Never been over 3800 calories total, so reasonable amount. Did do very short time high but was mainly gaining fat so dropped it back.

Another day, still couldn't tip the scale at 200lbs lol. It's coming though. Still feeling good overall. I was dealing with a little pain in my left lat yesterday caused by a bad pin, total user error. My dumbass was somehow pulling the pin out while working the plunger and I subq injected some of the Tren/test and got a lump and a rash. It's improving today though.

Training was great. My lifts are starting to improve a bit but mainly I feel I'm able to recover much better from the training. Might be a good time to push some extra volume.

Moved the biceps movements around so I could do a @LevButlerov set on the ez bar cable curl last. Over estimated how much weight I could move for 25 reps though.

When it came time to do pull ups my arms let me down and I gassed out quick. Might need to swap the pull ups for some barbell rows next week.

Got a quick pic with a proper bicep pump.

Dinner last night was Mediterranean style Flank steak with chicken stock rice and carrots.

Some people just do more with less. Most regular people… skinny guys say they eat a lot, but they don’t. They eat a lot because they are starving but they don’t eat regularly. That’s the vast majority of the skinny guys. My thing is, my body never relaxes. I’ve had physical therapists tell me that. I’m always very tense or even almost shaking. I think that’s a big reason why my caloric needs are so ridiculous. I do eat less on days that I’m not working or working out but on those days I’m usually so exhausted that I can’t even do anything unless I have to. If I’m driving across the country I find myself clenching the wheel or my leg will be so flexed that I get cramps. @BeMe maybe you are somewhat that way too. You said you can’t really relax and you keep yourself very busy, yeah?

Then again, @Pigsy is an actual farmer so it’s not like he’s sedentary but idk🤷‍♂️ maybe a little more zen. Or maybe it’s all just genetics. Surely a combination of everything

My wife's Viet and was always embarrassed of her booty when she was young cuz all Asian girls are so skinny. She didn't realize it was a good thing until hip hop got really big in the early 2000s lol

Yep I'm the exact same way. I get leg cramps driving too LOL. My legs always bouncing when I'm sitting on a chair.

I remember seeing a video once talking about how many extra calories you burn in a day just from being a fidget who can't sit still and I was like ah I guess it's a good thing.

Age definitely slows down out metabolisms. Mine seriously slowed down until I got on TRT and then it picked way back up again.

No, when started on lowered done to 2000 calories to get the body fat down. As was obsese when i first started. Then when go to desired bf with coach slowly ramped it up to max of 3800

My coach has 2 other big guys who are the same needing few calories to grow. Then hard is getting lean for us. Low calories, lots of cardio and fat burners to get stage ready

I think you're doing it really responsibly and not giving in to temptation. And you can see in your log how much size and density is filling in it's going to be an amazing 2026.

I'm prepping for next level discipline for my 2026 log. Even will be using carbs and eating 4-5 meals a day too, all prepped on Sundays for the week. No more screwin' around.

Guess it just comes down to genetics at the end of the day. It's like you're born to be bigger. I think my body likes to be somewhere around 170lbs. The only times I've been heavier was if I was intentionally eating more to gain weight like now or when I was playing hockey competitively.

There's a little redness around the area but the area where the bump is actually isn't red. Funny

The area is itchy, I'm assuming that means some kind of healing is taking place? The lump has gone down day by day. Today it's still there but very small

Ice cream. Pizza. Cheese cake. Ah but lactose 🤔 idk then. Huge bag of trail mix everyday. That’s how bears bulk up. Nuts and berries. You’re quite healthy, probably would not get fat as long as you didn’t go too far with it

I am on a bit of a bear bulk I guess lol. Have increased the fruits and nuts. I've upped my carbs a bunch by adding a 1/2cup of AM oats, throughout the day some @stevesmi powerbars mostly nuts, late afternoon banana, and extra rice with dinner.

@LevButlerov was right and my digestion couldn't handle 400g proteing and 500g carbs. Tried it to manage with ACV and more digestive aids but it was a losing battle. Dropping the protein has helped.

Maybe I should switch to the @toddthelineman racoon bulk and I'll really pack it on LOL. Get some Cajun food going

I helped him train for his first golden gloves attempt and since he’s helping me at work, I’m going to have to train with him as well for his first “pro” boxing match. So the next six weeks or so will just be me getting beat up and super fit. I’m pumped hahaha

We were the same size then about 160ish. I couldn’t hardly do it then either. Hangry, brain fog, losing weight. Hard no. He’s gonna have to deal with it hahaha

Everything we do in the game, is so individual, like the way we respond react to certain compounds, training and nutrition. There's no one fits all. So when working first time working with a coach and give him all the feedback you can. To get the most success

Thanks bro. That's great advice. I'm probably gonna go it alone for another year maybe and try to build a good base then get a coach to take me to the next level.

Finally tipped over 200lbs. Been teasing me for a while now and it finally came.

Fats got crazy high yesterday courtesy of an avocado, bacon for breakfast, and roast pork at my nephew's bday party.

The food at my nephew's bday party was not really anything I could eat so I was stuck eating roast pork and a bit of fried rice. The party was fun though.

My in-laws side hadn't seen me in a year and they were all freaking out about how much bigger I got. All the 20 yr old cousins were hitting me up for training tips. They literally took turns cornering me lol.

No training yesterday, didn't have time. Getting it in today instead. Maybe tonight will be the night I get that boost in the gym from the Tren.

Got home a bit late last night so we ordered in some Greek food.

it's a switch out, as you get higher on carbs you have to mod the protein :D @BeMe

Yea the weight shot up really quick the first 2 weeks. I'd imagine the extra carbs had a lot to do with that. Now my weights moving pretty slow and steady. Only up a little under a pound from last week.

Too late bro 35mgs is already in haha. It's all in the name of science. Gotta keep making these little bumps week to week and record how I'm feeling. First sign of any serious sides I'm gonna back down. I know I'm getting into the danger zone now that I'm in the 200-300mg per week range. I'll stay vigilant.

Getting my carbs right has still been tricky. I seem to consistently underestimate carbs and overshoot the protein and get a little too full. Gotta get better at balancing my macros.

Yea my family knows I'm on a HRT program. Test and GH, haven't mentioned the deca yet. But the in-laws don't know, but maybe they know haha. So… by this logic you are going to intentionally induce side effects, by my reasoning. Maybe think about a dose to stop at even if you never do get them.

What if it agrees with you so much that the side effects don’t come until you hit some crazy number like 1000mg/wk? And then it hits hard enough to cause you real issues and suddenly?

I don’t like mental side effects. There insidious. You may not know it’s happening. You think you have reasons to feel certain ways even though you wouldn’t feel that way without being influenced

No no I definitely have a stopping point. I'm increasing by 5mgs ED one week at a time. So week 4 is about to start and I'm going up to 35mg. I plan to keep increasing the dose til week 8 max and then start my taper.

I think the side that would come first would be a decrease in sleep quality. I track my sleep closely with 2 different tracking systems. If sleep quality starts to be negatively effected I found my breaking point.

My wife is keeping an eye on me for any changes in my mood. So I got that angle covered.

The physical stuff I know what to watch for too. But from what most guys say the loss of sleep is the first one to get them but they all just deal with it..

Yesterday was the first little glimpse at some performance gains. Duno if it was the Tren, the pre-workout, or the Paleface Swiss, but I was pretty fired up and a few rep counts for pretty high up there unexpectedly.

Karbolyn arrived today so tonight's gonna be my first workout using and intra. Excited to get this glycogen boost and some fast easy carbs.

Even though work has been lighter I've still been pretty tired when it comes time to train but as soon as I get going I'm good.

I've noticed the Tren has officially robbed me of my cardio. Had an extra fun session with the wife but man my lungs were burning by the time we were done. Felt the same as when that Tren cough almost got me. Have been noticing a bit of shortness of breath here and there are work as well.

Last night's dinner was homemade chicken teriyaki with rice and broccoli.

Fats got crazy high yesterday courtesy of an avocado, bacon for breakfast, and roast pork at my nephew's bday party.

The food at my nephew's bday party was not really anything I could eat so I was stuck eating roast pork and a bit of fried rice. The party was fun though.

My in-laws side hadn't seen me in a year and they were all freaking out about how much bigger I got. All the 20 yr old cousins were hitting me up for training tips. They literally took turns cornering me lol.

No training yesterday, didn't have time. Getting it in today instead. Maybe tonight will be the night I get that boost in the gym from the Tren.

Got home a bit late last night so we ordered in some Greek food.

I just wanna keep going until my body says this is great, or it's time to slow down. I gotta atleast get to a point where I have some gains in the gym bro

yeah, I always wake up in the middle of the night wondering if I should have sued the hotel. The resort we stayed at was mopping the floors when it happened, so I think she slipped. That's what I told the police.
 
My wife's Viet and was always embarrassed of her booty when she was young cuz all Asian girls are so skinny. She didn't realize it was a good thing until hip hop got really big in the early 2000s lol

I love how closely you're paying attention to detail with tren. The first thing I notice over 250mg is sleep and then the night sweats.

we should capitalize on the gear you're using and concentrate on food training keep doses moderated

There's really know such thing as Canadian food. We got poutine and that's about it. The rest is multicultural food from around the world.

That meal was Greek bro. Souvlaki on chicken stock rice with sauce they throw on their potatoes. Tastes so good

Thanks bro. Yea my past is pretty far in the rearview. I got off drugs just over a decade ago and quit hustlin 16 years ago. Just your average working man now and yea we have a really tight family. Family is everything to me

That way I can build a great profile for each compound, and when the time comes I hire a coach, I'll have some solid info to pass them when they're building cycle plans for me.

So far I know Tren would be a great piece of a bulking cycle at low doses like 25mg a week based on my weight gain. Still don't know when I get those big gains in the gym tho and I have to know!! I'm a curious guy by nature and need to get to the bottom of things. Don't worry bro I'll be very careful.

I really wanna push up to 50mg a day and see how I feel and manage at that dose. It's only 350mgs a week which is pretty standard in most guys cycles. Plus it's not like I'm running much if anything with it and I've had very minimal sides to date.

Even at 35mgs my lifts aren't moving up 😭

Weight jumped up again this morning. Think I was holding a little bit of extra water. My weight has been moving pretty quickly. Roughly 11lbs in 3 weeks. I'm changing my diet up a bit to keep far and calories consistently lower. Don't want the wrong kind weight getting packed on.

Today was my last day of work this week so I'm officially on holiday vacation. Which means I can grind like a mofo in the gym and really beat myself into the ground!! Can't wait!

Still no changes with the Tren at 35mgs ED. Weights still flying up, muscles look very full, feeling great, sleeping well.

Negative sides, cardio is noticeably down still but not terrible. BP creeps up some days but still in an ok place. Never higher than mid 30s. Been getting some mild indigestion but it's being helped by digestive enzymes and ACV. I think I know what my be the cause of the indigestion so I'm gonna try a couple eliminations.

Lifts have improved slightly but nothing really note worthy. Some sets I miss my profession targets or even fall short of the week before, other movements I might add 2 reps from the week before. Very much looking forward to the point where I get really strong again like last cycle.

Dinner last night was Vietnamese Lemongrass chicken with rice, broccoli and egg, one of my faves!

i really dont think its needed, I'm being honest with you lets stay on 35mgs for at least 2 weeks before we consider any shifts and with carbs over 500 :D

Ok let's see how this week goes and re-evaluate at the end of the week. Still no idea how 35mgs will treat me anyway so still to decide on my side.

Carbs even higher??? Oh boy. Carbs are tough ok me. I usually run low carb cuz they seem to slow me down a lot. Especially in the afternoon. I get sleepy when carbs are up for some reason. Some days when I'm driving home from work I'm fighting to stay awake. Or when I get home I can pass out on the couch. Never happens when I'm lower carb and higher proteing..

Yes cardarine is at 20mg but I still feel the occasional shortness of breath. It's not bad, and it only happens in situations where I am pushing myself a bit. I can just tell my cardio isn't what it was, but it is better than when I was only taking 10mgs.

I'm getting burps with heart burn. I think it might be food related. I have a pretty week stomach when it comes to acidic foods. Like I can't eat too much tomato sauce or I get heartburn.

I'm getting heartburn and hour after lunch, think it's either the beef jerky or core power shake getting me. Later in the day it comes too and I think it's related to the citric acid in my Karbolyn intrashake. If I'm not active it's fine, no problem, but moving around seems to aggrivate it.

Finally tipped over 200lbs. Been teasing me for a while now and it finally came.

Fats got crazy high yesterday courtesy of an avocado, bacon for breakfast, and roast pork at my nephew's bday party.

The food at my nephew's bday party was not really anything I could eat so I was stuck eating roast pork and a bit of fried rice. The party was fun though.

My in-laws side hadn't seen me in a year and they were all freaking out about how much bigger I got. All the 20 yr old cousins were hitting me up for training tips. They literally took turns cornering me lol.

No training yesterday, didn't have time. Getting it in today instead. Maybe tonight will be the night I get that boost in the gym from the Tren.

Got home a bit late last night so we ordered in some Greek food.

It doesn't look great but I promise, it tastes amazing. It's a special gravy and the cheese curds make it so good. Then you can add all kinds of stuff to it from there. D

He's the worst bro. We hate him up here.

The worst part is how he plays like he's a G. He actually pays some Crips from the neighborhood I grew up in to be in his videos and ride with him.

In actual fact, hes a silver spoon rich kid from one of the richest areas in Toronto. I know a couple guys who went to school with him. He was the only half black dude there so you can imagine what kinda school that was LOL.

My 2am eats after the bar back in the day was smoked meat poutine!
 
The 80s Oz go to had to be a meat pie and sauce with of course the beer you walked out the front door of the pub with 😅
I love Guiness meat pies!!! There's some British shops here in Canada that sell them. Pretty.m convenient being to walk out with one haha. Our bars up here always close the kitchens early so you have to wander the streets after they close looking for something to eat.
