Nightly Update

Training:

I hit chest and biceps this morning and felt really good. Took my non-stim pump preworkout, 600mg l-carnitine, the injectable AMP and a can of Dr. Pepper for carbs. Had a great workout, felt strong, locked in and got a GREAT pump.

Incline dumbell press - 3 sets 35kg, 37.5kg, 40kg
Flat dumbell press - 3 sets 37.5kg
Incline chest press machine - 3 sets machine setting 57kg
Pec Fly machine - 3 sets of machine setting 45kg
Dumbell Hammer curls - 3 sets of 15kg
Cable Curl with straight bar - 3 sets of machine setting 18kg

Food:
The food went down easy. The reta sort of makes me not think about food, which is good, because i was really busy today and eating became a background thing i needed to do just to hit my calories. If I wasnt trying to actively gain weight, i could have easily just forgot.

Im all out of Dr. Pepper. I got gifted some by a friend (who knows i love it) and it made for the perfect pre-gym carb. I NEVER drink sugary soda, but the good doctor gets a pass.

I also noticed that i think all the bruising is completely gone from my surgery. I can only JUST still see the disolvable stitches, so thats healing nicely. I think im pretty close to 100%, if not already.

The injectable AMP is wild. You can just get it from any vet shop. The only thing is you need to be careful you don’t hit a vein otherwise you might end up hyperventilating.

Bro, give me my occasional Dr. Pepper. I can never find sugar free Dr. Pepper in my location and I keep it to pre training (when I have it).

This morning I went with some dried fruit pre training instead. I have been super keen to try some more injectable pre workout concoctions, but there isn’t much available.

I might have to get my chemist hat on and give it a go myself.

Training intensity is high and macros are good but need to get that protein up and carbs up a bit.

I didn’t actually use it, and I wish I did, I might have recovered faster. Reta has anti-inflammatory properties, so i definitely think that helped.

As the calories increase I’ll definitely be adding more protein and carbs. I don’t think my fats need to go any higher. I like higher fats, especially when I’m lean, for good skin and hair.

I’m incredibly vein.

Reta is for insulin sensitivity. Also helps me not obsess over food like a crazy person. I can just eat and be fine.

I can get Dr Pepper fine, but the sugar free version where I live is hard to get.

I've never heard of AMP.
I saw it on a vigorous Steve video about injectable pre workouts.

I’m not sure if it’s still being made, but there was a product called ST synthelator that competitors would mega dose at pre judging for wild pumps.

But at a dose of 40mg split bilaterally, it’s just a super vasodilator.

I’m not sure I need it at the moment. This morning I had a brief check and I couldn’t see much bruising at all.

I’ll do another more thorough check tonight.

Got up early and hit Back. Added a half serving of a stim preworkout, mixed with 2 serves my normal pump preworkout, 60g dried fruit and 600mg L Carnitine into my lats 60 mins before the session. Had a great workout, but i had to rush so I condensed some exercises into supersets. Felt really good despite reduced rest times between sets.

Barbell Pendlay Rows - 3 sets of 70kg
Single Arm Cable Row Machine - 3 sets of machine setting 57kg
Super set of Cable lat pulldown with close grip cable row - 3 sets of machine setting 66kg on both machines.
Super set of straight arm lat pulldown with close grip bodyweight chin-ups - 3 sets machine setting 24kg and bodyweight to failure

Often, when im strapped for time, i'll just do the same volume in supersets. Fun to change it up every now and then.

Call the calorie police because i went over by 83 calories. Log is over, pack in it boys.

While I've always been generally lean, he hadn't seen me since i dieted down pre surgery, so he was shocked on how lean i was. As we got through the workout, i was just getting more and more pumped, full, vascular and nutty looking. He knew i was on TRT but he is now VERY sceptical that its the only thing im on.

I sort of get a little TOO into the pre workout cocktails. This morning was 1 serves stim pre, 2 serves non-stim pre, donut for carbs, 40mg AMP injection (20mg each delt) and 600mg L-carnitine (300mg each tricep), and 5mg cialis. Im tempted to add 500mcg injectable B12. Im still hunting some injectable animo acid blends, and I LOVE injectable animo acids.

No idea whats going on, but i've been so vascular all day. Im very glad i was very lean before i started this log. Its made this whole process so much more satisfying. I have a friend who's dieting down, and currently in the "fat and flat" stage. No longer full from the calories, but still not lean yet. Its so much more fun being lean AND full all day.

Training
Today was sports cardio 1. I took a 10mg thc edible before the session and it really relaxed me and put me in the zone. I was able to think and react much more clearly, and the ego of losing was completely gone. Im a big THC fan, and i honestly believe, when used responsibly, its a PED. The only downside i've found is that i THINK it blocks lactic acid. So sometimes you push a little too hard and then later on during the day, you are EXHUASTED.

Even though i've finished my weights sessions for the week, i am ITCHING to train again. Im just so motivated to lift lately. I might treat myself to an extra arm day ;).

Nutrition
Even with the thc edible, i wasn't really hungry at all today. I was pretty busy and sort of forgot to eat for long periods of the day. Im still actually now eating the last of my calories now. I haven't had the appetite increase from the EQ yet, so i guess ill enjoy not being food crazy for now.

The tail end of the week is nice to slow down and get mentally ready for the next week. I think the healthy mental aspect of this lifestyle is neglected. To be your best physically, you need to be your best mentally and emotionally.

No idea whats going on, but i've been so vascular all day. Im very glad i was very lean before i started this log. Its made this whole process so much more satisfying. I have a friend who's dieting down, and currently in the "fat and flat" stage. No longer full from the calories, but still not lean yet. Its so much more fun being lean AND full all day.

Training
Today was sports cardio 1. I took a 10mg thc edible before the session and it really relaxed me and put me in the zone. I was able to think and react much more clearly, and the ego of losing was completely gone. Im a big THC fan, and i honestly believe, when used responsibly, its a PED. The only downside i've found is that i THINK it blocks lactic acid. So sometimes you push a little too hard and then later on during the day, you are EXHUASTED.

Even though i've finished my weights sessions for the week, i am ITCHING to train again. Im just so motivated to lift lately. I might treat myself to an extra arm day ;).

Nutrition
Even with the thc edible, i wasn't really hungry at all today. I was pretty busy and sort of forgot to eat for long periods of the day. Im still actually now eating the last of my calories now. I haven't had the appetite increase from the EQ yet, so i guess ill enjoy not being food crazy for now.

The tail end of the week is nice to slow down and get mentally ready for the next week. I think the healthy mental aspect of this lifestyle is neglected. To be your best physically, you need to be your best mentally and emotionally.
I've never tried this THC stuff @Nasser1997o2 Seems like you young guys are always trying something new. Back in my day we went to the gym and we just trained our balls off. We didn't need to take anything.

I got to train with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, and he was completely shocked to see me. While I've always been generally lean, he hadn't seen me since i dieted down pre surgery, so he was shocked on how lean i was. As we got through the workout, i was just getting more and more pumped, full, vascular and nutty looking. He knew i was on TRT but he is now VERY sceptical that its the only thing im on.

I sort of get a little TOO into the pre workout cocktails. This morning was 1 serves stim pre, 2 serves non-stim pre, donut for carbs, 40mg AMP injection (20mg each delt) and 600mg L-carnitine (300mg each tricep), and 5mg cialis. Im tempted to add 500mcg injectable B12. Im still hunting some injectable animo acid blends, and I LOVE injectable animo acids.

I woke up feeling so pumped and full, and the feeling has lasted all day. My blood pressure was low normal, so nothing wrong there. I think im just really starting to fill back out. I've also had this weird sense of euphoria all day. Just in a super good mood. I was worried that i was about to come down with a sore throat, but nope, woke up feeling incredible. Speaking on my pre workout cocktails. I noticed the injectable AMP says to discard the remainder after 28 days of opening.

This bottle has 100 serves so no way I’m using that in 28 days.

I did some digging and there appears to be no BA in it.

Might order some to and make it 1.0% BA to keep it sterile.

So my actual weigh in day is actually tomorrow, but I couldn’t help myself and weighed myself this morning.

I actually lost weight, even on the bump in calories. I still have today’s calories to eat, and today is a rest day, so maybe my weight will even out, but still not happy with the continued weight loss. I might need another bump in calories.

Today 01/11/2025 - 78.8kg

Currently on 2700 cals. Maybe I need to jump to 2900.

cardio sounds intense and performance clearly up, 220g protein is good but can be 250 easy.

Nice progress, but yeah, sounds like your metabolism’s kicking up a bit! Sometimes those extra calories just fuel more recovery and NEAT without showing up on the scale right away. Bumping to 2900 sounds reasonable, especially if you’re still trending down next week. Maybe add a bit more carbs and see how your body responds before making another jump.

Nightly Update

Woke up this morning and weighed myself a day early (couldn’t resist). Was shocked that i had lost 800grams. I normally at least give a full week to see how my weight stabilises, so I didn’t change the cals today just to be consistent.

Again, full, pumped and energetic all day, like always now haha. Although I noticed I was “jumpy” all day. I know that EQ can cause anxiety, but not at this dose, so maybe it’s just in my head. I didn’t sleep the best last night, so I probably just needed the rest day.

I managed to stay away from the gym and took advantage of the nice day and did some yard work.

I was prepping my shots for next week, and I normally microdose my gear into 5 shots, with each shot having 50mg test and 40mg eq. There is no pip, as it’s such a small amount and the gear is top notch. However, I am curious, so next week I’m going to split it into 2 bigger doses. Two shots, each with 125mg test and 100 eq. I just want to see if maybe a bigger volume might change the pip.

Experiments are fun.

Food

Had a craving for good old fashioned tuna, white rice and broccoli. That meal is always nostalgic, reminds me a being a broke 20 year old, training to make gains. (The good old days).

Sounds like everything’s clicking nicely. Crazy how fast the body can fluctuate day to day, but good call on keeping things consistent before adjusting. The tuna/rice/broccoli combo is such a classic - simple, clean, and it just hits🙌 (I like adding a bit of chili). Keen to hear how the 2shot experiment goes and if you notice any pip difference next week.💪

Due to the drop in weight, calories went up to 2900.

I also tested the larger volume shot this morning, and even though the injection took much longer, still zero pip.

I took some photos first thing in the morning and again post workout.

Training

60 mins before lifting, I had kiwi fruit, 5mg cialis, 600mg of injectable L carnitine and 40mg of injectable AMP. Also had 1 serve of stim preworkout and 2 serves of non stim pre workout. Today was chest and biceps:

Incline dumbbell press - 37.5kg
Flat dumbbell press - 37.5kg
Cable cross over - machine setting 23kg
Incline chest press machine - machine setting 70kg
Hammer curls - 15kg
Single arm preacher curls - 10kg

3 sets of each.

Felt absolutely awesome. Each workout feels better and better.

I was a good bench presser when i was alot younger and at higher bodyweights. I gave up trying to reclaim my PEAK lifts ages ago. I'm just happy im injury free after all the silly stuff i did when i was younger.

Boys, i feel so good. I totally forgot i even had surgery. It didnt even occur to me until i re-read the title of the log. :D

Training

Had my normal pre workout ritual, today was legs. I felt super strong today and had really good "Mind-Muscle" connection. I also felt like i was able to complete the workout really fast, like my endurance had increased.

Barbell Squats - 3 sets of 90, 100, 100kg
Stiff legged deadlifts - 3 sets of 80kg (felt like i could have increased it)
Leg Press Machine (plate loaded one was being used) - 3 sets of Machine setting 120kg
Leg Extension Machine - full stack, dont remember the number lol
Hamstring curl Machine - Machine setting 57kg

Got a super pump in my quads, which is a muscle group i dont normally get pumped in.

Food

I had to wildy guess my macros today as i was busy and ate alot of meals out. I think with the emergency stash of protein powder i always have on me, i managed to do ok.

Tested my blood pressure this morning and it was 118/70 and resting heart rate of 60. My normal TRT dose is 175mg, and i still look pretty good on just that. The extra 75 test and added 200 EQ, might only make for a "low dose" cycle, but i'm really starting to feel a pretty pronounced response. I do hope my health markers stay where they are at, because i feel like im in the sweet spot of healthy and anabolic.

Its going to be sad when i have to go back to TRT

Yeah I think I MIGHT extend this out to 20 weeks (use up all the eq lol) back to trt for a couple months and then leave humanity behind again

Vascularity always showing is because you really lean and pushing it hard in the gym whilst on cycle. If your monitoring it with a machine i wouldnt be to worried. Can always double check it and get your pressure taken at the chemist too.

I would add some n2guard ed if you can get it, but fish oil for sure is a must ed.
