whats up. i am new to the forum. i was looking at some videos on u-tube and ran across dylan gem and saw he knew what he was talking about and seen evolutionary.com man i have been looking for a site like this. i feel like i'm at home. i stopped working out 5 yrs. ago and i'm just getting back into it. i am 5'10" with probably 15% b.f. i'm in my early thirties. i look forward to learning what i can from this forum.

i am trying to catch up on this pct thing. lol back in my early twenties we didn't know about pct. the only thing i ever did was take nolva if my nipples started to feel sensitive. now it seems so much better as far as the knowlege there is today. i have a lot of reading to do.

Go back a page and click “+ Post a new thread” button at the top left of the page.

when you decide what forum you want to go to there will be a thing at the top that says "new thread" you hit that and you will make a new thread on whatever forum that you are on. i know i have been on here a few days before i posted so i could try to figure it out.
