I have a question, but maybe I should ask it later...anyhow, after the 12 weeks, I will get back on cruise.
Is it ok to run 200/250 instead of 150 usual? or better stick to 150? Surely I will monitor E2 and bloods and so on...
Question 2: how do you all manage to carry vials at the airport? For example, I will go 2 weeks holiday in August.
As long as it's one week, I could pin SUS once before leaving; but what about 2 weeks? If I bring vials in the bag will the security ask for it? better keep them in poket or will they detect with metal scanner? OR can I do a single pin for 2 weeks? even if it's 300 (150+150) or 500 (250+250)

Yesterday I did another test for shoulder stability, I believe it's quite ok, some minor pinches but it's almost cured.
I will use TB anyhow to see if I can improve overall joint health

40 chest to bar pull ups
THEN --> 30 clean and jerks to share (kg 80)
original wod was clean and jerk 80 --> 100

wod 2 THURSDAY

3 power snatches 60 kg

original wod was 8 ttb / 6 burpees / 4 power snatches at 70 kg

I scaled a bit just to workout with correct approach.

Literally, the barbell was to the roof even if I'm the worst weightlifter ever with the worst ankle and knees mobility ever seen.
No pain at all, so I was pretty impressed by how the cycle is doing; I was also able to do ttb with straight legs which usually is harder.
Also, I tested some clean and jerk touch and go (typical ego crossfitter modality), which went right!
Actually I can strict press 70 kg indeed my mate advised me to use more leg drive at times :D

Wednesday and today morning normal gym session (chest / arms / shoulder - legs arms and back)

Usually when you go back to cruise, the advice is to run a dose that doesn't require an AI. Some people can get away with 200-250, some only 100-150.

So, I'm experiencing at times some cold feeling, not being sick, no headache, no coughing, no bone pain and so on.
Just after the pin, at time, I feel cold. I'm not taking AI since 2 10 days because the bloods were ok so I can't address that to low E2.
Source for Deca bolde and testo is always PSL. Anyhow, today I will buy vitamin C 1000 mg, I heard it helps with this kind of symptoms.
I feel also a bit brain fog, but nothing to worry about. Do you have any advise for this? For sure I won't hit the gym tomorrow morning in order to recovery for Saturday Challenge.

@Simoneme feeling chills can definitely be the early signs of some type of viral infection. Keep an eye on it. Maybe time to head to the doc if you don't feel better in a couple days.

It could be! Literally, with this gears, I don't feel like I'm training that much. But when I look at myself strict shoulder pressing 12x20 kg dumbbells in eccentric (which I wasn't able at all ) I believe that I'm going a bit above my limit. And I'm not that strong in general, my arms and legs are long, and the levers are unfavorable

Nice workout mate. Are incline d raise front delt raises but sitting on an incline bench? What are you trying to target with the db pullover? And what is a push pull tricep superset?

Sometimes our bodies warn us that something is wrong and sometimes you can make the situation worse by going to the gym and being around all those germs. Sometimes it's better just to take the day off and get an extra sleep. @Simoneme

Hopefully you don't have anything seriously wrong with you. @simonme maybe you should go check with the doctor if you don't feel better soon.

@Simoneme bros i didn't know you were italian. we got lots of italians in south cali. some good italian restaurants, my wife is japanese but she makes good italian food too

Anyhow, I don't see any foam in the bottle now, and the liquid is homogeneous, a little muddy but still transparent.
Do you believe I broke the chains? Do I have to trash the bottle and do it again?

Hello all, first post at all.
37 years old.
Training consistently since 6 years, 83 kg x 185 cm (Crossfit)
I did 1 month Sust 350 + 1 week at 500 (source PSL)
I got very high E2 hence yesterday I started with 1 mg AI (2/3 x week)
No sides at all (no gyno, no acne, no libido lack, no ED, just a little red cheecks after workout)
I will test again maybe in 2/3 weeks and at the end of PCT
below pre cycle blood and 1 month after results, glad to hear your comments

5 weeks is way to short mate. 8 weeks to 16 weeks is my advice. Its got long esters in it. Personally test e would be a better option so levels stay more stable.

Be worth posting before doing cycle for advice first. Anyhow we live and we learn.

Hi bro, this is a post from may 2025, so far I have been changing a lot, now doin test e deca and bolde :)
 
Just got caught up on your log bro it was super fun! Love your log and your little snipits of your life!

Your BPC looks fine. Peptides are fragile but handling them like enriched plutonium is a myth. If you have a good vacuum and the plunger slides down fast it's almost always fine, especially if it's along the side of the bottle and not a pressure washer blast down the middle.

From looking inside the vial at the top of the solution (reconstituted peptide) it looks clear and good to go. The side pic of it on it's face looks a little bit foggy but I think that's just the angle. Either way I think you're fine.

Jano did some testing about it being (somewhat gently) shook and there's other testing sources that have claimed to have done testing after shaking and even leaving it out in the heat all day and it came back fine. It's good practice in general to let it slowly slide down the side of the vial and hold your index finger at the top of the plunger on the rig to control the release of the BAC water because one vacuum seal to the other is always different. You can also turn the vial sideways (almost parallel to the floor) to ensure it goes in down the side of the vial and let the vacuum seal do the work; control it with your finger as the vacuum seal pulls it in.

Most of the time bubbles are just three main reasons: One can be just outgassing from warm BAC water and a cold peptide puck, or vice versa. Two is sometimes tiny little pockets of air left in the puck during the freeze dry process will create bubbles when you add your BAC; this there's nothing you can do about. Third and most common is if you leave air in the rig and reconstitute it adding that extra air bubble into the vial (this is the most common reason for bubbles). These are the big three for the bubbles everyone thinks means it's become a shit peptide (but it's not).

Air bubbles in pin used to reconstitute: Say you use a slin pin to reconstitute (I do as I never put more than 2ml usually) one thing you can do to prevent a simple air bubble in your slin pin is keep the needle tip in your BAC water vial after drawing your needed # of ml's, flick the syringe to push any air bubble to the top then push it back into the vial of BAC water and redraw until you're at the # of ml's needed to reconstitute. Repeat this process if need be until your slin pin has no air in it, then reconstitute using method above to slow down the suction from the vacuum seal

Dead space in the peptide puck: Unfortunately you're at the mercy of there being any empty dead space in the puck which will create bubbles (sometimes).

Outgassing: can be avoided by taking the peptide out of the fridge before reconstitution and letting it warm to room temperature along with your BAC water (if that was in the fridge too), then reconstitute with them both at room temp. Once you've pierced your BAC water vial I put mine in the fridge because even BAC water can degrade as well.


In general bubbles aren't much to worry about, but cloudy isn't good if it's opaque obviously but the pic you posted above is just fine if you really zoom in and look at it from the top down. @LevButlerov

Your BPC looks fine. Peptides are fragile but handling them like enriched plutonium is a myth. If you have a good vacuum and the plunger slides down fast it's almost always fine, especially if it's along the side of the bottle and not a pressure washer blast down the middle.

Yes because it requires a lot of coordination and also being an athlete which many gym rats are not. Me neither as well, indeed Im always sore :)
But I like the idea like playing a match with friends instead of being always alone session in the gym.

Incredible job on this. The Monday and Tuesday workouts are really good back-to-back. You really put in some good training and you really got stronger with those two workouts. I especially like the handstand push-ups. Wow, that is not easy to do. @Simoneme

yes sure, Italian brawls are more like trowing objects, using belts and unfortunately knives.
We are not known for being good fist strikers since our tradition is connected to 70's street mentality when people used to shoot eachother for political reasons (infamous years of lead https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Years_of_Lead_(Italy) ). Hooli back in the days used to be drug people who used to beat up fans and maybe steal wallets and golds :D

This means that 1 bottle will last 5 days so is pretty expensive, isn't it?
