I could do this but only on days im not working. I run a tight schedule as you can see plus i have to work. I struggle sometimes to get enough food in for the amount of training I am doing. But yes I could do this every now and then.
 
Saturday 19th

Easter Holidays here atm with family and friends so some of the diet is a little off.

0420 - wake + 30 mins meditation

0515 - 2 hour incline walk ( avg HR 116 bpm)

0930 - Sauna 30 mins + 1 litre coconut water
1200 - brown rice pasta + home made bolognese sauce.
1240 - strength (shoulder + arms)
1330 - 1 litre coconut water
1600 - burger & chips + diet coke
1750 - 1 hour incline walk ( avg HR 117)
2000 - magnesium, zinc, ashwaganda, lemon balm, sleep.
Must be bulking hard

I'll see what sources are available for pure beetroot juice. Again it has to contain no nasties or preservatives.

@mrsmithy mango smoothie sounds pretty good. just don't depend too much on them, they can be way too much fiber at nutrients hitting your gut at the same time and give you an upset stomach
