Crazy workout bro! I love the face pulls and supersets. 30 working sets is Arnold level brother you're killing it! Keep your protein high for recovery on those types of workouts.

You're blessed bro. I believe there is nothing better in life then having a loving supportive wife to share the journey with. Sounds like you got that too and that makes me happy. Love a good love story. Especially when there's lifting involved haha

Not sure about dosing, but your E2 is pretty damn high and you need something. I'm sure @stevesmi or @LevButlerov can help you with dosage guidelines.

Just started listening to the podcast last night. Are you Thai? Sounds like a Thai accent but for some reason we don't have much of a Thai community in Toronto so I'm not too familiar with that one. Every other Asian community is pretty well represented here. For some reason not a lot of Thai, Singapore, or Indonesians tho

Cool bro! You Japanese! I have been to Japan when i was a kid twice. I love Japanese culture you guys are so respectful and polite. Japan is always ahead in almost everything.
I live in the State next to Canada, most of Thai are in California LA and Chicago

Almost 7 years that im here, maybe me having a white wife helps me with my accent a lot because before i met her I can’t even communicate with anyone on the phone without repeating myself 2-3 times bro. Were you born in Canada?

That's really great bro!

Going from Thai to English is especially difficult tho. Our languages have absolutely nothing in common and you basically have to retrain your mouth to even make the sounds we make. It's a whole different level of difficulty then coming from other parts of the world. You're doing well for only 7 years.

You write really well too. I had zero idea that English wasn't your first language when speaking to you in your log. No way would I be able to communicate this well in a South Asian language in under 7 years.

Speaking of food...I bet you miss real Thai food right. The stuff they call Thai food in North America can't be anything like what you're used too right?

In Toronto most "Thai" restaurants are franchises or run by Chinese people lol.

Yeah, Thai food is trash here nothing like home. But you know what’s my favorite post workout Japanese meal is? It’s Katsudon over rice

I can't stand being on a plane for long flights. I did Europe and that was far enough lol. Maybe one day if I can afford business class I'll get out to Asia for a while. I'd really love to tour Southeast Asia and eat all the street foods!

Love Katsudon, Unagidon or Chirashi are my personal faves. My wife and I are actually going to my favorite restaurant tonight for dinner. Traditional Omakase sushi restaurant with sushi chefs who all trained in Japan. Watching them work is awesome and the sushi is the best I've ever tried.
 
Start with getting aromasin in 10mgs mon, 10mgs thur, bloods not bad :D @Pat7x and loved you on the podcast!
If I pin Monday morning and Thursday night, do I take Aromasin Monday morning after pin and Thursday night after pin?

That's a solid plan for bulking. Just be sure to monitor those bloods, especially with the higher dosages and dbol kickstart. Good luck with the cycle! 💪
 
10mg Aromasin is taken this morning, i feel like my face is getting smaller already. Placebo effect?

But skeletal muscle mass only dropped 0.2lbs

Ahhh don't worry about a couple pounds either way bro. Could be so many factors. Maybe you just needed to drop a deuce last time you weighed in LOL.

Focus on what your progress photos are telling you. The scale is only 1 small part of a bigger picture.

I had a similar injury. Couldn't even wipe my ass LOL. Lasted for a couple weeks before I hopped on the BPC 157 and Tb500. Took about a month but I finally got better.

Bro… I dragged this pain for like 3-4 months i think. It’s came and gone then eventually it never go away. Time for peptides i guess lol @BeMe

Yea that kinda problem will drag on forever. You can re-aggrivate it so easily. Hopefully the peptides will help it heal up over time. Won't be quick with this type of problem tho. Both times I've run peptides for wrist injuries it took a month or more
 
I guess i have to stop bench press until the pain is gone, also on arms exercises, I have to rely on cables. This is frustrating, I got injured during mass building phase. I can’t afford to stop training, I have to adjust my exercises to support my wrist.

I was able to continue pressing by using wrist wraps. The extra support helped with the pain a bit but definitely stopped the injury from getting worse.

For cable stuff I was using an ankle cuff around my wrist to eliminate any wrist torque.

I consumed same amount of protein every week 250g+ , I started to train less now, especially armdays, i don’t do 40 supersets anymore but i focus on 12sets bis and 12sets tris @LevButlerov

This is pretty intense. You might be going a tad hard bro your workouts are a bit much I think. Listen to your body.
