All in all a great session, body is well and truly depleting as i droppped carbs but the androgens rising and smart periworkout nutrition is making sure my training performance remains high

Lifes great atm, energy is high and feeling confident about what im bringing to the stage



I will say one thing



The stage is the least fun part about all this, as is the clout, i just love bodybuilding, i live like a pro bodybuilder, i wont ever need a pro card to make me lock in any more than i already do, i treat this like a professional and i love the process

Waking weight this morning was 104.9



And lastnight i drank about 2.5 litres in my wakings, shitty sleep unfortunately but you get those nights!



One thing i stress to clients is not worrying about infrequent little shit like 1 bad nights sleep here or there, it happens, theres no need to tell yourself your tired it whatevee excuse you come up with. I feel like guys will have a bad night sleep then tell them selves they will train like shit or feel like shit, whereas in reality, i feel pretty damn good atm, im not going to fester and tell myself otherwise, your body is an amazing machine, itll take care of itself



Anywho onto the juicy stuff



I have added in clen at 20mcg, decided to make this small change just to ensure im way ahead of the curve (even though i already am) when your peeled out of your mind 3-4 weeks out youll be glad becauuse you can essentially just reverse diet into the show, which brings a fresh healthy look, not a crackhead stringy one lol, so likely wont need the clen in long



Another 2 weeks and deca will be pulled in substitute for masteron, thats when we will really see the physique harden right up



Remember too guys, you need to be skinless for any of these androgens to give your body any meaningful look, if youre fat, dont expect masteron to make you look shredded lol



Pull was on the cards today, went a little silly with the volume as sometimes you just gotta have fun!

Going to be transparent here, ive been relying alot on medication to sleep lately as for some reason ive just been struggling a little, unfortunately temazepam does fuck all for me apparently (according to lastnight) so ill give restavit a shot tonight

Woke up at 103.2kg which is a new low!



Weight is sitting still but body composition is changing due to nandrolone being dropped, masteron coming in, body is getting drier and harder at the same weight even with the calorie drop and cardio being upped, this is also due to training still being stellar and most movments progressing



Today was pull and it was an epic session



Sa cable bicep curl 20kgx 11 x10

Lat pulldown 115kg x10 x9

Sa nautilus row 170lb x7 x6

Seated cable row 200lb x10 x9

Reverse pec dec 100kg x11 x10

Cable lat pullover 50kg x12 x11

Upper back shrug/row 100kg x10 x10

ALt db curl 17.5kg x10 x9



Cardio 12 mins stairs level 6



This morning i smashed 38 mins stairs and 3000 steps like nothing! Drank 2.5l whilst on cardio



Then 1.5l before meal 2



Another 1.5l pre training



1.5l during training



Then 2l post training before meal 4



and lastly 1.5 litres between meal 4 and my last meal



So as you can see i get in around 8-10l quite easily, i like to add sugarfree cordial in to my water also to make it go down easier, stuck on blackcurrant atm 🔥👌



Been utilising a heap of @drive-nutrition supps lately which are 🔥



I also have been loving per4m whey from strom sports nutrition so if you guys are looking for an awesome tasting low fat whey (wpi/wpc) then i cant reccomend that brand enough!



With competition season rolling in quickly life is getting super exciting!! Ive got some melbourne and sydney trips coming up to go support clients and train them aswell as see them in person for in person checkins which are so valuable as a client/coach, very keen to check out a few gyms such as crewfit padstow, metroflex gym is sydney, onegym in melbourne and my guilty pleasure club lime albion park (it slaps for a gen pop commercial gym)



Have something wierd going on with my right ankle so will be interesting on legs tommorow!



Right now focus is just on executing each and every day to perfection and my client work! Which im so blessed to have a group of legends onboard right now

With competition season rolling in quickly life is getting super exciting!! Ive got some melbourne and sydney trips coming up to go support clients and train them aswell as see them in person for in person checkins which are so valuable as a client/coach, very keen to check out a few gyms such as crewfit padstow, metroflex gym is sydney, onegym in melbourne and my guilty pleasure club lime albion park (it slaps for a gen pop commercial gym)



Have something wierd going on with my right ankle so will be interesting on legs tommorow!

Woke up at 103.2kg which is a new low!



Weight is sitting still but body composition is changing due to nandrolone being dropped, masteron coming in, body is getting drier and harder at the same weight even with the calorie drop and cardio being upped, this is also due to training still being stellar and most movments progressing



Today was pull and it was an epic session



Sa cable bicep curl 20kgx 11 x10

Lat pulldown 115kg x10 x9

Sa nautilus row 170lb x7 x6

Seated cable row 200lb x10 x9

Reverse pec dec 100kg x11 x10

Cable lat pullover 50kg x12 x11

Upper back shrug/row 100kg x10 x10

ALt db curl 17.5kg x10 x9



Cardio 12 mins stairs level 6



This morning i smashed 38 mins stairs and 3000 steps like nothing! Drank 2.5l whilst on cardio



Then 1.5l before meal 2



Another 1.5l pre training



1.5l during training



Then 2l post training before meal 4



and lastly 1.5 litres between meal 4 and my last meal



So as you can see i get in around 8-10l quite easily, i like to add sugarfree cordial in to my water also to make it go down easier, stuck on blackcurrant atm 🔥👌



Been utilising a heap of @drive-nutrition supps lately which are 🔥



I also have been loving per4m whey from strom sports nutrition so if you guys are looking for an awesome tasting low fat whey (wpi/wpc) then i cant reccomend that brand enough!

Morning fasted weight 103.3kg



Sleep has been suffering lately, for no reason other than just the body feeling "stressed" from lower food and higher output along with being such low bodyfat, there hits a certain point where no matter what you are going to put up with some deleterious effects of having minimal fat on you, for me my sleep goes, that usually means waking at 1am ish and not being abled to fall back asleep



Anyways instead of worrying about it i usually just get up and start my day, take my fat burners and mitochondria support stack, cook a meal and get it ready for later and also hydrate/caffienate, this morning i did 3l water with taurine, electrolytes, sf cordial and 10g creatine, started sipping that whilst i made meal 2 (meal 1 already in the fridge made the night before) and let the fat burners etc start doing their thing



Gotta remember guys taking your fat burners and starting cardio straight away is poor timing, on an empty stomach you want atleast 20 minutes for everything to be in your system



Cardio was a breeze smacked out 37 mins stairs got a wicked sweat up, i usually stop stairs when i start to feel my blood sugar get really low, i then start my 3000 steps out on the streets



Took a quater serve mike pearsons dialled shred and that made cardio fun lol along with a 6mg zyn



Going to be a productive day today, going to go buy the dj osmo 3 so i can start creating better content for my social media platforms, also going to go meet with a new tax accountant this morning and then client work all arvo



Likely going to push food low one more day today and then eat back up tommorow and sunday to refill glycogen



Rest days should also involved actual rest so ill make time to kick my feet up



Nearly done my walk down so ill get my morning drink of kombucha, glutamine and greens powder in, ill then do abs and meal 1



Not much else to report on for you folks, hoping you all have an aweome day and smash your goals!

Dji osmo pocket 3 is set up! Recorded a little bit to get used to it and should be abled to vlog tommorow!

Woke up at 103.2kg which is a new low!



Weight is sitting still but body composition is changing due to nandrolone being dropped, masteron coming in, body is getting drier and harder at the same weight even with the calorie drop and cardio being upped, this is also due to training still being stellar and most movments progressing



Today was pull and it was an epic session



Sa cable bicep curl 20kgx 11 x10

Lat pulldown 115kg x10 x9

Sa nautilus row 170lb x7 x6

Seated cable row 200lb x10 x9

Reverse pec dec 100kg x11 x10

Cable lat pullover 50kg x12 x11

Upper back shrug/row 100kg x10 x10

ALt db curl 17.5kg x10 x9



Cardio 12 mins stairs level 6



This morning i smashed 38 mins stairs and 3000 steps like nothing! Drank 2.5l whilst on cardio



Then 1.5l before meal 2



Another 1.5l pre training



1.5l during training



Then 2l post training before meal 4



and lastly 1.5 litres between meal 4 and my last meal



So as you can see i get in around 8-10l quite easily, i like to add sugarfree cordial in to my water also to make it go down easier, stuck on blackcurrant atm 🔥👌



Been utilising a heap of @drive-nutrition supps lately which are 🔥



I also have been loving per4m whey from strom sports nutrition so if you guys are looking for an awesome tasting low fat whey (wpi/wpc) then i cant reccomend that brand enough!



With competition season rolling in quickly life is getting super exciting!! Ive got some melbourne and sydney trips coming up to go support clients and train them aswell as see them in person for in person checkins which are so valuable as a client/coach, very keen to check out a few gyms such as crewfit padstow, metroflex gym is sydney, onegym in melbourne and my guilty pleasure club lime albion park (it slaps for a gen pop commercial gym)



Have something wierd going on with my right ankle so will be interesting on legs tommorow!



Right now focus is just on executing each and every day to perfection and my client work! Which im so blessed to have a group of legends onboard right now



Legs are STILL sore from sunday lol so im waddling around hahah

Honey is a big part of my diet, absolutely love it on bagels, oats, yoghurt, anything.

Gotta remember guys taking your fat burners and starting cardio straight away is poor timing, on an empty stomach you want atleast 20 minutes for everything to be in your system
Do you mean, for example, wake up 05:30, slam fat burners fasted at 05:45 then no cardio for at least 20 mins?

Usual suspects, i keep my diet the same year round and to add or reduce carbs i simply add or subtract honey/simple sugars so as to not add/reduce food volume, this keeps digestion on point and my stomach flat



Legs today! Ankle feeling a lil better each day, doesnt help my heavy ass is attached to it constantly walking on it lol



Meal 1 and 2 went in at 3:45 and 7:45 am respectively, trained at 10am and it went
