Veteran Log Testosterone Deca Tren HGH Cardarine Cycle Log

By far my favorite compound has been NPP. Right after my first injection my drive for training went wayyy up and my strength shot way up too.

I like the idea of growing and improving body composition but if I had to choose between that or feeling like an animal in the gym I'd go animal everytime lol. More energy to train harder and longer is where it's at for me.

I think Anadrol could be a lot of fun in that way. Looking forward to EQ this summer and seeing how that goes.

As a sometimes/ wannabe powerlifter I bench every week so only doing it once in 6 months is just 🤯🤯.

Yea my BP has been good. This morning it got up to 126 but we ordered in Greek last night and the food was really salty for some reason. I was definitely holding water this morning.

I've been training to try and build my chest and I never have a great connection on barbell bench. DB bench feels great. Barbell is more just for fun for me, even though I'm a terrible presser. Bad arm and shoulder plus long arms means I'll never be good lol

Dude my throat has been so sensitive for years. Decades. When I was young and smoked a lot of things I would every so often get these nasty throat infections. Sometimes it would get so bad I couldn’t swallow water before I did anything about it. Miserable. And ever since, I’ve had issues. I think that’s why my voice can be raspy and it doesn’t take much for me to lose my voice.

I bet you could quit vaping easier than you think. And it would be worth it imo

The plan for summer is a long run on EQ and I'm gonna run mast for the first time too. Thinking with the EQ I can run my test high for the first time ever and see how that goes.

Then depending how that goes maybe the test, EQ, NPP could be the mainstay cycle moving forward. Sounds like a killer stack. The NPP went great with Primo for me but the benefits of EQ and being able to maintain your cardio will be great when the warm weather hits and I'm active outdoors again. I'm really looking forward to it

When I was injured they said they wouldn’t do surgery if I smoked or vaped because it would not work. The bones wouldn’t fuse properly.

I found cbd vape oil and that’s how I quit that time. That stuff did not hurt my throat, and shockingly, it completely solved the terrible nerve pain in my arm before I even made it home from the vape store. It also mellowed me out enough that I didn’t get the irrational anger from nicotine withdrawal.

Obviously, I was not addicted or habituated to cbd, so I would just casually forget to vape it more and more often as I healed.

I did need the surgery. It’s not normal that I recovered the way I did and it took years. Also, it’s far from 100%, I just found a way to make it work. But I’m pretty happy about that!

Yea we make due with what we have. Everything I've had operated on only came back in percentages of what they were before. Just learn to work around it and get on with life.

Did you have insurance back then? I can't imagine how crazy expensive spinal surgery is down there

I actually broke today and got some antiseptic/anesthetic spray. Its been 4 days of this sore throat and it's getting better so slowly. Figured it was time for some medical intervention. The anesthetic is nice cuz it's like I don't have a sore throat at all anymore.

I wonder who’s building all the fiber optic networks down there? And what’s that like? I’ve stumbled into a project that it turns out, is basically an overhaul of the entire original fiber backbone of the whole US. I’m just a few ants out of the whole army, of course.

It seems like, if I’m replacing 48count and 96count fibers with 1152ct and bigger, the whole world is probably doing similar.

The last two nights have been hectic for me. So much work after work I barely had time to train. Still managed to squeeze in an hour for training then right back to work. My training keeps getting stronger and stronger each day. Pretty close to where I was when I came off cycle and even hitting some of my previous numbers on certain movements.

I'm holding a fair bit of water these last two days. Maybe my sodium intake has been too high. My weight is shooting up and my BP has been higher than usual. No signs of edema of anything, just generally fluffier. Some good rest this weekend should do me some good.

Dinner last night was honey glazed shrimp

Naw the sparkies down there make almost 3x what a guy earns up here. I was talking to @Allupfromhere about Union rates down there and it's shocking how much more you guys earn.

The cost of living here in Toronto is the same as Sydney too lol

Yes I did have really good insurance, but I was fighting a custody case and couldn’t really be bedridden or recovering for a year. It was a workers comp case which made it much worse. If I hadn’t been hurt at work or was able to lie, I could’ve paid a few thousand and gotten it all handled while my disability insurance paid out more than my average paycheck the entire time. It was a mess

This is aaaaaalll UG. It’s literally hidden. Manholes paved over, handholes buried. We’re using 30 year old as builds scanned into pdfs to find it and then there are locating devices in them so you can find it when you get close. Three inspectors on site all times. Very annoying. But it pays better than double what I’ve been getting. It will be close to home eventually. But it’s really just a matter of how much I can do. How much equipment I can buy, how many productive crews a can put together. It’s literally a web across the entire country connecting all major metropolis. I’m on Chicago to Cleveland currently, and others I know of are doing Atlanta to Houston.

Yea I'm being careful bro. For some reason my recovery has been amazing this last week and a bit. First sign of a dip in recovery and I'm gonna slow down a bit. Til then I'm gonna go Aussie style and ride the wave lol

The could easily put me to work troubleshooting and repairing stuff right away.

When you say penalties, is that like a bonus the company needs to pay out for you working 50+ hours. Seems workers have a lot more rights in Aus and way better working conditions.

I see so many Aussies taking 1 month vacations and that's mind blowing to me. Only government workers could do that up here. Everyone else would be too afraid of losing their jobs lol

Standard here is time and a half at 44 hours. No double time that I'm aware of. Two weeks vacation. No sick days. Never heard of a service leave lol.

Some companies have perks like that but that's not the norm up here. Life sounds pretty good down there. As if there weren't already enough reasons to head down lol

I'm not sure what I've been doing so right but my recovery has been unreal lately. I've never had a 9 day streak of green recovery scores in as long as I've been tracking. I keep dialing up the intensity in my training expecting a negative response and it keeps going well. Yesterday I pushed most of my sets right up to failure and today's recovery score was even better. Its perfect timing too cuz I'm training 6 days this week to make up for a missed day last week. Who'd have thought Tren would improve sleep and recovery lol

Yesterdays session was a good one. By set 5 my triceps were so pumped they felt like they were exploding. Even just 3 sets of chest had my upper chest so pumped. I think the time spent with the lower weights improved my form some and I'm hitting the target muscles even better now.

Its weird cuz I've noticed everyday between 3-4pm I hit this wall where I'm pass out and take a nap, or I fight to stay awake. Initially I thought it was too much carbs in my lunch meal at work so I started spreading them out into 2 meals during work. No change. Then it happened today after meal 3 which only has 70g of carbs. Maybe it's the Tren and not the carbs but something is turning me into a napper which has never been me.

I'm not sure what I've been doing so right but my recovery has been unreal lately. I've never had a 9 day streak of green recovery scores in as long as I've been tracking. I keep dialing up the intensity in my training expecting a negative response and it keeps going well. Yesterday I pushed most of my sets right up to failure and today's recovery score was even better. Its perfect timing too cuz I'm training 6 days this week to make up for a missed day last week. Who'd have thought Tren would improve sleep and recovery lol

Yesterdays session was a good one. By set 5 my triceps were so pumped they felt like they were exploding. Even just 3 sets of chest had my upper chest so pumped. I think the time spent with the lower weights improved my form some and I'm hitting the target muscles even better now.

I actually bumped up my test a bit since I have the aromasin in right now. Figured it was a good time to run test a little bit higher and see how it goes.

I'm keeping an eye out for low e2 symtpoms. I did try switching the aromasin to every 3 days maybe a month ago and then I started getting nipple sensitivity again so I switched back to EOD and it went away.

I got bloodwork scheduled in the 2nd week of March. I actually have a date scheduled for next weekend but I've only been back on the Tren for such a short time it seems like poor timing. Especially with everything going so well right now. My hormone testing is only covered every 3 months so I'd like to get a picture of where I'm at mid cycle.

@BeMe the older I get the more I realize how important recovery is. If you can't recover from your workouts fast then you won't be able to hit the gym again and be effective. It's extremely crucial that your recovery is going well.

I used to think it was very beta to take naps. I refused to do them even when I was tired. @BeMe Now I have accepted that they are part of our bodybuilding journey and very important.

@BeMe I'd rather have my estrogen too low than too high, especially the way high estrogen can really mess up your heart health. But essentially, balancing out is the best.

Standard here is time and a half at 44 hours. No double time that I'm aware of. Two weeks vacation. No sick days. Never heard of a service leave lol.

Some companies have perks like that but that's not the norm up here. Life sounds pretty good down there. As if there weren't already enough reasons to head down lol

My job hasn't changed really. Same long hours as always. Just keep hitting this wall most days. Maybe it's all the carbs

Funny cuz usually you hear the exact opposite from BBs. They always say it's better high then low. I feel like I'm in a balanced place right now. Energy and recovery are good, libido is high with no ED, joints feel good, mental clarity. Just based off feeling I think I'm in a good place.

I thought the exact same thing lol. Just can't put it down. Vaping has such a harder grip on me cuz I don't have to get up and go outside to do it. I have cut it down a fair bit tho. Maybe like 30% less than usual

Yea I think that did a lot of good for me. I've been back training again now for 3 weeks but I noticed since I got healthy again I've been really healthy. My BP came wayyy down and all my other health metrics were really improved too.

I actually already cancelled my appointment I had for the 14th. I realized I booked on a weekend im gonna be outta town so it wouldn't have worked anyway. I have to book my visits like a month in advance to get testing. The walk-in times are during work hours and if I try and go on a weekend as a walk in it will be a 2 hour wait minimum.

The tren is probably going to mess with my e2 readings anyway tho isn't it?

Well all good things must come to an end as they say. My 9 days of high recovery streak ended today with just a mid tier recovery score. I have been training really hard and yesterday was my 5th day of training this week and I did some cardio too. Probably didn't do myself any favours by pigging out so much on sushi last night.

Had a solid training session yesterday. With it being a weekend I had plenty of rest and energy in the bank. Did 35 mins on the treadmill a couple hours before I did my training session and I still had plenty of strength to train. Even managed a couple of small rep PBs. Biceps were crazy pumped by set 5 again.

Something weird was going on with my left elbow where the tricep attaches. When I did my warm-up on incline press it hurt a bit. Then when I did my first working set by the 4th rep it was hurting a lot more so I shut it down. No constant pain, only hurt at the bottom end of the range. We'll see how it feels tomorrow on chest day.

Sleep improved last night. My pup is sleeping through the night now. I think his stomach has adjusted to the antibiotics and we're feeding him boiled chicken and rice.

For some reason I had an urge to bench last night. No idea why, just really wanted to so I thought why not. Its been about 6 months since I last benched so my setup was a little awkward but it went alright. Thought I would hit 4 reps on the 2 plates but I felt a little twinge in my shoulder and stopped. All ok today though.

Got a crazy chest pump from the cable crossovers. I forgot how well they work for me. It was an all around good session and I'm working my way back up still.

Tomorrow I get a late start so I'm gonna get some extra sleep tonight and be ready to train for the next 4 days straight.

I have a climate controlled bed that adjusts to my body temp so that could be keeping me cool.

Have you tried drinking a glass of fruit juice before bed? Its supposed to help

I could but it would be pricey. If I was having symptoms of high e2 I'd definitely be willing to pay up but since I'm not I'd rather not. By the time I pay for the referral and at home testing, then the LCMS test too I'd probably be looking around $400

I did notice you had like 550 something carbs the other day. Too each is own but was thinking that was a lot. My body hasn’t seen carbs like that it almost 2 years.

Then to get a requisition form from my doc and I'd have to book a consult and that's $200

Then I'm thinking the LCMS test is gonna cost atleast $80 on the low end, probably much more. My IGF1 test cost me $120. I think a LCMS test is probably more involved and more expensive but I duno.

Yea I got the eight sleep bed and ya it's really pricey. But honestly it's worth every penny. Improved my sleep quality so much and can't live without it now. The hype is definitely real with it.

For me the only down side of Tren has been the way effects my immune system. First go around I got sicker than I've been in as long as I can remember and had to shut down my cycle for a month

I've always heard guys days estrogen is organ protective and having low estrogen can open you up to more damage on cycle.

Naw I'm a contractor and have my own small company. Union life isn't for me. I'm a grinder and that's frowned upon in the unions up here lol

I'm usually low carb high protein guy. For me high carb days used to be 300g, but on Tren you need the carbs. Your body will burn through them so quick even when you're not training. That's probably leading to your night sweats and poor sleep bro.

When I was only running 400g carbs I was going hypo at certain points during the day. As long as I hit 450+ I'm good. I find my recovery is better with high carbs on Tren as well. Plus I'm hungry ALL the time lol
 
Some of my tests have definitely been that high. To get all the things I want. The important things. Doesn’t tren throw e2 readings off?
Yea I've spent that much with all the primary stuff covrered. Yea Tren will give you false high E2 readings.

Yesterday was my 5th consecutive day of training and this morning my recovery score was back up sky high at 94%. My body has really been handling the workload surprisingly well. The only issue I've been dealing with is waking up a little watery the last few days. Could've been the extra food I ate, and I cheated with a jersey Mike's sub split over 2 days on the weekend. Back on track with my diet today though.

Work has been pretty normal but I've been slammed with office work this past week that's really taking up all my free time. I finished the last big thing tonight so hopefully I'll get my life back starting tomorrow.

Yea cuz to get it done on my schedule is have to schedule an at home appointment $130

Then to get a requisition form from my doc and I'd have to book a consult and that's $200

Then I'm thinking the LCMS test is gonna cost atleast $80 on the low end, probably much more. My IGF1 test cost me $120. I think a LCMS test is probably more involved and more expensive but I duno.
you can't private do it just pay for test?
 
Some of my tests have definitely been that high. To get all the things I want. The important things. Doesn’t tren throw e2 readings off?
I didnt think so high for e2 test I dont understand their medical system clearly.

Naw in Canada you need to get a requisition form from a doctor. I could use a Telehealth service that would cost less than my doc but that might cause issues for him so I'd rather not. My doc is bending some rules up here so his patients get proper treatment and testing, but if I go to another clinic it could set off warning bells with our government insurance
