Hello everyone welcome to my log. I’ve been training at the gym since I was 16 on and off this year I’ve decided to take things a whole lot more seriously and hired a great coach. I thought it was the right decision to start a blast as my goal is to compete in 2027 IFBB junior bodybuilding. I’m 5 weeks into my current blast and have made an impressive 5kg+ weight gain so far, progress pictures will be attached below.
