U were right equ cycle is too long with long esters I should switch with NPP for 8 weeks
Eq at 16 weeks isnt the issue, in fact, that will work well, with how long it takes to work - the issue is your removing test at week 6, running winstrol and eq which will nuke your e2, you need to keep test the whole through

You need to start a full log asap with the EVO family so we can track your training weights foods and how you respond before you use gear.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

For your cycle mate, I dont know who is advising you or what youve researched but heres what I would do, if your looking to run EQ for 16 weeks - which is fine.

Test E/Eq at a 1.5:1 or 2:1 ratio so say, 450 test 300 eq or 600/300. - Together, the entire time.

Wouldnt bother with any kickstart from DBol, and if you want to run winny - keep it towards the last 8 weeks as it is harsh and youd want to wait until Test and E is settled. @LevButlerov do you agree?

Your proposed plan makes little sense and will give you hormone chaos.

Im 48 1.82 96 kgs probally 15% BF, I need a boost of strenght and lean muscles not very interested for bulking anymore. Long esters are not my type so makes sense to add NPP instead equipoise for a short cycle of 6/8 w. Someting like this Dbol for 4 w, test p and Npp for 8w, winstrol added in weeks 4 to 8

Yes that is better, but you may need AI with that depending on dosages
 
Hilma makes a really good product. Just make sure you are ordering from a verified supplier. I have personally been using Pharma QO lately.
