I start the day at 6am with a acai/dragon fruit smoothie loaded with 6 weetbix 750ml lite milk 30g whey protein (993 cals), let that settle then 500ml water with pre-work out then head to the gym.
Today I done chest shoulders and triceps
3x incline dumbbell press
3x shoulder press
3x weighted dips
Cable Lateral raises dropset
Rear delt flys with dumbbells superset front raises
Tricep push downs superset with rope extensions
Over head tricep extension til failure
Finish with cable flys
Headed home for two pieces of raisin toast (187 cals) and a peanut butter sandwich (424 cals)
Shower than a little Nanna nap 40 minutes then lunch leftover chicken pesto pasta from last night (516 cals)
mowed the lawn then took the kids (2 boys 16&19 girl 14 to the gym for there session while I get my cardio in
45 minutes treadmill moderate walking pace incline
Afternoon snacks muesli bar (122 cals)
Wheat cookies (222 cals)
Dinner KFC bacon and cheese fillet burger combo (724 cals)
Bedtime snack two serves of high protein yoghurt vanilla flavour (188 cals)
Bed by 10pm (8+hrs every night)
Overall feeling stronger during my workouts and far mo
re active during the day with the kids.
