Yeah my brain is telling me to get off the throttle a little so next week cycle is wrapping up and i'm going to do a deload week.

Rewards have been great so i don't want to push the risk

If you're thinking it then it's likely needed. For me it's usually around every 8 weeks. My method it to back-off the weight for my top set(s) by about 15% and maybe cut some volume here and there.

Yeah my brain is telling my body i'm not 25 anymore, even though my muscles want more i feel like thats when injuries can happen so i gotta stay smart about this for sure

The more experienced and stronger you get the more careful you have to be as well. When you start out your CNS is so inefficient you can't really push hard enough for deep fatigue (muscle soreness a different issue).

Thanks @stevesmi it was a right to the point training session, i have noticed more recomp overall with being consistant with 2 leg day splits a week quad and hamstring days
always good when you have those leg days.

Hr has been a touch high since about wk 8 of 16 week cycle. Could be just due to the nature of what we do. No other signs for concern so should be a good upcoming health phase

As a bunch of you probably remember i had talked about a plan similar to @floridaman1984 his 1st cycle with a short mix 8-10 week run

It is looking like somewhere in April or May for a start to a hard cut for goals to be in the teen's BF wise which i may very well get there just on trt which will be a good thing.

Goal is to get these ab's more visible without losing a ton of size. Plan is to stay above 215-220lb, currently 230. With a focus on legs and shoulders

Ive been hanging in at 230lbs myself. Going to try to ease back down to 225 or so hopefully. Just quit my 2nd test tren mast cycle. About to cruise on 200 test and maybe 140 primo. Still kicking around my options as well. Still on the reta too.

Thats a cruise all right lol. I have primo and mast kicking around but wanted to lean up more before running it and i am curious how primo will effect e2, you shouldnt need an ai on your trt. So i figured out why not run some devils juice in the spring

When I'm just on test I take 0.25mg a week of anastrozole. I wont take any with the primo.
 
That should work out well for you. I was thinking of adding a little npp or deca to trt but may just do a true trt run for a little while. I am tempted tho...
Npp is what I'm considering as well. Need to this tren e clear out first. Just something low dose for the joints.

I really want an eq run during the summer for cardio boost.

Eq is nice at 250, any higher my e2 was sub 10. I have been doing cardio 2x a day, good stamina in gym and in bed😅 wife has been really enjoying it lol. Seeing veins in arms and shoulders. Unfortunatly i cant run higher like some other guys

Hey mate, coming off cycle I'd hold at maintenance for at least a few weeks. The I'd probably start a cut to get yourself in a good position for the next cycle. Ideally you'd want to get to a point where you can either do a lean gain or a recomp at worst.

Im planing for at least 8 weeks or more if need be maintenance wise, i am not one to rush this. I have my diet and training pretty well dialed in for me so the other stuff is just add-on.

Body has been under stress so it needs a break for sure

Agreed here brother, absolutely no reason you can't capitalize on the health phase, where your focus isn't to build muscle, and get shredded instead. Set yourself up to be in a really healthy, and responsive position to kick off a build phase following the cut.

OoOo a build phase. Should i maintain a slight deficite in health phase or just run maintenance. Looking for best approach to get more bodyfat off without overstressing body

I would run maitenance for awhile and see how you recomp, and as the weeks go on start going into a slight deficit.

It's a good idea but I think you can start this without the tren, @floridaman1984 had tren in it, what do you want to do? @Warthog61

I was thinking of same thing test p mast p and tren ace. But im open to anything. Plan right now is to just lose some water weight and tighten up on trt and tirz. Focus is health phase and bloodwork in 4-6 weeks but like to bounce some ideas around

Sorry but I think thats still too short. 4+ weeks to ensure body is effectively recovering is what i have read. I'm wanting to see my body go to natural levels no?

Yeah that would be cool. Maybe to the one on the right. Shoulders and back are definitely wider and waist is shrinking.

It has been a few weeks on mots-c and i can really tell a difference, its more like a clean energy almost as if using pure oxygen. Just a clean feeling.
