I start the day at 6am with a acai/dragon fruit smoothie loaded with 6 weetbix 750ml lite milk 30g whey protein (993 cals), let that settle then 500ml water with pre-work out then head to the gym.

Today I done chest shoulders and triceps

3x incline dumbbell press

3x shoulder press

3x weighted dips

Cable Lateral raises dropset

Rear delt flys with dumbbells superset front raises

Tricep push downs superset with rope extensions

Over head tricep extension til failure

Finish with cable flys

Headed home for two pieces of raisin toast (187 cals) and a peanut butter sandwich (424 cals)

Shower than a little Nanna nap 40 minutes then lunch leftover chicken pesto pasta from last night (516 cals)

mowed the lawn then took the kids (2 boys 16&19 girl 14 to the gym for there session while I get my cardio in

I did run a similar cycle about 15 years ago with dbol last 4 weeks had really great results ran the deca at 400mg and test at 500mg but that's it
Ahh fair enough brother.
I'm always weary of Deca is all haha I didn't like it and would hate for someone else to go through it like I did I still have some acne scars 😅
 
KFC once a week treat for the kids mainly I do supplement vitamin c 2000mg there is digestive enzymes in my whey I have daily Metamucil fibre tablets x 4 omega 3 triple strength and vitamin D3 1000ui but diet gives me majority of vitamins minerals and salts

Also forgot to mention I just finished 6 weeks bpc 157 for tennis elbow and shoulder bursitis (work related injury)
Worked better than expected with no more pain or inflammation.

Thankyou brother I'm going to look into digestive aids today one of the brothers did mention psyllium husk must be good shit and I'll book in for bloods hopefully before Xmas,I do have arimidex in the cupboard.

Psyllium husk 20g (before meal - start with 5g though and get the raw husk not the capsules)
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with mother 2 tbsp (before meal)
Probiotics 30+ Billion or more (after meal)

Arimidex and Letrozole fucked me up, very hard to control. Achy joints, moody, ED, and crashed e2 with a rebound effect. I still have some Letrozole from 2010 and I don't know why I keep it LOL.
Aromasin works well as low as 6.5mg and a nice soft landing.

Dinner we have scotch fillet steak French fries (air fried) and broccoli and cauliflower (524 cals)

Also got psyllium husk and probiotics will add those into daily routine as of tomorrow just need to grab some apple cider vinegar thanks to the lads for that.

Probably the biggest thing would be to get your diet in order. Looks pretty low protein based on things like wheat cookies etc.

Training looks alright but I'd say you are probably doing too much if anything. That's 10 exercises. Probably better to reduce by a few and get after them.

So added in psyllium husk, probiotics (30 billion) apple cider vinegar will be in the mix tomorrow.
I did feel less bloated at the gym but may have been due to me going a little later today.

Look at the second and third ingredient of your peanut butter; no need for added oils or sugar in any nut butter. Are you opposed to getting single ingredient peanut butter if you need to have specifically peanut butter?

See pic. Also, that's an expensive way to get ACV with mother. You can buy the raw ACV with mother in a 2L jug at Costco for $12.99 and drink 2-4tbsp before each meal. When used with psyllium husk it's a good prebiotic with probiotics then after the meal.

Thank God LOL. I use macadamia nut butter, raw and organic. When you get the right peanut butter and depending on where you're at with your goals you can pour the oil out at the top a little bit (or all of it) then stir the shit out of it so it's spreadable.

Currently running 200 mg deca and test e 400mg for one week now on MWF injections,

I start the day at 6am with a acai/dragon fruit smoothie loaded with 6 weetbix 750ml lite milk 30g whey protein (993 cals), let that settle then 500ml water with pre-work out then head to the gym.

Today I done chest shoulders and triceps

3x incline dumbbell press

3x shoulder press

3x weighted dips

Cable Lateral raises dropset

Rear delt flys with dumbbells superset front raises

Tricep push downs superset with rope extensions

Over head tricep extension til failure

Finish with cable flys

Headed home for two pieces of raisin toast (187 cals) and a peanut butter sandwich (424 cals)

Shower than a little Nanna nap 40 minutes then lunch leftover chicken pesto pasta from last night (516 cals)

mowed the lawn then took the kids (2 boys 16&19 girl 14 to the gym for there session while I get my cardio in

45 minutes treadmill moderate walking pace incline

Afternoon snacks muesli bar (122 cals)

Wheat cookies (222 cals)

Dinner KFC bacon and cheese fillet burger combo (724 cals)

Bedtime snack two serves of high protein yoghurt vanilla flavour (188 cals)

Bed by 10pm (8+hrs every night)


Overall feeling stronger during my workouts and far mo
re active during the day with the kids.

Yessir that's the correct ACV. They have that here too I've used that one myself.

Had you been unwell recent before the blood test? Your white cell count and neuts is up but nothing too heavy.
E2 is high brother and will need some attention, ai is needed here to drop it back a little.

Liver is definitely looking better from the previous test though lol

@Pagan in the short term, you want to be most concerned about your estrogen. You never want to have high estrogen for even a short amount of time. That can cause problems.

Yes I've cured the liver infection I had
next doctor's appointment isn't til 5th of January to discuss what I can do it could be due the medication I was taking but will no more when I speak to the doctor, would you have any recommendations.

@Pagan I think one of the improvements you can make is eating more whole food options. Like, instead of mass gainers and smoothies and spaghetti and stuff like that, going with whole food options like having a protein, a piece of broccoli or spinach, and something like rice

Thanks brother I no mass Gainer is shit I'll replace that and the smoothie is pretty loaded with Weet and bran are they good
