naw your looking at it wrong lol, sometimes i talk to him about my physique and what i dont like and he talks to me about bodybuilding and what he sees ice changed physique wise or what i need to work on, its just words of encouragement, i value his opinion because he competed and i haven't so its more so reassuring to hear from a former competitor im on the right track.the way your gym owner compliments you is very awkward. @Noah Wixx i would not like another man complimenting me like that. i would probably punch him lol
I’ve shrunk at least an inch. My ID says 6’1” (I was 6’ .5”) but I’m 5’11.5” now, 28 years later. Everyone’s discs shrink a little. Mine shrunk a lot, some of them are gone completely.either i am shrinking or the doctors had it wrong before,
That's what i hope for with my outcome when it comes down to closing the chapter with my father left alot of emotional damage underneath the surface that ive locked inside my mind, i cant hold onto this anymore.it was one particular therapist that honestly saved my relationship with my children. And he did it by basically getting us to say the things we had bottled up in all the confusion and pain from divorce.
I did a sleep study before. I had mild sleep apnea. I was bigger then. I was prescribed a mask but my insurance dodged it.
I’m a huge fan of physical therapists. I’ve seen many from all my injuries. They really like working with athletes. You’ll get special attention.
@BeMe is a huge asset to this forum. And an excellent guy. His perspective on things is something I think about a lot.
sounds like he knows how to butter up his customers.Naw your looking at it wrong lol, sometimes i talk to him about my physique and what i dont like and he talks to me about bodybuilding and what he sees ice changed physique wise or what i need to work on, its just words of encouragement, i value his opinion because he competed and i haven't so its more so reassuring to hear from a former competitor im on the right track.
Yeah I still have that too. Met my dad when I was 8. I understand my mom and step dad were impossible and at least at first he was a marine and he really couldn’t just come see me.That's what i hope for with my outcome when it comes down to closing the chapter with my father left alot of emotional damage underneath the surface that ive locked inside my mind, i cant hold onto this anymore.
Yeah in my case he would come around a little bit or make plans with me as a child and id just he staring out a window for an hour or 2 waiting for him and he would never show up i never forgot those memories of being abandoned by him, my whole life I just wanted a relationship with him, he is a selfishness kind of person and the type to make up lies or excuses to make himself look better, i remember maybe 5 times ive seen him in my life from birth till now which im 37, ive wanted to say so many thinfs and get closure with him and move on, i doubt it would even be worth it because he will just make excuses or blame other people, i think the fact that hurts most is i was his first born son and just got discarded, but when he had 2 more kids after me with a different woman he stuck around and raised them, so that's where the anger comes from and the confusion.Yeah I still have that too. Met my dad when I was 8. I understand my mom and step dad were impossible and at least at first he was a marine and he really couldn’t just come see me.
So he was in my life for like four years. Aware that I was dealing with an actual psycho step dad, and then he left and tried to re enter my life once I turned 18. He’s really mad to this day that I really don’t have time for him. I just don’t have a bond with him at all. When he tries to talk to me as if I should listen because he’s my dad, honestly it’s pretty offensive.
I’ve adopted men I admire as a father figure my whole life. And I naturally fall into a mentorship position with a lot of the young guys I work with, etc.
But when I think about my dad it kind of makes me sick. Doesn’t feel good at all. I actually narrowly missed becoming an Eagle Scout because that very year they added a requirement that involved a bunch of family stuff. My best friend and I were like, “yeah that’s not going to work for us hahaha”. Seems pretty short sighted for a group that has so many kids that are just trying to get through a rough life
Thank you brother, after having reflection time amd speaking with beme, i decided people deserve to see and truly feel what i feel go through with me what im going through, i want people to see and feel the human side behind it, the aspect we rarely speak about so people know its not just pump iron and grow, the mental aspect as well. The biggest thing i admire about logs brother isnt just your insane work ethic it how you put everything out the on the table even all the personal stuff. Really feels like im on your journey with ya bro,![]()
People most of the time dont want to admit the importance of the mental side of things. I feel the vulnerability that comes with that kind of confession is what scares most people. I admire and praise your courage to now be able to do so brother and i genuinely feel it will be helping more people then the training side of things will, whether people would open up about it or not. Well done brother this is the side of evo that i love the most. @BeMe a huge respect for you brotherThank you brother, after having reflection time amd speaking with beme, i decided people deserve to see and truly feel what i feel go through with me what im going through, i want people to see and feel the human side behind it, the aspect we rarely speak about so people know its not just pump iron and grow, the mental aspect as well.
I can admit with 100% with certainty if not for @BeMe i would still be holding this inside and not taking the steps with getting better, he just showed a level of compassion im not used to seeing and the way he explained things to me with my thinking and logic being wrong and his level of concern for what ive been holding onto, he truly got all of this on my update into motion, its a rare breed of a person and individual, i have known he is a great person, i didn't realize how great and how much he actually cared to the point i felt i was letting myself down and him if i didn't seek the treatment because he spent time on me taking time away from his family and home life.People most of the time dont want to admit the importance of the mental side of things. 5'10'' or 5'11'' is still tall either way. you have lankier limbs then it looks @Noah Wixx but you are still able to put on some sizeTuesday September 9 2025
@domestic-supply.com

I agree. We all have things in common and can relate to each other. It helps a lot to relate to other people personally. There are really good logs on here that aren’t so personal and I wish I could be like that hahaha. On the other hand, I know for sure, confirmed, that almost everything I’ve put out there someone else has thought about too. Maybe thought it was holding them back but they can see that other people have similar issues and how they deal with it. Brother you got plenty of us in your life that love you. Better to focus on the things we have in life than the things we don't. It's true about everything, especially this. Anytime you start thinking that way try and remind yourself of all you have because you got a lot to be grateful for. Counting your blessing in life is a great way to cheer yourself up. Sometimes when I'm alone at home, maybe a bit lonely, I just look around and think about my family, friends, job, house and think man I'm a lucky guy. Just being able to come home at night and spend time with your girlfriend is a huge blessing many people don't have. Always try count your blessings brother.Yeah that is true and i find myself holding onto things i shouldn't i will be open about this just to add to my log and on going stuff, alot of my stuff im holding is things i can't change and wanting answers i cant get, my father i know him seen him a handful of times when i was a kid, alot of this stuff stems from him leaving my mom while she was carrying me and then all the broken promises and excuses along the way, always made me feel like i wasn't good enough which carried into my adult life when i fail or don't look how i want with bodybuilding i beat myself up and sit on it and it causes this downward sadness spiral, i cant keep going like this and letting it eat me alive at times, i need to close this chapter in my life and get right so i can win and achieve the thing's im chasing in life and in bodybuilding.
Been alone home, the mind wonders. In directions we don't want it to goBrother you got plenty of us in your life that love you. Better to focus on the things we have in life than the things we don't. @Ulter you have to be the most pessimistic guy on the planet lmao!! I used to be a lot like you, but I really wanted to stop seeing only negativity in the world. Now I say daily affirmations and one is to be more empathetic and optimistic. Sounds corny and hippy dippy but it madde a big change in my life. Much happier these days. You should give it a trysounds like he knows how to butter up his customers.
@BeMe is a true legend in the EVO family @Noah WixxI agree he should be a mod perfect individual for that role and i know his heart based on my conversations with him, he is a blessing and a great man for evo and the community.
That's the photos he has, but in the end he could step on stage the next year and year after. He didn't have to turn pro that year.Well the photos he showed me of him going up against Chris bumstead when he was trying to turn pro was enough for me to say he was at a super high level, the photos ive seen of one of the owner at my gym blew my fucking mind, ive seen alot of his competition stuff, from nationals to being in potential pro qualifier shows, you dont reach that level by being a bum, way i see it hes done things im trying to do so when i hewr his stories and see his photos or speak with him it is inspiring.
def its something that will change and effect you. the first 5 years of your life is crucial to determine your happiness.Yeah that is true and i find myself holding onto things i shouldn't i will be open about this just to add to my log and on going stuff, alot of my stuff im holding is things i can't change and wanting answers i cant get, my father i know him seen him a handful of times when i was a kid, alot of this stuff stems from him leaving my mom while she was carrying me and then all the broken promises and excuses along the way, always made me feel like i wasn't good enough which carried into my adult life when i fail or don't look how i want with bodybuilding i beat myself up and sit on it and it causes this downward sadness spiral, i cant keep going like this and letting it eat me alive at times, i need to close this chapter in my life and get right so i can win and achieve the thing's im chasing in life and in bodybuilding.
Yeah it was myself, my mom grandma and grandpa for the first 10 till my stepfather who my mom is still married to came into our life, seen and been through things i never fully ever released, that makes alot of sensedef its something that will change and effect you. the first 5 years of your life is crucial to determine your happiness.
Dude i had my dot physical today i told the nurse about how i am shrinking according to my vist at a different hospital yesterday, she says nope u are 5'11 im so confused what does it all really mean lolI'm usually 5'11 but once I got 5"11 1/2 and that almost made me sad lol. Like only 1/2" more can I could claim 6'...what a kick in the nuts
Yeah apparently im 5'11 had my height measured again for new job physical lol, yeah ive always been a stocky build so size came pretty easily5'10'' or 5'11'' is still tall either way. you have lankier limbs then it looks @Noah Wixx but you are still able to put on some size
Yeah so far no issues brother just putting my everything into thisbros you are killing it @Noah Wixx barbell incline bench. and then hitting the shoulders hard. glad you shoulders doing good
Thats a great way of looking at it im closer here with people in the evo community then ive been with people in the real world other than my family, ive always kept myself locked away and out of the spot light, i feel more connected with everything here then i do majority of people out in the street.Brother you got plenty of us in your life that love you. Just from our convos you girl sounds like one of the good ones. That alone is a lot to be grateful for. Having someone there for you everyday is an amazing blessing not everyone has.Thats a great way of looking at it im closer here with people in the evo community then ive been with people in the real world other than my family, ive always kept myself locked away and out of the spot light, i feel more connected with everything here then i do majority of people out in the street.
yeah its not like they really care about being accurate. an inch or here or thereYeah im curious how accurate it is because u stand on the floor and the drop the stick on your head and say your this tall, how accurate is it really lol
when you get beat everyday as a kid it really brings that out. yeah i'm old. yeah i'm grumpy. but isn't that sum up America's 55+ crowd of today? we are all miserable@Ulter you have to be the most pessimistic guy on the planet lmao!! I know what you've shared about your past @Ulterwhen you get beat everyday as a kid it really brings that out. yeah i'm old. yeah i'm grumpy. but isn't that sum up America's 55+ crowd of today? we are all miserable
bros let keep it that wayYeah so far no issues brother just putting my everything into this
I used to be the meanest, grumpiest junk yard dog man. I was beat too. Regularly. Pretty bad. So I had all this fight and aggression inside me and if I didn’t let it out I had physical symptoms.when you get beat everyday as a kid it really brings that out. yeah i'm old. yeah i'm grumpy. but isn't that sum up America's 55+ crowd of today? we are all miserable
wow they measured you for a job? thats like playing pro sportsYeah apparently im 5'11 had my height measured again for new job physical lol, yeah ive always been a stocky build so size came pretty easily
well my daughter just called me up yesterday wanting to know if she can stop by and pick up her dolls. but i sold them a couple weeks back on ebay lol.I know what you've shared about your past @Ulter
All I'm saying is do you like being grumpy? Doesn't it feel better when you're happy?
You don't have to let your past continually dictate your future. Anyone can change.
i use the weight room to get out all the anger. it works for me on a daily basis. the only time it doesn't work is when my daughter shows up just to pester meI used to be the meanest, grumpiest junk yard dog man. I was beat too. Regularly. Pretty bad. So I had all this fight and aggression inside me and if I didn’t let it out I had physical symptoms.
I had a talk with this Haitian woman and she was telling me about how she had had cancer, and one of the biggest things she had done in her healing was letting go of the anger that was poisoning her. She was so beautiful and smart. And it was obvious that even though at we’re having a friendly conversation she could see what I had bottled up inside me and she knew o needed to hear it.
That’s absolutely valid. Totally works. I became a much nicer person when I started lifting, but I did a lot of other things too.i use the weight room to get out all the anger. it works for me on a daily basis. the only time it doesn't work is when my daughter shows up just to pester me
I dont think that is the case man, when i started at that gym i was 220lbs im now 242.4 if a 22.4lb increase isn't noticeable to others im doing something very wrong.sounds like he knows how to butter up his customers.
Lmfao it was part of the dot physical which was laughable it was so easy, the doc said alot of people fail itwow they measured you for a job? thats like playing pro sports
Testing is the same up here. What qualifies as a healthy adult man is pretty scary lolLmfao it was part of the dot physical which was laughable it was so easy, the doc said alot of people fail iti was like you can be serious lol
I’ve nearly failed it for my blood pressure numerous times. That was when I was natty. It was because I had woke up at 2-3am and drive five hours with a bunch of coffee, but eventually it wouldn’t come back down.Lmfao it was part of the dot physical which was laughable it was so easy, the doc said alot of people fail iti was like you can be serious lol
Doctor said some guys are out of breath just getting off the table and cant even squat, then she went into left field and started talking to me about how America has become so fat and out of shape and how it makes her mad i busted out laughing lolTesting is the same up here. What qualifies as a healthy adult man is pretty scary lol
Ok that caffeine does crazy things to bp i cant blame u for that having a drive that long, i need caffeine when i wake up lol.I’ve nearly failed it for my blood pressure numerous times. That is 100% all factualI know right.. really scary. They use the word "normal" because they've adjusted everything down to account for lower test levels, etc across the whole population. We have a much better grasp on reality here in the underground.
yeah not surprised. many in america have pregnant gut. its patheticLmfao it was part of the dot physical which was laughable it was so easy, the doc said alot of people fail iti was like you can be serious lol
you are improving. i would find it awkward though if a man complimented me like that in person.. internet is one thing but in person is uncomfortable and i would probably cancel my membership on the spot. but that is me. i'm glad you are motivated from itI dont think that is the case man, when i started at that gym i was 220lbs im now 242.4 if a 22.4lb increase isn't noticeable to others im doing something very wrong.
He doesn't butter me up, you know how many times i walk in that gym without saying a word to him at all or him saying a word to me lol.
So if you notice something on my log that i improve are you also buttering me up if you tell me about it lol ?
you sound like me lol. my daughter brought her husband to t'giving last year and we were all having a good time until he changed the channel from football to the stupid parade SMH .that was it for me. he also cut the turkey with those electric knifes instead of a real knife . i called him a poosy beta to his face and my daughter ran out of cryingThat’s absolutely valid. Totally works. I became a much nicer person when I started lifting, but I did a lot of other things too.
Do you think am improvement with your relationship with your daughter would benefit you or her? It’s pretty hard. My daughter still has anger. She does things like… telling women I’m dating about all my other gfs, and she’s dating a guy like 20 years older than her right now. She asked if I wanted to meet him and I asked her how she felt about him getting punched in the face? Because if he rubbed me the wrong way I probably will. And how is he not going to exactly? We could easily be attractive to/attracted to the same women. Am I going to catch him looking at my gfs ass? Pffff probably!
But in the end I just told her I don’t need to meet him. It’s just a phase. He’s never coming to Christmas. I support her as my daughter and I’ll listen to her and accept her. But not him.
I get your point of view and understand where you are coming from, we view it differently and that's ok, having discussions and opinions is all part of, i try to learn and take lessons from everything when i can, id rather you he honest and speak your mind then not be.you are improving. i would find it awkward though if a man complimented me like that in person.. internet is one thing but in person is uncomfortable and i would probably cancel my membership on the spot. but that is me. i'm glad you are motivated from it
Yeah it was like squat with good posture one time, read these letters on the wall, im going to whisper numbers repeat them back to me, got my height and weight and bp, pretty much that was it, all simple stuff every average American should have no problem with.yeah not surprised. many in america have pregnant gut. its pathetic
i called him a poosy beta to his face and my daughter ran out of crying
yeah be the best you can be, everyone else can do their own thing and be out of shapeYeah it was like squat with good posture one time, read these letters on the wall, im going to whisper numbers repeat them back to me, got my height and weight and bp, pretty much that was it, all simple stuff every average American should have no problem with.
Idk about anymore, but you used to see truckers that looked like they’d pop if you pricked them with a pin. No way squatting. No way touching their toes. My ex father in law was an owner operator as his last hurrah before true retirement. He had been a somewhat healthy guy. It was just long enough ago that he could cheat the logs and run longer times and distances to make more money. Absolutely destroyed his health and he never really recovered. But he was also in a bad bike wreck. He’s 76, used to do dbol cycles, did coke for like 30 years, smoked packs a day. Still alive! He’s absolutely insane but he has these moments of clarity. He’s said some of the wisest things I’ve ever heardYeah it was like squat with good posture one time, read these letters on the wall, im going to whisper numbers repeat them back to me, got my height and weight and bp, pretty much that was it, all simple stuff every average American should have no problem with.
no he showed up to my house. At least you showed up bro. Doing better than me.
you are a very humble manI get your point of view and understand where you are coming from, we view it differently and that's ok, having discussions and opinions is all part of, i try to learn and take lessons from everything when i can, id rather you he honest and speak your mind then not be.
