Ok let's see how this week goes and re-evaluate at the end of the week. Still no idea how 35mgs will treat me anyway so still to decide on my side.

Carbs even higher??? Oh boy. Carbs are tough ok me. I usually run low carb cuz they seem to slow me down a lot. Especially in the afternoon. I get sleepy when carbs are up for some reason. Some days when I'm driving home from work I'm fighting to stay awake. Or when I get home I can pass out on the couch. Never happens when I'm lower carb and higher proteing..

I will definitely give it some strong consideration at the end of this week. Sounds like a fair request tho.

Yes cardarine is at 20mg but I still feel the occasional shortness of breath. It's not bad, and it only happens in situations where I am pushing myself a bit. I can just tell my cardio isn't what it was, but it is better than when I was only taking 10mgs.

I'm getting burps with heart burn. I think it might be food related. I have a pretty week stomach when it comes to acidic foods. Like I can't eat too much tomato sauce or I get heartburn.

I'm getting heartburn and hour after lunch, think it's either the beef jerky or core power shake getting me. Later in the day it comes too and I think it's related to the citric acid in my Karbolyn intrashake. If I'm not active it's fine, no problem, but moving around seems to aggrivate it.

I would like to see 500-550 for you and of course on lower carbs your body is more efficient but this is more of a cycle push right now

it happens, but remember cardarine is short term we'll need to cycle is back a bit to 10 after 6 weeks

dextrin will work but really switching to all natural carbs pre/post/intra training would be best, honesty and rice cakes sit well with you?

Worked like a dog yesterday but it was officially my last day of work. I'm now in holidays barring any emergency calls. So that means I'll be fresh everyday and free to kill myself as hard as I can in the gym!!! Can't wait!

Maybe I should take some Anadrol this week so I can really go hard? Just kiddn lol

Steps got up to 15k yesterday walking around downtown Toronto with my 50lb tool bag on my back. Came home fairly tired but still had a good session in the gym. Mixed in a build up set, dropset, and a @LevButlerov set cuz I was ready to push.

Otherwise all things steady. No real changes with the Tren or my body to report.

Snapped an roll outta bed 7am progress pic this morning. Been feeling a bit fat with all the weight gain lately but it's nice to see it hasn't gotten outta hand.

Dinner last night was fresh Atlantic Cod with chicken stock rice and broccoli. Noticing a theme yet? Lol

The worst part is how he plays like he's a G. He actually pays some Crips from the neighborhood I grew up in to be in his videos and ride with him.

In actual fact, hes a silver spoon rich kid from one of the richest areas in Toronto. I know a couple guys who went to school with him. He was the only half black dude there so you can imagine what kinda school that was LOL.

It came from Quebec and they have a large dairy industry up there. Some guy decided to just throw some cheese curds on his fries and gravy and the poutine was born.

The curds used to be a byproduct but they found a way to make them useful

I'm contributing a large party tray of sushi I'm picking up pickup later. Then the in-law siblings are bringing lobster, crab, Korean chicken, and fried rice. Its gonna be a feast lol

Late update, very long day prepping for our Xmas eve party with the in-laws, and then the ensuing party. Its weird being the only person who doesn't drink. Then my wife gets blasted playing drinking games and I'm the one doing all the cleaning up. Talk about a role reversal lol

Training was a lot of fun yesterday. Pushing every single set to failure since I'm on vacation. Loving this type of training. I may not be getting crazy performance improvements from the Tren but it's definitely improving my recovery big time. Its almost as if I could hit a muscle group hard 2 days in a row..

BP ticked up a bit again. Getting a bit worrisome but still not too bad just yet. Definitely can't increase my dose if this keeps up. Hopefully it will taper back down again a bit. This happened to me last cycle where I got into theow 140s for a bit then back down and back up again. Everyone told me not to worry about it though.

Dinner last night was order in Quesadillas. I'm keeping my macros down a little bit cuz I'm not working and I'm less active at the moment.

Oh ya it's working for sure. I've gained so much so fast it's unreal. My recovery is improved. I'm thirsty all the time LOL.

Just weird how I don't really feel any different in the gym. There's some sets here and there that shoot up outta no where but it's totally random. Its weird lol

That's my wife. The St. Croix's too. She likes all those fizzy drinks. Literally only water and coffee for me.

I try to get her to stop with the drinks but you can only nag them so much. Atleast she only gets these little mini cans and typically just has one with dinner most days.

I'm open to holding for another week. Everyone seems very keen on me going to 40 tho lol.

I like the idea of holding for a week tho. This blood pressure moving around on me does make be a bit hesitant. I actually ordered a medical grade tester so I can have more faith in the readings.

Ok let's hold 1 week and see how things go. I've sorted out the indigestion. It was diet related and I've been fine the past 2 days. Otherwise all has been good and my recovery has been great. I want to push hard in the gym until new year while I'm off work so not changing anything is probably helpful on that front too.

Messed up this morning and started drinking some coffee before I took my BP reading so I didn't bother.

Yesterday was a crazy busy day prepping for the Christmas Eve party at our house. I ended up having to cut my gym session short a bit cuz of poor time management. Missed my abs and reverse hypers, but I'll make it up another.

I experienced a weird drop of 2-3 reps on my incline chest press. I think maybe I overcooked my triceps a bit but pushing all my sets to failure and adding a set to 2 of the movements. My triceps were crazy pumped and they were the primary muscle of the day so in the end it's fine.

By the time everyone left and we got cleaned up it was pretty far past my bedtime. Sleep was actually alright though all things considered.

Fats got a bit high yesterday but that was all cuz of the seafood, avocado, and prime rib, so mainly good sources. I don't like eating fat so I trim my prime rib up really good. Managed to avoid all the desserts and didn't give into any peer pressure to drink. My pregnant sister in law and I were the only sober ones at the end of the night.

Na I never had it. I just studied up on it because I was so paranoid that eating all meat was going to kill me. And I dated three nutritionists and a naturopath. But most of them even had whack ideas and they clung to them like religion. That’s when I really knew I was onto something hahaha

Messed up this morning and started drinking some coffee before I took my BP reading so I didn't bother.

Yesterday was a crazy busy day prepping for the Christmas Eve party at our house. I ended up having to cut my gym session short a bit cuz of poor time management. Missed my abs and reverse hypers, but I'll make it up another.

I experienced a weird drop of 2-3 reps on my incline chest press. I think maybe I overcooked my triceps a bit but pushing all my sets to failure and adding a set to 2 of the movements. My triceps were crazy pumped and they were the primary muscle of the day so in the end it's fine.

By the time everyone left and we got cleaned up it was pretty far past my bedtime. Sleep was actually alright though all things considered.

Fats got a bit high yesterday but that was all cuz of the seafood, avocado, and prime rib, so mainly good sources. I don't like eating fat so I trim my prime rib up really good. Managed to avoid all the desserts and didn't give into any peer pressure to drink. My pregnant sister in law and I were the only sober ones at the end of the night.

I meant to ask do you do am/pm 25 proviron or just the 50 bolus? I might think about jumping from 25mg to 50mg myself but still tinkering with the details before I post the 2026 log.

I want to push hard in the gym until new year while I'm off work so not changing anything is probably helpful on that front too.

I use Ubiquinol (it's what CoQ10 converts to and is the active ingredient of CoQ10). It can help the blood vessels relax and improve BP. 200mg ED. Mine has never been over 130/80.

Beet root is good in that case and magensium is fine
you can add actual beets to food as well btw

Pine bark you can do 100-150mgs 2x/day with food.
Olive leaf extract 500mgs 2x/day with food.

Worked like a dog yesterday but it was officially my last day of work. I'm now in holidays barring any emergency calls. So that means I'll be fresh everyday and free to kill myself as hard as I can in the gym!!! Can't wait!

Steps got up to 15k yesterday walking around downtown Toronto with my 50lb tool bag on my back. Came home fairly tired but still had a good session in the gym. Mixed in a build up set, dropset, and a @LevButlerov set cuz I was ready to push.

Otherwise all things steady. No real changes with the Tren or my body to report.

Snapped an roll outta bed 7am progress pic this morning. Been feeling a bit fat with all the weight gain lately but it's nice to see it hasn't gotten outta hand.

Yes I actually have a sauna. Haven't used it for a while cuz I'm so hot all the time lol. Should I be hitting it regularly again?

At this point my family gets it so the jokes have pretty much stopped. They were pretty shocked to see me eating a bunch of carbs though haha.

Lol nope. Sweets are like alcohol with me. Hard line no everytime haha. I used to have a sweet tooth back in the day but now it's all way too sweet for me. Don't even enjoy it anymore.

Weighed in this morning at the exact same weight as yesterday. The last 4 days my weight has only fluctuated by 0.4lbs which is crazy considering it was Christmas. Thought I would've packed on a bit for sure but I guess staying fairly disciplined paid off.

Yesterday was a bit of a tough one training. I definitely aggravated the issue in having around my elbow. Still not exactly sure what is up because the pain is different than then tendonitis I've had in the past. Think it might be some sort of muscle strain. Fairly certain the wrist curls made it worse.

Lifts were down a bit. Between the elbow pain and the fact I trained much earlier than usual it's understandable. For some reason my sessions are never as good when I train early in the day.

Dinner last night was Korean Bul go gi on rice with an egg

Yes that is true and its peak Burque energy lol, the Crowne Plaza really is one of the tallest buildings in the city. When our skyline flex is a hotel and a Sandia backdrop, you know why Breaking Bad and Pluribus look so dramatic filming in Albuquerque. :P

I think it has its own kinda beauty. Everything is dry and dead, but then the greens that are there really pop. You have red soil everywhere. Plus there's mountains all around.

Like you said it probably gets old once you're used to it but coming from up here it looks uniquely beautiful.
