I took a 2mg melatonin last night to ensure i had a good sleep. Today i was pretty tired and hungry. Even though i slept better, i think their is some fatigue that comes with reta. Again, like the insomnia, its hard to tell if thats directly from the reta or not.
When i first started Reta, i did get all the normal side effects. Nausea, fatigue, tummy issues and insomnia, but they eventually went away. I do randomly get those sides every now and then however.
Food
Breakfast - Baked Protein Pancake mix with peanut butter
Morning Snack - Flat white coffee
Lunch - Chicken, Rice, Lentins, Quinoa and brocolli
Afternoon Snack - Yogurt with collagen and chia seeds
Dinner - Beef stirfry noodles
Dessert - Kiwi fruit and high protein ice cream.

I have noticed the reduction of the appetite supressive effects of the Reta over time. I think the longer you are on it, you adapt and have to increase. I slowly increased from 1mg a week to 3 mg a week. Its hard to know if the appetite increase is from the HGH though. I've heard that does happen in some people.

Good back workout. Really enjoying training back these days and hoping to get that unassisted pull up soon
Single arm rows 12kg x 10 3 sets
Assisted band pull ups purple x 8. Red x 2 (3 sets)
Machine close grip row 27kg x 10 3 sets
Machine cable push down 11.3kg x 10 10 6
Close grip pull down 25kg x 8 3 sets
Hit 10k steps and drank over 3 litres of water (like always!).

Even with the random reta insomnia the HGH has really made an impact on my sleep. Im sleeping much more deeply now.
