Approved Log Fat loss Journal - Andromix and Retatrutite

I got this @LevButlerov. About a year if frozen lyophilized in a standard freezer but don't fuck with it and take it out then decide to hold off on running it and then refreeze it again. Peptides are super delicate. If you have a badass -80 C freezer it can last a lot longer. Otherwise keep them in the fridge always, either reconstituted or not, and use reconstituted within a month max or six months lyophilized un-reconstituted (if that's a word LOL). You know what I mean I'm sure :ROFLMAO:

Injury update, bruising has quit spreading, just getting darker. And it looks to be braking up some already. Going to start apply a warm compress this evening. 3x a day to help it start to break up. Should be able to start Wolverine blend tomorrow, hopefully. Got in some leg extensions and leg press this morning. Will do smith machinge squats later before cleaning up for bed. Already got 13000 steps in for the day and going for another short walk in a minute. Going to try to be pretty active to not lose the ground i've made.

@floridaman1984 Ouch. That looks like something like a rug burn or something so it's not that bad. Hopefully it heals up as fast as possible. If you have some TB 500 I would increase that. That will help heal.
 
Well finished assembling what I injured myself working on. Fitness trainer, Smith machine, and power rack in one. My wife mainly wanted a fitness trainer for the garage. But once I started looking into it. I wanted something that could cover almost everything.

About to walk down to my gym do some leg presses then ill do Smith machine squats on this. I've never really used a Smith machine but definitely going to give it a try especially while I'm down for a little bit. I'll be working legs every other day.

That wolverine blend will be 1:1 Bpc157 and Tb500.
@floridaman1984 the TB 500 especially would be a great option. You'll heal up everything in your body and speed up a wound like that. There's also some other peptides that are good for these types of injuries.

I'm still learning on the peptides. Only one's I've dealt with are the GLP-1 variety. Also looking forward to some of the SARMS @LevButlerov recommended. Just will be a few weeks until i can try them.

Great news that the bruising stopped spreading. It means that the body realized it's going to be okay. So hopefully you start noticing the skin becoming more fair and the blood starts lowering itself. @floridaman1984

I've noticed the swelling has reduced some. I can do a small amount of flexing with it now and see the bicep head. Couldn't before.

Do you have inject on the injury itself, or in your abdomen??
 
Got in 18,440 steps today. Leg workout tomorrow.

Did my first shot of the wolverine blend. I did 1mg of each, bpc157 and tb500. Figured id hit it with a higher dosage first couple days then drop down to 0.5mg a day of each.

Scheduled for stitch removal tomorrow.

Had my overnight oats before going and working out this morning. Went to eat some eggs and meat after getting back and only could eat like a 1/4th of what i cooked. Just didn't want it. Ate a banana instead.

That ever happen with yall? Its usually a non issue for me to have repeatable meals. Just seems like my body wants more carbs or something.

Anyways i leave in an hour to hopefully have stitches removed, unless they dont want to for some reason.

Good update and Yes that happens when the body swings more towards carbs especially on harder training mornings, the oats hit clean and sometimes heavy protein after just feels off so the banana was fine. :D @floridaman1984

I'd stay at 1mg ED of wolverine bro with an injury like that. Anavar is good for healing at low (non bodybuilder) doses as well. Or at least run 1mg for 2 weeks then drop to 0.5.

I'm pinning HarleyGirl right now with 1mg ED for her hip and it's working already. I have a shit ton of GLOW laying around (BPC/TB/GHK-Cu) and its great to have on hand for injuries not unlike an AI for e2.

KLOW is the ultimate bro. The GHK-Cu is great for connective tissue and collagen uptake and KPV seems to be gaining traction as a potent anti inflammatory and for wound healing.

I'd add 20g collagen peptide powder it helped me with using GLOW. (never tried KLOW yet).

I've been taking collagen peptides everyday for almost a year. Trying to keep my skin elastic to shrink back in with all the weight loss. Stuff definitely helps i think

Just ordered some more GP products for next cycle from Napsgear. Think I'm going to go with equal parts Test E, EQ, Tren E, all 200mg per week. Can adjust ratio's if it doesn't sound like a good mix. I know it's all on the lower side of dosages. I went ahead and grabbed a couple of vials of Deca and some proviron for the cylce after this one while i had 40% off.

Week 1-8 or 10 - Tren E
Week 1-16 - Test E and EQ

On another note. The Umbrella BPC showed up today 👍. The sarms haven't yet. I head out to work in the morning so it'll be about 3 weeks before I can try any of those.

Healing is going good so far. Stitches have been out for a week today. 8 days of using the BPC / TB500 so far. Discoloration in the arm is fading away nicely too.

Definitely makes me a believer for sure. I've only ever used the GLP-1'S before this.
There is lots of peptides out there. We've barely scratched the surface. It seems like the guys in Australia have a lot more experience with different ones.

Small update:

Arm has been healing up good. Back to doing my usual weights on my push workouts. Still working my way up on my pull workouts, but the arm has not given me any issues so far. Planning to try to get blood work next week when i get home and see how everything is looking.

Weight has been holding pretty steady between 217-220 this last 2 weeks.

@floridaman1984 As long as you are eating clean and avoiding the junk. Eating healthy is more about avoiding junk than it is focusing on counting macros and tracking.
