0440 - Sauna 20 mins + 1 litre celery juice
0600 - morning smoothie
0700 - black coffee, lions Mane + chaga
0730 - protein bar
0830 - 500ml coconut water
1000 - diced beef, rice + vegetables
1020 - wild sardines
1130 - 500ml water
1300 - diced beef, rice + vegetables
1400 - 500ml water
1500 - dragonfruit, 🍌 🍊 smoothie
1600- 🥭 🍌 🍊 smoothie
1645 - 1 hour incline walk( HR 120)
1945 - rice and chickpea curry
2015 - magnesium + sleep

Sunday meal prep.

Beef mince, steamed rice + zucchini & capsicum.

Also have some eye fillet slow cooking for the next 12 + hours.

What did you make?
i cooked up some thin steaks and i put together some brown rice/pineapple juice. and i cooked up some fresh fish that i caught

1030 - 1500 3 litres watermelon juice
1600 - bolognese sauce + brown rice pasta
1630 - incline walk 1.5 hrs. HR 120
1810 - coconut water
1900 - magnesium + sleep
