Approved Log Newbie Body Recomp Log - changing my life

I started out slow 500mcg EOD initially to get a feel and make sure I didn't have a bad reaction, then read @Allupfromhere was hitting 1mg per day so I moved to the same which came with much more noticable changes in energy; but some interesting reading indicates it should be one single dose per week of 5-10mg, so I am still researching on what my protocol will be in Jan; need to review some more logs on what others are doing.
If you have any pubmed or other journals with the bolus dose once per week I'd love to read it if you wanna link it here. And yes 1mg is the dose you wanna go with but good on you for checking first.
 
Yeah thats correct i ran 1mg daily. Also tried 2mg daily for a week and had even more noticeable effects.
I was happy with the way i could utilise it at 1mg daily as much more then that would become extremely expensive long term.

I personally feel the use of mots c in compound with other mitochondrial enhancements will yeild a more effective return then simply increasing the dose of a single compound.

Compounds im about to amalgamate:

L Carnatine - helping transport long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned for energy.


Mots c - Increasing the activity of the carnitine shuttle, which works with L-Carnitine to move fats into mitochondria.

L-Carn is the transporter for fats.
Mots c is the signal that tells the cell to use the carnitine shuttle (and thus L-Carnitine) more effectively, along with regulating glucose, to optimize energy use, making it a broader metabolic regulator.

Then slu pp332 - activating the estrogen receptor related orphan receptors in the body. These receptors regulating key metabolic pathways including mitochondria functions and fatty acid oxidation.

Lastly Retatrutide - we all understand what this does but in this combination im specifically more focused on is its glucagon agonism and its specific contribution to increased energy expenditure and fat burning.

Further looking into methylene blue and its potential role and benifit in this setting also.


Now for transparency this is just information that i have be reading up on myself. Im not a scientist so i am only basing my decision to run this simply because how it looks on paper. Is it potentially stupid? Definitely possible lol but so are a lot of things we try and without genuine scientific case studies being available all we have is personal trials to provide anecdotal study.

Sorry I haven't logged in a fair few days, been crazy with work and kids so I have been time poor; I have missed being on browsing through Evo, now to catchup on what I have missed lol - a little bit addicted to reading through all our logs

Tren A - Micro Dosing Update 10mg
Zero Sides, sleeping like a baby, feeling motivated, calm and happy, this is definitely agreeing with me and has been a positive impact on my overall mood; I can see after just one week the body recomp is visible, I don't want to advocate BUT my experience so far has been awesome and wish I had introduce earlier, I know not everyone reacts well to Tren, I think 10mg Anavar Daily would pair really well with this Tren dose.


Sleep: as mentioned above has been some of the most restful I have had in a long time.
Mentally: fucking brilliant.

Food: has been 90% on point, I have tried to make the best choices available with all the staff and client Christmas functions

Body: feeling good, I think I may have dropped my E2 a little too low and has a consequence shoulders were nagging, I was running Aromasin E3D now pushing E5D and will bring
bloods forward to this week to see where my E2 and other levels are at as my body is telling me not to drop E2 any further

Been getting in 45-60 mins walk in everyday, this may be late at night but committed to pushing the BF strip before I start next Phase.

Back to updating daily from tomorrow, I have run out of N2G but have order another 3-Bottles so using another cycle support till they arrive

Regarding not feeling your chest. Firstly put the none working hand on your chest and do a bench press or fly movement (no resistance just make the movement). Make sure you can feel the contraction. You can then get into the habit of doing this between sets. Then you can do this doing the actual exercise. I do all of this for my upper chest and lats.

Thanks Brother, I went and brought one of those magnetic holders to start recording and reviewing my form, I know it is off somehow, thats why I think I need to get someone in the gym with me and just pay for them to help me get the form right.

Do drop sets on all movements? I am doing drop sets bicep curls, hammer curls and face pulls, so no break in between sets? Or do you mean go to failure on each set in the drop sets?

I mean drop sets on 2 exercises on arms so bis/tris each gets 1 big drop like curls or if you add them arnold barbell curls @G-Merc 80

Do drop sets on all movements? I am doing drop sets bicep curls, hammer curls and face pulls, so no break in between sets? Or do you mean go to failure on each set in the drop sets?

I said the exact same thing last cycle when it hit me for the first time too. As long as it doesn't get too bad, or painful it should be ok. Permanent scarring is really the only worry. Otherwise it will go away eventually.

If the back scrub doesn't start to control it you can always try salt soaks, tanning, and vitamin a. Hopefully doesn't come to that tho and you're just being a sook LOL

Still hitting 10ish MG daily, only side now is cardio which I will add GW just haven't done so yet; decided to add 10mg Anavar pre-workout and they are a match made in heaven!

Sleep - Good.
Mind - A little too calm and focused, it's odd! but turning into something else in the gym.
Body - Leaning out slowly each day, That motivation is helping me push harder.

Waiting on phone mount to record my movements to see what my form looks like so I can correct; by changing from top and back off sets, I lifted more weight and volume on the heaviest set.

Tren A - 10mg daily, going strong and loving it, back has cleared up with some acne wash.

Mind - Focused and loving it
Body - Finding dropping weight down a little and trying to focus on muscle has been a little win with getting better mind muscle connection.

Christmas day workout I was not feeling right but really hit me after the treadmill but pushed through it, disorientation, nausea and kind of feeling like i was gong to passout; even though I had what I would consider a big lunch (protein heavy but with carbs) I tested my Glucose levels when i got home from the gym and was sitting 3.2, I had some oats and took about 30 mins to start felling better with Glucose levels getting up to 4.6,

Latest blood results, E2 sky high but quickly chatting with @Allupfromhere it may be the Tren giving a false reading.

I am sensitive to high E2 but have not felt the normal mood issues related to it.

Other than lipids everything is clean and clear with a couple of numbers improving prior to starting Tren.

Where your previous bloods done one the same dosages of everything except the tren?

Definitely get the lcms e2 test done brother before we start throwing heaps of ai into the mix.

I would how ever add daily -
3-6g - omega 3 epa dha
300mg - coq10
800-1200mg - citrus bergamot
500mg - niacin

Need to get your cholesterol in some better range brother and start bringing up your hdl.

Actually pretty solid bloods to be honest, very little out of range, HCT and platelets are creeping up there a little, baby aspirin wouldnt be a terrible idea, have added it myself.

I think for HDL, its a little harder especially because your running tren, healthy fats in the diet, limiting refined sugars and cardio are going to be the best things on top of what @Allupfromhere has suggested for supplements.

Unsaturated fats will help, think olive oil, nuts, avocado, fatty fish, egg yolks and full fat greek yoghurt, dark choc, plenty of options, but adding the supps, changing your diet approach and hitting some cardio your bloods would likely look alot better


Also, I had a 370 e2, and felt nothing, chose to not get LCMS and start AI and spent a couple weeks feeling like shit and going backwards - get the lcms it sucks it takes so long I am currently waiting for one.

Everything same dose with the exception of Tren A in the mix here, but there would have been some Mast P and High dose Test P in the background as it was only two weeks after wither last dose or change in dose.

I Take 20mg prescribed Statins daily, but notice any hogher seems to mess me up.
 
HDL is a bugger for me, I also take Niacin to help boost it, i wasn't properly hydrated either before bloods, was a little bit lax the two days before.

You could also order an Apo A1 - Apo B test to see really where your lipids are at, but truly diet will go along way in raising HDL

CHL support supps will help (Citrus Bergamot, Plant Sterols, Omega 3), but the biggest shift in the right direction will come from having a look at your AAS protocol and nutrition.

Start by increasing unsaturated fats (particularly Omega 3's and 9's).

Taking a couple of days off from working out never works well for me, I end up in a crap mood, low motivation and harder to get through that initial workout BUT got in there in pushed through it and struggled to walk out feeling a little pukey lol, but after eating and showering I felt 100% better for doing it. I dread lower body day but always feel fucking awesome post the workout.

GW - Cardarine is awesome, took 25mg before my workout and felt the difference pretty quickly cardio wise, funny how you can also see its harder to get your heart rate up.

Tren A - 10mg-ish is going strong, BUT I can see how it doesn't work for some people as your mindset is amplified by it, I am a chill person until I'm not, Tren amplifies my mindset, so If I am feeling frustrated it pushes it louder, but as I focus on a positive calm mindset it works very well for me but I am now mindful that it just makes your mood louder.

Weighed in last night post workout, down to 91.5KG, to me this is HUGE - I started out over 108kg in May and at that time I had been actively working on losing weight, I think I was hovering between 101-105kg when I started this log;
(at my heaviest I was 126kg), I am much closer to my goal of being 90kg or sub 90kg

I always say to the crew you will never ever regret a workout you put in but can almost guarantee deep down you regret the ones you miss.
That being said too bro life gets in the way sometimes and it is what it is. Important part is where back to business as soon as we genuinely can.

Feeling a little pukey mean you fucking sent it! So keep that head high brother well done and remember growth is in the hard work 💙

Agree, for me it keeps me on an even keel and never regret a workout good or bad lol - hahhaha haven't felt pukey in awhile so may need to chase that a little more.
