I took a 2mg melatonin last night to ensure i had a good sleep. Today i was pretty tired and hungry. Even though i slept better, i think their is some fatigue that comes with reta. Again, like the insomnia, its hard to tell if thats directly from the reta or not.

When i first started Reta, i did get all the normal side effects. Nausea, fatigue, tummy issues and insomnia, but they eventually went away. I do randomly get those sides every now and then however. πŸ˜…

I have noticed the reduction of the appetite supressive effects of the Reta over time. I think the longer you are on it, you adapt and have to increase. I slowly increased from 1mg a week to 3 mg a week. Its hard to know if the appetite increase is from the HGH though. I've heard that does happen in some people. πŸ€”

Had the dreaded "Reta induced insomnia" from 3am. It really drained me the rest of the day. Happens every now and then on Reta, in my experience.

I didnt track today. I was tired and grumpy and didnt feel like it :ROFLMAO:

Pretty sure it was within my normal caloric range.

Another super early wake up for me. I have no idea why im waking up so early. Maybe my bodyweight is too low? Woke up at 4am, and just decided to hit the gym.
Good thing i went super early, the gym airconditioning was broken, so the gym was SUPER hot, stuffy and humid. Really killed my workout :cry:

Kettle bell RDLs 16kg x 10 - 3 sets

I was pretty tired and with the gym situation, that was all i could manage. :confused:

I only hit 6k steps today. I was exhausted, and the lack of sleep really killed me. Rest day tommorrow should hopefully recharge me. πŸ™

I do find myself naturally leaning towards higher protein foods at the moment.

So i weighed in at 47.1kg. A little bit of an increase, but it was to be expected, as i started my cycle. Yes gross for you boys, but its actually a super important factor in womens health. Lots of women will lose their ability to have a regular and predictable cycle, which can have many long term health effects. Its a big victory to be training hard, eating right, putting in all the work and still maintain a regular cycle. It mean im healthy and my body isnt under any stress it cant handle πŸ’ͺ

Agreed... sasquatch hair on a good physique is a pet peeve of mine I'm always ripping into guys to get it off and fall in love with NAIR and learn to love the smell.
I can confidently say this is the best shape I’ve ever been in.

Then, if I added a new supp I'd make the colour of it red for a few days so it would catch members' eyes that something has been added.

On your leg extension try to increase your reps on the 2nd set and then do your third set as an AMRAP (as many reps as possible). If you're third set is 10 after doing 10 on your first and second then I bet you can either a) do 12-13 on your third set with enough mmmph and tenacity or b) lower the weight only one pin up and force out 15 reps. When you get off the extension machine you should be walking like you're drunk. Let me know how this works.

@Sheshredz yeah no good if the gym doesn't have AC. that is a problem with mold. once the mold gets into the air it will become harder to breathe too. a lot of gyms have super dirty air

Food wise it was a day of delicious untracked food with friends and family.

Made sure to get in a protein shake and my overnight oats for breakfast.
Then it was high tea (and cocktails) for lunch and a buffet dinner.

I stuck to salads, one chilli con carne taco, and a bit of beef. Then a bowl of icecream for dessert.

Definitely not as much as I would've normally eaten at a buffet pre-reta.

Haha oh it's on... I put it in my phone for 01Feb after one month on the new diet. It will be some time in February. 10 of my pre-made costco protein drinks is 300g then I can eat 900g in eggwhites and steak.... I'll accept this dare!

I've been hovering around this weight for some time now, but im very happy!
You are 100% recomping. You might be the same weight but you're tone and definition has come out even more just within a week. Your delts, biceps, lat spread and especially your abs and obliques are tightening up big time. From day 1 of this log to now is quite the change!

I bet you all know what its like to look at yourself every day and not notice the changes because you see yourself all the time. Other people notice it, because they see the week to week changes.

This long, and all the support, has been a massive factor for my motivation and results.

I actually checked and noticed it wasnt enough. I added extra D3 to make sure i hit 1500IU minimum.

I still have some lose skin from my mid section that still needs to tighten up. Otherwise, im very happy with my current look. Everyone keeps asking me if "i've been hitting the gym hard"
