Yeah havnt really looked at blue. I have looked at 5amino but havnt learnt yoo much Bout doasges yet. How much slu u running?
Many people now running up to 400mg/ day, but this is pretty excessive. A lot of my clients seeing awesome results at 40 - 80mg/ day.

Ok, as people know that have listened to me sooking sbout injector pens never working and being ripped off. @Prymal came along and had a list that included v3 pens. Me and a few members asked if they actually worked.(obviously a few bitten in past) prymal said ok you guys ill offer a pen to try. I dm'ed @Prymal and said if he/she confident ill order 2 on top of the one they were giving us. I also placed order for a couple other things. Cant remember what it was but irrelevant. So after using these pens for a bit now i must say i am impressed. Very accurate even after daily use. Just dial it in and off you go. I will be buying more in the near future when funds allow. I also purchased a gansulin auto injector pen, thing is amazing to, at just over double the price you dial in and push a button ontop and it injects desired dose. Great for arthritic hands as no need to put pressure on button. It does inject very fast so definately eouldnt use for oils, unless it goes slower if thicker oil is used. But all in all prymal has the good with pens. Save some for me lol

But i will say nothing has gone backwards so it must be doing its job with the amount of things ive been doing last few days.

Now mots-c seems to be doing its job, took fasted this morning and got on with my day. I have a busy morning everyday getting 2kids up dressed and wrestling them to eat and get eldest to dsycare. So whilst fssted i alrrady had 3500steps around the house chasing kids.
I definately didnt feel a lsck of energy and seemed to keep me going sweating lol.

Review of these is pretty good so far.

Hahahah it can be! More and more vendors now selling bulk SLU powder so it's becoming more affordable. I have a couple that will sell 10g and15g bags.

Time to seize the day and have a killer ldg sesh today. Quads are feeling nice and hard to the touch now. Much better than the old marshmellow feal.

I love this full on core workout day followed by a full hour of cardio, you'll notice in the mirror bro and feel great about yourself!

And daycare walk is a win! Good for you I love that.

Definately feel the difference using mots-c, gh and slu fasted. I now take slu in sr capsules at 40mg( i was doing 10mg morning and at lunch) but wanted to try how it goes in sr capsules as i usually hit a flat spot around 2pm. Mots-c gets me going(thanks @Ascension Peptides) definately doing its job. Gh well thats always a good thing

you not feeling it, you shouldn't do cardio and lower volume imo

Real high volume reps , are you nursing any injuries? Would like to see you work up to pushing 12reps max per set especially on compound lifts.
Yeah have a bit of wrist/hand injury thats why i went to lower weights higher reps to fatigue that way. Also a niggle in right should and toe injury as of yesterday lol. My wrist struggles to take much load at moment.

Thats alot of press work for one session, might be not a bad idea to drop the decline and add another iso movement like a low to high cable fly or something similar?

This or drop the volume and sets and use the spare time and sets saved on some iso movements.

Why I have become a big fan of 1 x warm up 2 x working sets. Get extra variation of sets in for a complete muscle group workout.

Yeah i only just started this workout routine so would like to give a bit to see first. But change out a bench. Then in few weeks if not liking i can change up again. Trying to see what works best for me with the week bodyparts

So just looked them up, definately will give them a go. I could have right foot out front for stability but keep weight on heel of that foot. Off the toe. Happy to learn new exercises. Also want to start doing pushups at night with differing varients. Nothing too much but just havnt done them since i tore my tricep doing them during fitness test at work.

Yrah currently using glow, i was on kloh but logging glow now. Will be adding kpv back in. Im upto 750mcg bpc and whatever the ratio works out for the rest. Also get cryotherapy whenever i catch up with my auntie. I recently had injection in wrist for synovitus hence added npp for lubrication.
 
Actually felt good this morning but after my nap i was feeling bit off. Probably should of given a bit of deload. I think body is focusing on the mental load and toe repair.

Was just thinking that, might do some sauna time. And maybe light bicep curls just to pump them up lol. Maybe some light cycling. Nothing too stren. I think ive only not done any weights 1 or 2 days since starting log. Might make a compulsary rest day each fortnight.slept 8 hours last night had 2 one hour naps and now im tired again. Will see how i feel tomorrow but this stage not planning on eeights. Hurts too much to walk at moment.

Foot obviously hurts but not as bad as yesterday.got it strapped so can hobble round with kids. @Ascension Peptides definately has glow that works. I no longer get reactions at all to the ghk, even after increasing dose last night. This is great. Selank has definately improved my sleep which shows most of sleep issues are stress driven. Cant wait to see how kpv goes at 1mg when i order some.

Everything seems to be tracking nicely @fingers86 . Progress is coming along with sleep, training and diet. Solid brother.🩵

Great to see a different mindset of gym these days. I used to have to pursuade myself to go. Now i have to convince myself i need a rest. Love it. Feeling lazy though but definately needed it
I can see your drive increasing and your high volume is no joke either.

Sorry to read about you and the missus; much respect for your workout after that incident being the highest volume I think I've seen you do. You're using the gym to get through some rough patches, what EVO is all about!

I got guilt tripped back in. Lets see how long her being nice lasts. Yeah i think that workout plus hypoxy room fasted next day burnt me out. Cpl days rest ans back again
 
Decided to weigh myself this morning 89.1kg fasted. Waist is definately tighter. Unsure how much water im retaining but weight is up from 87.8 mid december. Muscle growth is definately happening but still waiting for measuring tape to arrive so i can start taking measurements. Each morning now it feels my gut is shrinking. Didnt have time for vitals today as kids woke up.
Loving this journey.

Skin and hair is looking and feeling the best its felt on a long time. I used to get a rash on my face from being exposed to avtur in the airforce but since being on kloh and now glow(provided by @Ascension Peptides) it hasnt returned. Thanks again mate for letting me log this. Currently using 750mcg bpc and the ratio that entails. Looking at adding kpv back in at 1mg per day to see how affects arthritis. At the end of feb i will be dropping back to 250mcg ratio but potentially keep kpv higher due to arthritis. Interesting to see if kpv will affect crp on bloods.

Sleep is great at moment and i put it down to salenk. Anyone having stress related bad sleep give it a go. After a few naps yesterday and decent sleep last night i actually feel refreshed.

Great log update bro. Love that things are tracking in the right direction with your weight and physique critique. Really excellent that the rash has cleared. Journey is moving along nicely brother 🩵
 
Wifes taking kids out again tomorrow so should be able to rest a bit tomorrow too

Rest day was boring, definately didnt enjoy. Although body needed it. Little one jumped on my toe twice and split my nose with a metal car that he threw at me. So if anyone wants a 2yo he is going cheap

89kg is a good weight, lets move it down a bit too in time.

I'm a huge fan of KPV after researching enough of it. It truly belongs in the BPC/TB/GHK stack. Keep us posted on Ta peptide too there's not a lot of data on that one but it seems to have promise. I'm really glad to hear you're bored! (no offence).... you needed a recovery and self care break bro, and earned it.

It should lower it a few notches, I'm betting.

The GLOW is doing it's work for your face and you're staying off that foot. Everything is in check if you ask me!

I'm actually a fan of weighing myself daily if possible so I can better see trends. My weight can easily fluctuate by 2kg in a day. If I only do weekly I could pick a high day. But yeah if the mirror etc are showing you are leaner then that's the main thing.
 
I'm a huge fan of KPV after researching enough of it. It truly belongs in the BPC/TB/GHK stack. Keep us posted on Ta peptide too there's not a lot of data on that one but it seems to have promise. I'm really glad to hear you're bored! (no offence).... you needed a recovery and self care break bro, and earned it.


It should lower it a few notches, I'm betting.

The GLOW is doing it's work for your face and you're staying off that foot. Everything is in check if you ask me!
Yeah i been reading it inhibits the il6 receptors or something so hopefully helps

Yeah i used to to find the amount i needed to eat to lose weight. That was while i was losing muscle aswell as fat though.id be happy at 90kg at 14-15% bf

Glows amazing so far. Trying to stay off foot as much as i can but bit difficult
 
Yeah im not focused on weight, thats why i dont weigh often. Fat loss and muscle gain is priority
weight is not main thing for sure :D
Rest day 2 complete, still did over 10k hobbles, i mean steps. Great night sleep again and actually felt awake all day. Not exhausted like yesterday. Goes to show i needed it. Toe still ouchie. Ordered some kpv today and as i said yesterday plan is 1mg daily as suggested by @Ascension Peptides. He uses his own products so i have faith he knows what his doing. Also going to give thymosin alpha a short go to see if i get any benifit. It is suppost to block one of the auto immune pathways that ra uses. If i notice any benifit it will be a regular.
