Approved Log Newbie Body Recomp Log - changing my life

@Allupfromhere thank you brother, appreciate the kind words, just what I needed, last week got on top of me without a doubt and was feeling it heavily yesterday.

Think it is some stress I am a director of Op's which comes with its own fun.

Just felt like I had hit the wall last week and was and still kind of am in a funk, hoping I dont need to increasemy SSRI doses back up.
Those situations means you have to hit it hard with the gym and push. :D
You should cycle off the ssri that stuff is whats messing you up. @G-Merc 80
 
Energy Levels are feeling on point this week, the weights felt bloody light in my session last night.

Have Masteron P on its way, will add 200mg weekly till the end of November. (Will do another Body scan next weekend, very interested to see what or if any changes there are)
Will monitor bloods for E2 given Mast will hopefully lower it and i can back off Aromasin a little.

Training stayed strong across all those days even with low food, that’s solid work. Bench and OHP both hit decent numbers and that RDL PR at 80 kg stands out. :D

Good to see the adjustments on HGH and Reta schedule too, once meals get back to plan your recovery and fullness will bounce fast. how do you feel on the new retatrutide dose? @G-Merc 80

The change in Reta schedule has made a big impact on bowel movement, I am no longer struggling with that, which is a big win, food noise is quiet consistently (no sudden pacman urges), BUT I believe starting off with Microdosing was the right thing for me at the time as it squashed the overwhelming food noise; side note blood glucose levels are on point! after a solid meal of carbs and protein I am clearing quickly down to 5.3 nmol/L within the hour. thank you @s.gentz for the interesting article and opening up that conversation.

HGH shift now has me falling asleep easier at night as well, so another big plus.

Without the yourself (@LevButlerov), @stevesmi, @Allupfromhere and the rest of the Evo families guidance I would not be where I am now in my journey, so a huge thank you.

Keen to see the pics brother i feel there is gonna be some big changes! And i hear ya mate a shave and a tan works big wonders 😂 im similar mate the rug grows quick on the front and the one on my back grows even faster haha. My mrs must be getting fed up shaving it lol

Nice brother, its hard without the meal prep sometimes but solid effort still not eating any crap. Protien and fats are still there so thats more important then the carbs.
Sleep is a hard one bro especially with a busy schedule for sure, the main thing is if your only getting shorter sleep really try your best to set yourself up for quality sleep. Minimum sleep with Minimum quality can really hold you back long term. Love the RPE info top brother gives us a really good indication of how hard someone is training 💪🔥

Solid push day even with the short sleep, you still got that close grip bench and incline work done clean! :D

Diet still tight for the workload though, 1900 cals with that output will stall recovery soon. Get meals prepped ahead and bump intake on food, can you?

Too many 'just bench' vs using the right exercise to hit the right spot.

@G-Merc 80 The good thing about meal prepping red meat is that it's super easy to cook. But the one downside is it can get really expensive. But not sure in your country if it's also pricey.

close grip training is a good option. it really works the triceps and the wrists too. just don't put too much pressure on your elbows @G-Merc 80
 
MOTS-C I am feeling the difference with, even with the low calorie intake this week, the weights are feeling a little too easy; using weight recorded on the previous workout the RPE shows MOTS-C is giving a lot of help, I have also increase Cardarine to full dose for the last 4-weeks which I know will be helping, but these two stacked is a crazy good combination for me. (I know my PEDs are playing a big role, but these two are making that a little easier) @LevButlerov you were right, take a little to start feeling that difference but it is noticeable.

I do think I have lost a little muscle with this low calorie issue, but as this cycle is focused on stripping down the fat I am not overly disappointed, i have noticed that i now have loose skin on my lower stomach, guess I didn't realise or ignored how much body fat I was carrying.

With moving to once a week shot of Reta intake has been harder, so I will back off to 1.5mg on next dose to see if the suppression isn't as heavy. E.G last night I was sitting at 1100 calories and just felt like there was no way I could eat and ended up force feeding myself.

Will be dropping Test E down to 125mg per week and introducing Test P 200mg per week, thought is this will help get my levels in the right place before my TRT Scripted blood tests at the start of Jan 26 but keep them my free up till end of cycle; thoughts?

Mast P will come in from Monday for 4-6 weeks, hoping this will help polish me out a little and maybe help with the E2 levels, I could feel they are way too high with needing to take Aromasin two days running and finally feel balanced mentally today - Scheduled Bloods next Saturday.

Cardarine is a cheat code for cardio, i have to raise intensity on treadmill to feel the same without it lol

MOTS-C I believe I am, given the low calorie weights are feeling a little too easy, even with poor sleep I feel clean energy and awake, hence why i increased dose to take full advantage of it right now, I wasnt sure about it initially but the tracking of energy points to it

Apparently doing the armpits reduces body odor and we're being seen in public gyms and shaven vs hairy armpit is a no brainer really.

I should have done it earlier but whatever. Also we're photographing ourselves so others can see our abs right? Silly to hide them under hair.

Yeah bro, you can do it - you'll be glad you did afterwards bro and if you have a partner they will enjoy the novelty of your smooth as fuck skin for a while :) get proper shaving cream though bro, then do it in the shower.

I used liquid soap from the gym wall dispenser the first time and got stubble rash or razor burn or whatever it is and it was very uncomfortable.

I've got tons of loose skin on my belly from losing weight so fast, I hate it and hope I can find a way to fix it quickly. I don't want a tan but maybe sunbathing will tighten the skin up a bit. I'll try the salty ocean sometime too.

Lol so I am hearing no tren just YET.

Big weekend with the old mans 70th with help setting up Friday night then running it Saturday night, you would think it would be an early night, they were still going well into the morning.

Good session at the gym Sunday feeling good (I swear the feeling really good sessions line up with the days I take MOTS-C), only a few weeks left on the cycle so I am starting to plan what my bridge looks like (suggestions welcome), what next cycle will look like and starting to stock up so from day 1 I have everything I need.

I am hovering around 96-97kg right now, I would have liked to be around the low 90KG zone; what is a good adjunct I can add to help burn down the fat? I was looking at Tren 50mg a week lol but will find something more suited based on your suggestions.

Will clipper the hair once I hit 95kg with the hope there is a little more visual there hahahahah

Good session at the gym Sunday feeling good (I swear the feeling really good sessions line up with the days I take MOTS-C), only a few weeks left on the cycle so I am starting to plan what my bridge looks like (suggestions welcome), what next cycle will look like and starting to stock up so from day 1 I have everything I need.
Mate i was just having discussions about the mots with @Wolfenstein and we both agree how effective the peptide is! I didnt think it would take effect so soon but the stability of energy throughout the entire day is crazy. Its subtle yet so noticeable in the fact the i dont drop off at all the whole day. I would always taper off in the late afternoon at some stage but i feel im good to go all the way up until i wind down for bed. Becoming top 3 of my favourite peps to use for sure!
I am hovering around 96-97kg right now, I would have liked to be around the low 90KG zone; what is a good adjunct I can add to help burn down the fat? I was looking at Tren 50mg a week lol but will find something more suited based on your suggestions.

Have you though about l carnitine in conjunction with your gh, reta and mots? Would be a great addition to this for fat loss.. but more directly brother where is your cals/macros currently at? Could you throw in a couple of low days a week?

Try to keep your protien stable as best you can brother, swing around your carbs mostly to swap days around.
Sunday is very low though brother, with intake as low as it is on both these days i agree with you that increasing expenditure slightly is a better option then dropping cals any further. 90kg from where your at now will be easy work, just stay locked in and dont allow the slip ups to frequent if you have any.

I know my body comp is changing throughout this as my pants are falling off me and shirts are fitting differenlty but I have an obession on gettin gthe actual KG down, will increase activty as I know this is key.

This week meals are all prepped at 2200 calories, will be easily able to adjust protein v Carb.

At this stage around 6 or so weeks.. not much study available for extended periods of time.
Yes nutrition either side of workouts is crucial in my opinion. If your carbs are low because of time can always add in a high molecular carb shake like karbolyn or branch chain cyclic dextrin for fast absorbtion. This will help with energy and power in the gym.

Feeling me E2 levels are too high over the last week, this is just mental feedback on how i feel and act, have been taking two days on one day off 12.5mg Aromasin which has levelled me out quickly and feeling better for it, and feel more centered at work and gym; will be interesting to see my E2/Free test levels from blood tests late this week.

can confirm that moving to Reta once a week after a couple of weeks has been a good move, hunger suppression is a lot more steady and bowl movements back to daily without needing an adjunct to get it going.

Overall energy levels are not too bad, do need some bloody time off work just to clear my head lol

Good move with the aromasin brother our bodies tell us a lot, bloods do tell us more though so keen to see what comes back.

I found the same moving to single dose reta weekly too. Felt it was effective enough to stay on the same dose but with better effect on hunger noise.

Life creeps up sometimes brother doesnt it.
Take some time for yourself bro when you can.. its never good burning the wick at both ends for too long.

Feeling me E2 levels are too high over the last week, this is just mental feedback on how i feel and act, have been taking two days on one day off 12.5mg Aromasin which has levelled me out quickly and feeling better for it, and feel more centered at work and gym; will be interesting to see my E2/Free test levels from blood tests late this week.

can confirm that moving to Reta once a week after a couple of weeks has been a good move, hunger suppression is a lot more steady and bowl movements back to daily without needing an adjunct to get it going.

Overall energy levels are not too bad, do need some bloody time off work just to clear my head lol

Good move with the aromasin brother our bodies tell us a lot, bloods do tell us more though so keen to see what comes back.

I found the same moving to single dose reta weekly too. Felt it was effective enough to stay on the same dose but with better effect on hunger noise.

Life creeps up sometimes brother doesnt it.
Take some time for yourself bro when you can.. its never good burning the wick at both ends for too long.

Blood tests Saturday to confirm where E2 is actually sitting but based on mental health feedback and water retention it was running far too high.

A mild Deca dose like 50-100 mg per week can help with synovial fluid and collagen turnover without pushing water or e2 too high, especially since you’re already on Masteron which keeps estrogen in check. @G-Merc 80

Solid brother, a few people really enjoying the gh from @StoryOfTheProphet. I ran a IM blood test on it for him and can say its solid, even had bloods re run after a month to see conversion to igf 1 and even with low e2 was still solid. Though many factors influence the igf 1 conversion beyond my knowledge. @LevButlerov is the man to ask these questions.

Agreed not wise changing two things at once and not knowing what change moved you where.. stay as is bloods will tell you which way to move.

I'm about to start some low dose deca for my old creeky knees. Should be here tomorrow I ran a cycle of NPP but that does nothing for the joints.

Once I getting it running I'll remember to check back and let you know how it's working.
