Hello, folks! I have a quick question. My wife is 47 NAND menopausal going g through HRT to get her hormones balanced out. She has been lifting g with me for the last 3 years and made amazing g progress. She has even natty the whole time but we are wondering what the safest ways are to enhance her workouts and with which compounds. We bit know it’s a delicate balance with the women so I have seen that a lot of women will use Var or Primo. What would be the best way to start on a beginner cycle for her to help her with muscle gain without high risk for negative symptoms? I know there is a lot of great knowledge her and always love everyone’s willingness to help. Looking forward to any input.
