Mobility Check Friday 23/1/2026

A touch over an hour after her 1mg injection we went for a very short walk before and after the vet checkup. Mobility is still a bit rough but much better than last weekend.

She had her ears cleaned and I have medicated ear drops for the yeast infection in her ear.

The vet spent some time feeling out her leg. Stretching it and feeling the tendon. Extending it all the way out and feeling the hip. It seems, Her leg is gunna pop in and out of place from time to time, and Delta, with my help, will have to stretch it back into location.

We have more meloxicam on hand now for emergencies like last week. The vet said its fine to use while taking the peptides. Its a good pain killer and it helped her rest and get her leg extending again.

They have the Laurabolin there. But we are continuing the BPC treatment before we explore that route.

Is she in pain if it pops out? I know dislocated fingers and shoulders hurt like hell when they happen to me. Hopefully it's different for her.

Its so hard to tell with her because she's such a stoic dog. She shows when she is uncomfortable, but if she is in pain she yelps, which is a very rare situation. Luckily I had pain meds on hand and they helped her thru the week. In my previous vet visit where we talked about Laurabolin he said that she would be prone to her knee slipping and she would likely click it back into place herself. This might be what happened last week.

Hopefully she's ok and it doesn't slip out and tightens up a bit overtime. Its always tough when you have a sick stoic dog. You have no clue what they're going through. Lucky for me both my guys a wimps now and I always know if something is wrong lol

I won't even step foot in a Costco. People in there piss me off to the point that I'm ready to fight someone everytime I used to go.

Guess it's a worldwide issue from the sounds of it?

You're right aye... The people that go there really aren't my people. But Delta got plenty of pats from the ladies coming past.

You must have a friendly face. I only ask if I can pet people's dogs if they look friendly. Some people get weird about that for some reason

DO A BARREL ROLL!!!

A few days into the Austrix Pharma BPC157 back into the stack thanks to the man @Wolfenstein. 🙏🏻

She's back to climbing stairs, going on walks and has stopped eating grass.

She's off the meloxicam now and she's got her sense of humour back and her royal highness is being her cheeky self again.

The physio will continue and the BPC will come down to a lower therapy dose.

I wonder if she liked the smell of something in that grass patch or if she was just having fun. Either way she looks really happy

My guys will do that if they find something like a dead fish.

Mobility Update Monday 26/1/2026

Delta has been moving along quickly since Friday... I mean figuratively and quite literally aye 😅

Almost within the first day of reintroducing Austrix BPC157 she was getting miles better. Thankyou Brother 🙏🏻 her progress means the world to me @Wolfenstein

4 days back on and she's happier and more mobile than I've seen in some time.

Today after playing in the sprinkler and then spending a whole day wrestling with Archy at the cousins.

She was still able to go chase the hose in the afternoon... And I mean chase! Look at those little legs go 😆

Dell has been eating very well in the mornings and evenings. We don't really get a chance to get out through the weekdays, sometimes after work, but I had annual leave today and I was able to get her out before gym and then when I got home.

I hide all her supps and her apoquel in her mince. Green lipped mussel am & pm, epijoint in the evenings. I also add some collagen protein and glycine sprinkled on top or mixed in.

She is still taking the pins without an issue. I'm focusing the sub Q shot on her problem leg on the thigh.

Currently on 250mcg Austrix Pharma BPC157 am & pm.

She's very mobile and we stretch every morning and night. I get to check her range of motion and make sure theres no resistence.

Today was a very hot day and as much as she loves being out in town, she bungs it on in the heat and drags her feet even though we stop for drinks along the way.

Sometimes I think she's just trying to make the walk last longer, cos she like being outside. 🤷‍♂️

Mobility Update Saturday 31/1/2026

We've been taking longer walks and she's been doing quite well. Saturday morning we stopped halfway so I could check her flexibility and stretch her legs. Definately some "clicking" there in her problem leg, so I didnt push the point so as not to injure her. This is what the vet was referring to when he said there will always be that issue with her knee.

She didn't flinch show any sign of pain when I was working her leg so we continued on slowly in the heat back to the car together.

Later on in the day we put her under the hose for some play and she was upwardly mobile and having a blast.

Steady as she goes...

Thanks my bro, I love it when a dog is just having the best time being a dog. I live for it. She's got such an expressive face too.

She makes friends everywhere we go.
We have breakfast on the weekends at a little cafe that has a beauty and nail shop next door.

The owner there is a lovely woman and she always comes out to spend time with Delta, calling her "my lovely friend" and tells her how much she missed her.
A couple times now she even come out and painted Delta's nails during breaky. It's wholesome as aye.

Delta does just have one of those loveable faces and she has so much personality. No surprise she's so popular

A quick walk this morning before it got too hot into the 40's.

Just before this video she was jogging along. She was running around the house this morning in excitement, because she knew she was finally going to get out of the house. She used to love running back and forth between me and the door when I was getting ready to leave. Today was a very close re-enactment which makes me very happy and indicates distinct progress.

I gave her another Meloxicam this morning in her "cheese tax" because she looked a little stiff when she woke up. This clearly helped.

She's gotten a little more fussy about being pinned with the BPC157 so to save her flinching when I pin her leg, I've been pinning her scruff the past two days.

250mcg @Wolfenstein Austrix Pharma BPC157 am/pm

She's still having her daily green lipped mussel, apoquel. She has Epijoint (E.O.D)

After having my bloods drawn in town this morning I grabbed more chicken and brocolli from Aldi and headed back to get her to her lunchtime checkup appointment and a consult.
I gave the go ahead for her to have a nandralone injection. My concern mostly being any negative effect to her personality, but the vet assures me the dose is low enough to be fine.

The vet couldnt aqcuire Nadrolone Laurate and could only get Decanoate, just regular old Nandralone Decanoate 😅 Branded funnily enough, as DECA. Its in a concentration of 50mg/ml and will be administered 1x a fortnight.

(I wonder if this vet grade product was being used back in the day, and is how we came to commonly refer to Nandralone Decanoate as Deca today?)

The vet gave her a 1ml injection directly into the thigh muscle of her problem leg. She took it pretty well considering the needle gauge and volume.

I'll be keeping a close eye on her mood and her mobility. I'll have to make good use of the compound with more exercise for her, which will deffo enhance both.

This should do everything for her that it does for us. Joint lubrication, pain relief and lean mass growth on her slightly atrophied little chicken legs. I'll keep her protein high and add more collagen into her diet.

This morning she had 150gm chicken breast and 100gm steamed white rice.

She's down by nearly a KG from last visit which is a step in the right direction.

All of these compounds should work very effectively with one another.

As always, I'll keep you posted Evo Fam.✍🏻

Mobility Check and Compounds
Friday 6/2/2026

So nice to wake up and get caught up on Delta, great way to start my day she looks like she's on the mend. I love the sardines pic she's being spoiled and she deserves it.

I'm stoked you're enjoying the log and feeling the Love for Delta.

She's a special soul. Every night and morning when I pray I give thanks for having this strange little creature blessing my life.

Nice update, Good to hear all steps in the right direction. I wonder about the vet grade back in the day aswell. Poor body builders would have everything in 50-100mg max Would be pinning copious amounts of oil to get the most effective cycle.

Thankyou @HarleyGuy 🙏🏻

Since adding Nandrolone to the BPC157 I've seen a few remarkable changes.

Her endurance has picked up and so has her leg drive and strength.

Ill explain a couple of videos attached.

She's scratching her ear with her bad leg... This is a massive achievement. She hasnt been able to move her legs like this in MONTHS. This looks like a nothing, but let me tell you, this is huge. Range of motion, flexibility and muscle twitch speed have just leveled up.

She moves with alot more ease and is pulling with heaps of drive on the lead. She can squat down easier now too. This was after the gym on Saturday morning, and she had heaps of pull and rear leg drive over the weekend when lead walking.

Here she is climbing the stairs at the misso's house.
(I had to assist her bum for the first step, and still film, it looks bad but I assure you I'm very gently lifting her with my foot to get her started)
She climbed twice this weekend and went to go a third time, but I carried her there after just incase she would be over working herself.
She also climbs the big back step at wifey's house without issue too.

The combo of @Wolfenstein Austrix Pharma BPC157 and Deca is working wonders, like a crazy synergy.

She's still eating like a body builder. Heaps of good protein every day with green lipped mussel and epijoint e.o.d.

That stair climb got me right in the heart bro. There's something about dogs that gets to my heartstrings often more than humans can. Delta is such a trooper.

Did you add deca to her BPC? I know it works wonders for my old banged up knees. That's a really smart addition to her stack

That's awesome that the deca is helping!

Love the pic in the grass hey!

It's put a heap of strength in her stride bro. Surprised how quick the decanoate kicked in with the BPC.

Pic in the grass is her taking the absolute piss. Wifey and I were headed out so before I put Dell in the van to come with, I get her to have a wee. This time she just wandered around and took her time and fucked about, when I asked her to hurry up n get in the car she just plonked herself down and looked at me like this.

Thanks brother 🙏🏻 cheers aye.
I consulted with the vet to see if he agreed that nandralone would be of benefit to her joints and help get some size back onto her legs. He thought it was a great idea and ordered some in. The photos of her injection are at the vets.
He'll be pretty chuffed with her progress and has started to get interested in the use of peptides for pet recovery.

Br
Brother if I had a dog or pet for that matter, id log to do a log for.them, this is a great way to also see how they are tracking and least u can provide feedback to vets etc if needed

Bro, there is such a remarkable difference in her condition from the beginning of the log to now hey. I'm absolutely fkn stoked with it all hey.

Massive gratitude for the help from the man 🐺 @Wolfenstein for the Austrix Pharma BPC157, which has made such a huge difference in her recovery aye.

I hope that other Evo Family members can use this log for info if they ever have the same unfortunate scenario, and see that there is a path to their pets sucessful recovery.

Wow that's so cool. Your vet sounds very open minded and willing to do whats best for the pet. My vet is even willing to comment on stuff that isn't medically approved lol

It's been a week now on the DECA and she's going great. Because I knew she'd be far more active this weekend I made sure she had 500mcg of Austrix Pharma BPC157 and a dose of Meloxicam before we left in the morning.

She gets plenty of protein and seems to have a bigger appetite on the Nandralone.

Last night she climbed up onto the lounge with me, she's been regularly climbing the back stairs taking herself outside to toilet and she easily hops out of bed without hurting herself.

She positions herself to try and jump into the car now too. I still lift her in and out of the car because she's not there with it yet.

It was another great day for mobility. She got quite the workout today. We walked the length of the mall to go to breakfast and back again, making friends and stopping to see her regular nail artist.

She's got a lot more drive and strength in her legs now. She has been up and down the stairs at the misso's house quite a few times today and even ran about with her cavoodle friend.

Never would have thought this kind of speed was gunna be possible for her after her last surgery.

She's resting up now and I'll make sure she has green lipped mussel and another Meloxicam after such a big workout this arvo.

Hell ya Delta is making her gains on cycle. I wonder how long deca takes to reach saturation in a dog vs a human. Seems much quicker as she's responding way faster than I did when I added it for my knees

Mobility & Compounds Update
Friday 20/2/2026

It's been two weeks on the vet grade DECA and regular @Wolfenstein BPC157.

Delta's strength and drive has made significant gains along with her range of motion ability.

Ahe can get up the stairs out back using little hops rather than climbing and takes herself outside as she sees fit.

Her appetite is thru the roof as usual and Princess Chonkarella here would eat herself into oblivion if she had it her way.

She's mostly been couped up on the property and we havent been getting out much after work so I can see thats made her a little stiff, as you'll see in the videos.

She gets plenty of protein and aminos every morning and snacks through the day. She usually gets turkey mince and some sardines or mackerel or sometimes a chicken wing.

Today she weighed in at 22.5kg.

Her regular stack is

16mg Apoquel split AM/PM ED
250mcg BPC157 ED
Epijoint EOD
Greenlipped Mussel ED
Nadralone Decanoate 60mg E14D.

Took the dawgs out to church and let them catch up, its been a while and Fox was able to stretch his stiff old legs.

Delly has plenty of ability to negotiate undulating terrain but I want to keep her saturated with DECA until we finish the vial, so we had her second injection not long after her walk.

This is the start of week three on Nadralone and I'm very happy with the progress.

How long is her cycle?

Brother I'm loving her progress.
I think its gunna be about 9-10weeks of pinning and then however long it takes for the DECA to leave her system.
Ok so she'll be a solid 3 months with some decent Deca in her. I'd not ramp it up too much during week 12-16 in case Deca was keeping her 'overconfident' if that makes sense.

100% brother @HarleyGuy agreed on that. The overconfidence leading to a reinjury or new injury is what we want to avoid, because you'd be right on the money about her being very confident again. We're steady state at about 50-60mg per fortnight, no more than that. 👌🏻

Truly amazing progress on this log brother and great to see the deca being so effective for her...luv it 💪
Your doing the very best for delly.. much respect 👊

Mobility Update

Delta has been steady now on her DECA cycle.

With no one at the house this week she's been super bored until I get home. Usually she would have someone to interact with and I get the feeling she's just sleeping most of the day away, and I think that and the DECA are showing in her attitude lately 😅

Today we were able to go for a much longer walk to the shops, but the heat is getting to her.

One of the locals who who knows us has said Delta looks like she's slimming up. I reckon she's put on a bit of mass, cos she feels heavier and more sturdy and more muscular.

The heat has really been getting to her so our walks this week were only brief. You can hear how much she's puffed out. In the vid, this is toward the end of our walk.

She has plenty of range of motion in her legs and is squatting and scratching well. She can climb stairs without much of a problem at all.

Eating like an absolute horse and is always up to do something, she's just got a bit of attitude about her lately. 😅
