WEEK 4 - MONDAY CHECK-IN (09.03.26)

View attachment 195871

Last week's summary:
Evening, Evo fam!
I finished off last week with a couple of 'loose' days on account of my birthday! Friday and Saturday found me having some higher-fat days due to my splurging on quality cuts of steak... yum!
It was a solid week of training and being active; however, my sleep average suffered a little (6hrs 47mins per night avg).
I found that my inner ear issue has improved (but I still have a faint ringing in my left ear), but I no longer have any vertigo issues - which is a bloody relief.

Check-in day:
  • Current weight - 89.15 kg (down from 91kg last week)
  • Physical improvements - Abs coming through nicely, looking drier/leaner. Strength/lifts increasing and cardio output improving.
  • Mindset - Highly motivated
    • Ongoing ringing in the left ear (although less than previous weeks)
    • Knees felt a little sore last week during leg extensions (feeling better today)
    • Morning RH 81 BPM | BP 129/82 (monitoring and will be supplementing a beta blocker this week when order arrives from @CladHQ
      • Interestingly, my BP and RH averages increased back in September last year once I started Reta.
    • Forearm fatigue is still ongoing (overuse). May have to up the dose of @PharmabolicsOz's GLOW to aid in recovery
  • Fasting blood glucose - 4.5 nmol/L - @PharmabolicsOz's reta doing its thing in the background.

MACRO UPDATE
As I am now into week 2 of my reverse diet phase, my calories have been updated once again... I am loving the ability to eat more after being in deficit for so long... ;)

PRODUCT UPDATES
ANAVAR / CLEN

@PharmabolicsOz supplied Anavar is going well, and I felt some pretty dam good pumps in today's workouts (especially during my pull session). Strength across my lifts has been noticeably improving, and I’m really enjoying this compound so far, especially considering it’s my first time running it. Clen is going well, with no major side effects from current dosing.

looking really pumped and strong @roguepineapple but I think at your lean size your carbs can go up easy to 400 try it

Definitely on the cards to increase carbs steadily over time during my reverse diet. Have been enjoying a bit more freedom to eat now though 🤣
push the carbs up while you can :D

Looking good in the photo. Big arms and shoulders!

Great detail in this update @roguepineapple 👌 feedback on supps and products are great and super useful 🙏

Looking incredible 🔥 enjoy the extra food!!

push the carbs up while you can :D
A work in progress. (y)
Steak fat for the win
Heck yeah! A man who clearly enjoys a good steak! What's your favourite cut brother? If I'm feeling indulgent... I go a nice rib eye or scotch fillet. But as of late... it's just been boring rump + red win jus 🤤. Heck, I think I'm drooling... hahaha
Nice workout mate. Very similar to what I do. I've never tried cable pullovers that way.

Looking good in the photo. Big arms and shoulders!
Thank you!

Just keeping it simple. Have had great results so far with simple and consistent routines. You will have to give the cable pullovers a go and report back on what you thought of it mate!

Thanks mate! How's your routine and training going? Any wins on your end (training/nutrition/goals) since your return?
Not going to lie... after being on restrictive calories for so long, day two of my increase in macros has got me feeling really... really... full.. hahaah! And I'm only on ~2700 cals so far! 🤮

WEEK 4 - TUESDAY CHECK-IN (1o.03.26)

Screenshot 2026-03-10 at 10.06.08 PM.webp

Evening, Evo fam!
  • Current weight - 89 kg
  • Sleep - 6hrs 37mins :(
  • Physical (Issues) - Left bicep strain and forearm strains (overuse)
  • Mindset - Highly motivated
  • Fasting blood glucose - 4.5 nmol/L
  • Morning BP 130/83 | RH 79
QUESTION: As I have identified reta as the cause of my higher resting heart rate, I'm interested in hearing whether anyone else has experienced the same issue, as well as the steps they took to address the issue.

Had a killer session today and got to test out one of my new gym equipments by incorporating it into my new routine! Chest and triceps were absolutely smashed! The extra carbs in my diet are certainly fueling my training sessions now, and I hit some heavy sets today with my endurance through the roof. @CladHQ's slu has really been making my training a breeze, and I feel like I just can keep on going (until my muscles say 'NO MORE'! haahahah).

@roguepineapple I really like anavar man. It is a more mild led but it can make a huge difference.

Everything going well on my end. I’m still 2800kcal but have responded really well to the training, nutrition and current stack … packed on slot of good size (& little not so good size 😂 which is expected).

Yep, you forget how much food you get at 2700kcals when it’s clean 👌

@CladHQ's slu has really been making my training a breeze, and I feel like I just can keep on going (until my muscles say 'NO MORE'! haahahah).

@roguepineapple you're not going to go wrong with this amazing touchdown. I give you a lot of credit. This is a beautiful thing to post up this Anavar.
It has been a good incorporation into my current stack. Definitely a noticeable difference already… I’m a fan for sure!
Thanks for updating on the glucose as well. It's good to see that the reta is doing its job. I don't think people realize how effective it is on blood glucose. @roguepineapple
Definitely an amazing product! Just wish it was kinder on my resting heart rate hahaha
@roguepineapple I really like anavar man. It is a more mild led but it can make a huge difference.
Tell me about it! It’s been a great addition and one that has definitely upped my lifts since starting on it.

Questions of the day, and I am curious to know your answers… so don’t be shy!

If you had to choose one oral/injectable steroid to use as your pre workout, what would it be and why? (Bonus points if you share your experience with it).

What would be your advice to any newbie starting off with your chosen compound?

That's an easy one!!
Anadrol, Anavar or Dianabol as Preworkout Orals.
Tne (Test no ester) as the base Preworkout injectable stacked with Either Superdrol injectable or Methyltren Injectable 💯💥💪🏽 to all of these!

Hahahah. I think you missed one lol
You cheated as you only can take one! But… are you saying… if taken all at once, it counts as one? 🤔🙃

Ha ha no missing one or cheating?
Going on here brother.
Why do you think that you can only take one?
Maybe you misinterpreted what I said or I wasn't clear enough.
You can take either Anadrol, Dbol or Anavar as an Oral Preworkout on it's own or Tne Injectable on it's own or Stacked with Superdrol Injectable or Methyltren Injectable or either one of those on it's own. I hope that this clears it up for you

Nah I got you. I was more talking about “just one” and why.
Right ok so taking only one type of Oral at a time due to the stress that they can impose upon the liver & cholesterol levels.
I actually prefer the injectables nothing else fired me up like Tne or Methyltren.
Have to monitor stress on the liver while taking Superdrol injectable or Methyltren Injectable.
The liver stress however is not a worry with Tne.

injectable as a preworkout? nothing beats testosterone suspension or no ester trenbolone :D but best is sublingual anadrol or anavar imo

Honey, I can barely tolerate 150mg caffeine preworkout.

I don’t even know what half of those steroids are.

I only know of “tren” because of internet memes of how it turns you guys into angry pricks 🤣

Can't go wrong with Ironclad @CladHQ
I find that Nebivolol benefits my cardio due to it slowing my pulse rate down.
I've noticed no drop in exercise performance at all while I've been taking it.

I love me some injectable anadrol if you can find it.

It fucks with my appetite, it’s hard to find, the pip is rough and it’s prone to crashing.

Even with all that in consideration, I’ll snatch it up any time a vendor has it

Did anyone answer re the Reta and higher RHR. I thought this was a common effect. Mine went from low 60's to around 70. I stopped a week or two ago and it has started coming back down.

Nice looking push workout. Are you worried about fatigue / injuries doing two a days?

@Thoranosaurus_flex gave some solid advice above - with Nebivolol arriving from @CladHQ shortly!

As for fatigue, I’m pretty in tune with my body and am fortunate enough to power through without any issues. I have been doing it for so long now, my body is pretty well adjusted now. I am also pretty selective on my functional movements and focus more on the cardio aspect rather than weight lifting etc.

Yep... my RHR went up circa 10bpm also with Reta. Think that's expected.

Hahahaah! I'll have to ask @RogueCherry if I was an angry little leprechaun while on tren. I don't think I was 😇
So what do you take for a pre-workout? No stim supplement?

I have never tried Anadrol (only ever dbol). Correct me if I'm wrong, but were you trying @Norvex's injectable anadrol at one stage? If so... how is it going and how do you feel on it?

Yeah i did (still got half a bottle)

Its sick. I'd run it longer if it didnt nuke my appetite. PR's every session!

Definitely an amazing product! Just wish it was kinder on my resting heart rate hahaha
That shouldn't be happening considering 300- and 400-pound obese people are put on it and it's been shown to help with heart rate. Something else is going on here man. Maybe your dosage is too high or maybe something else is up.

Usually a non-stim preworkout or a pre-workout with around 100-150mg caffiene.

Im easy

WEEK 4 - Thursday check-in (12.03.26)
Today's thought...

1773319847557.webp

Evening, Evo fam!
Today started with a nice fasted cardio session (5km walk) with @RogueCherry, and capping off the training day with an impromptu Romanian deadlift session while watching @RogueCherry smash her gym session.
I have been struggling the past few days in getting my fats to 50g (I have been eating a little over here and there), but I have dialled them in as of today :) - Meals were pretty solid today, and all macros were within ok ranges!

CONCERNS
Ongoing ringing in the left ear and vertigo again today. Further research has shown that this can be a 'rare' side effect of 'LOW E2'. As of today, my coach has dropped the primo and raised the test further to 750mg p/w. Current cycle is now: Test c 750mg p/w, Mast e 400mg p/w, 2IU HgH, 20mcg clen per day, and 20mg Var per day. Blood tests to be drawn within the next two to three weeks to assess panels and confirm E2 levels. Other symptoms currently experienced (sore knees and a bit of fatigue).

Physical stats
  • Sleep: 7hrs 1min :ROFLMAO:
  • Morning weigh-in: 89.10kg
  • Fasting blood glucose: 4.5 nmol/L
  • Steps: 10,000
  • Morning BP: 135/71 | RH 76
Current Supplements
Morning (Breakfast)

Fish oil
Vitamin D + K
Super K
Ubiquinol
Bergamot

Before Lunch
Berberine
NAC

Before Dinner
Berberine

Dinner
Red yeast extract
Niacin

Before Bed
Magnesium + potassium

Straight into this log update for tonight, Evo Fam!
I awoke this morning with a purpose... I wanted to tackle a workout session at my local CrossFit Box and gauge where my fitness level was! Boy, oh boy... I went and fucked up right there :ROFLMAO:.

The 45min session had me sucking in the deep ones and keeping the vomit comet at bay. This was cooked. I was cooked. But it was a good one! This workout routine was duly named... "Fucked up Friday!"🤮

45min Session | ~960 cals burned

UPDATED PED STACK 13.03.26

Changes to my current cycle due to ringing in my ear... which is due to low/crashed e2 levels.
Sore knees, fatigue and tinnitus (dizziness) all point to the above. Coach has updated my plan accordingly, and I have also taken some great pointers/tips from @Dreamer on adding in test prop to drive up estrogen levels. (Confirmatory blood tests to be done in 2-3 weeks)

I'm hoping E2 will bounce back up in a couple of weeks. Needless to say, I'm looking forward to feeling like a new man!

NOTE: Test Cyp (not E)
  • Test increased from 500mg to 750mg p/w (Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz)
  • HgH - back to 4IU (Sponsored by @CladHQ)
  • Primo removed

Nice update bro. Details on point as per usual 👌🙏

Food looks great! Macros similar to mine! 250P is solid. How’s the hunger ? Could you push more?

960 cals burnt in 45min is massive 💪🔥

Any other sides that indicate low E2 other than ears? Obviously energy levels still ok to smash a workout like that!

MACROS [2730 CALS - 250g P | 320g C | 50g F]

Meals were pretty solid today and a welcome treat after the session above! I have found my routine again and hitting my macros consistently now since having them updated.

The thought of that crossfit workout scares me! :ROFLMAO:

So was the low E2 just from the Primo? What was the dose? Mast can contribute as well right?

Thanks mate! Reverse diet in progress, so I think it will be raised (as well as carbs) over the next week.

Calories burned during that CrossFit session was insane! It was @CladHQ slu as per usual… but I probably should not have taken the clen before that workout… I was cooked.

Sides being experienced to further indicate low e2… sore knees, fatigue, flat look, reduced pumps in gym (especially for what I am running), and of course - the tinnitus. E2 has been so low for so long now (especially as indicated by last lot of tests back in Feb) I have just learned to push through it. Looking forward to turning it around though 🤣

Last lot of testing back in Feb indicated low e2 already… and coach had me on 250mg test, 300 mast, 200 primo back then. The more recently, 500/500 test and primo, 400 mast. .

WEEK 4 - Saturday check-in (14.03.26)

Final check-in to mark the end of my training for the week, Evo Fam!
DAILY STATS (upon awakening)
  • Sleeping resting heart rate range [54 - 84]. This has markedly improved since reducing Reta to 2mg (from 3mg p/w) and incorporating 5mg of nebivolol at bedtime.
  • Woke up feeling great, certainly have had a deeper sleep over the past few nights since adding Nebivolol from @CladHQ.
    • Upped HGH dose back to 4IU - now that we are onto a fix for the tinnutis (crashed e2)... had a high sleep score again of 95 according to my Apple watch.
  • Forgot to take my BP - but it has been averaging 130/70
  • Fasting blood glucose (4.5 consistently)
  • 91kg (increase in water weight given HGH dose increased. My body will usually stabilise weight within the week after everything settles down with dosage etc.
Workout of the day - LEGS
1hr 15min Session |
~800 cals burned

I tried out my new V-Squat machine today, and it was AMAZING! Love the stretch and support it provides throughout the movement. I have never used one before this (have used a hack squat and a pendulum machine), so it was certainly a nice little change of pace - and I AM IN LOVE! Hahaah!

Does anyone have a killer session/program for one of these machines that they are willing to share?
@Alice_In_Ironland @Dreamer @Fmos @Thoranosaurus_flex @Dumptruck @LH5515 @Karachi @Aussie_gear @CookieBaah @Sheshredz @jplayer32 @waggat

V-Squat (Reverse)450 / 70 / 90 / 120 kg10 eachProgressive weight increase
DB LungesStopped due to knee soreness (felt like glass from low E2)

This machine was amazing and definitely my favourite now! Looking forward to driving some serious hypertrophy in my legs!
Certainly has highlighted that my hamstrings/glutes are underdeveloped, as it was much easier for me to push heavier in reverse.

That’s an awesome looking v-squat machine! Especially since you can adjust the angle of the foot plate. Those front facing squats look like they’d hit the quads really nicely 😊
I love this style of v-squat machine for good mornings (if the goal is to hit the hamstrings and glutes). It feels a lot more comfortable and stable for the lower back vs using a barbell, so I find I’m able to go heavy & really isolate the glutes/ hams. I keep the incline on the footplate at the maximum for these 😊

Thanks @Alice_In_Ironland! That’s an awesome idea regarding the good mornings! I will definitely give that a try. I also see people doing lunges (one foot on the floor) but I will have to work out the setup for it first and get through the low e2 issue first before isolation exercises can be done again.

WEEK 5 - Monday Check-in [16.03.26]

Today marks the halfway mark of my 10-week log! WOW! Time has flown already, and I have been enjoying this log so far! Here's to grinding it out for the next 5-weeks and finishing off with an absolute BANG!

STATS
Weight (fasted) - 89.5kg
Blood glucose (fasted) - 4.5
BP - 111/72

SLEEP

Sleep average for last week: 6hrs 51mins

Highest Sleep time

Lowest Sleep time
Summary 2.webp

Sleep quality 8.5/10 | Highest Sleep score 97

A pretty solid week for catching up on my ZZZzzzzz's. The lowest sleep time was due to having to catch up on my macros later in the day, which pushed my bedtime routine out:ROFLMAO:. Otherwise, a solid week of some deep sleep and vivid dreams - courtesy of @CladHQ's HgH

Resting heart rate average (since starting Reta in September at 3mg)

Resting Heart Rate.webp

My resting heart rate (RHR) increased after starting Reta in September. Since then, I have reduced my Reta dosage and introduced a beta blocker, Nebivolol (at 5mg before bed). Over the past week, this adjustment has already led to a significant improvement in both my resting and sleeping heart rate, now ranging between 56–103 bpm, compared to the previous range of 85–105 bpm. A timely reminder to keep an eye on your heart, folks!

NOTE: I purchased my Nebivolol through @CladHQ.

Changes - Clen dropped (no longer required) | Reta reduced to 1mg p/w | Nebivlol 10mg

I have been feeling a bit flat during my session workout session today and not as pumped. Still getting the classic 'low e2 symptoms' after removing my primo dosage and upping test last week. Ringing in my left ear, sore knees, fatigue, and flat muscles/low pumps are all being experienced at the moment. Hoping to feel differently in another 1-2 weeks.

WORKOUT (PUSH)

No energy for my usual XFit session today, so it was just my gym day routine in the morning. I made the mistake of taking a work call during my session, which ended in me spiralling for the rest of the training routine (rookie mistake). Had some pretty big lifts in chest press though, so can't complain about that!

Routine
  1. Super incline chest press (plate loaded)
    1. 1st set - 15 reps 40kg
    2. 2nd set - 12 reps 60kg
    3. 3rd set - 10 reps 80kg
    4. 4th set - 8 reps 90kg
    5. 5th set - 4 reps 110kg
  2. Smith machine incline press
    1. 1st set - 15 reps 40kg
    2. 2nd set - 12 reps 60kg
    3. 3rd set - 8 reps 80kg
    4. 4th set - 6 reps 80kg
  3. Seated chest fly
    1. 1st set - 15 reps 22.5kg
    2. 2nd set - 15 reps 29kg
    3. 3rd set - 15 reps 35kg
    4. 4th set - 10 reps 45kg
  4. Smith machine shoulder press
    1. 5 sets - 10 reps (slow and controlled - pause at bottom) 60kg
  5. Cable lateral raise
    1. 1st set - 9kg 15reps
    2. 2nd set - 13kg 12reps
    3. 3rd set - 18kg 8 reps
    4. 4th set - 22kg 6 reps
GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
  • Focus on hitting macros
  • Training intensity
  • Reduce Xfit sessions (from a point of recovery)
  • Run the beep test to gauge my current level

Resting heart rate average (since starting Reta in September at 3mg)

View attachment 199631

My resting heart rate (RHR) increased after starting Reta in September. Since then, I have reduced my Reta dosage and introduced a beta blocker, Nebivolol (at 5mg before bed). Over the past week, this adjustment has already led to a significant improvement in both my resting and sleeping heart rate, now ranging between 56–103 bpm, compared to the previous range of 85–105 bpm. A timely reminder to keep an eye on your heart, folks!

NOTE: I purchased my Nebivolol through @CladHQ.

I have been feeling a bit flat during my session workout session today and not as pumped. Still getting the classic 'low e2 symptoms' after removing my primo dosage and upping test last week. Ringing in my left ear, sore knees, fatigue, and flat muscles/low pumps are all being experienced at the moment. Hoping to feel differently in another 1-2 weeks.

WORKOUT (PUSH)

No energy for my usual XFit session today, so it was just my gym day routine in the morning. I made the mistake of taking a work call during my session, which ended in me spiralling for the rest of the training routine (rookie mistake). Had some pretty big lifts in chest press though, so can't complain about that!

Routine
  1. Super incline chest press (plate loaded)
    1. 1st set - 15 reps 40kg
    2. 2nd set - 12 reps 60kg
    3. 3rd set - 10 reps 80kg
    4. 4th set - 8 reps 90kg
    5. 5th set - 4 reps 110kg
  2. Smith machine incline press
    1. 1st set - 15 reps 40kg
    2. 2nd set - 12 reps 60kg
    3. 3rd set - 8 reps 80kg
    4. 4th set - 6 reps 80kg
  3. Seated chest fly
    1. 1st set - 15 reps 22.5kg
    2. 2nd set - 15 reps 29kg
    3. 3rd set - 15 reps 35kg
    4. 4th set - 10 reps 45kg
  4. Smith machine shoulder press
    1. 5 sets - 10 reps (slow and controlled - pause at bottom) 60kg
  5. Cable lateral raise
    1. 1st set - 9kg 15reps
    2. 2nd set - 13kg 12reps
    3. 3rd set - 18kg 8 reps
    4. 4th set - 22kg 6 reps
GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
  • Focus on hitting macros
  • Training intensity
  • Reduce Xfit sessions (from a point of recovery)
  • Run the beep test to gauge my current level

@roguepineapple keep up the good work on this. I like the Smith machine incline and I like the seated chest press. Those are really good exercises and you'll get great results.

SLU - PP - 332

I regularly use a HIIT session on the assault bike to track my cardiovascular fitness and VO2 capacity.
In my previous log, I was utilising Slu at 1000 - 2000mcg 2x per day before training.

Before starting Slu, my heart rate average on the assault bike was 162- 165bpm for a 10min interval session (1 minute working / 1 minute slow).
In that 10 min timeframe (without slu), I burnt just under 100 calories on the bike or around 160~ according to my Apple Watch.

After running Slu for just a week, my average heart rate came down to around 150bpm (lowest was 145bpm), and I burnt more calories within that 10min timeframe (110cals on bike and over 200kcals according to my watch).

IRON CLAD LABS - SLU USE / FEEDBACK

I have been running @CladHQ's Slu-pp-332 (20mg caps) for the past week, and have already seen a dramatic improvement in my training!
For those who followed along in my previous log, you would have noticed that I am no stranger to mito stacks and my love/hate relationship with the assault bike hahah!

After finishing a month of running Cardarine + SLU, I’ve now dropped Cardarine and switched to @CladHQ SLU (20mg) only.
Just over a week in, performance is still climbing.

Control test (unchanged):
10-minute Assault Bike
3.5 miles / 5.63 km @ 21 mph (33.8 km/h)

Results

  • Baseline: 100.7 cals (avg HR 175 bpm)
  • Cardarine + SLU: 121.6 cals (avg HR 165 bpm)
  • SLU only: 127.1 cals
That’s roughly a 26% increase in work output from baseline at the same duration and conditions.

Less cardiac strain, more work produced, and improvements are continuing even after removing Cardarine, which is a very good sign for conditioning carryover.

I believe @CladHQ has hit the ball out of the park with this dosage offering! I find 20mg is the sweet spot for Slu, and I am excited to see how far I can leverage this in my training! Excited is an understatement. Here's to targeting North of 130cals on the assault bike...

WOW! 11 is elite mate!
I am aiming for a 9.6... :)
That was one time only and in the prime of my days on a team of really competitive guys. I also wasn't benching 225lbs at the time and was more built for speed and agility.

Bro, 9.5 is super stud mode... you do that I'll send you some letrozol on me and we'll take care of that e2 problem real fast :p:ROFLMAO:. Just kidding don't use letrozol but I will send you some if you get 9.5 LOL

Hey mate! Haven’t seen any slu tabs kicking around through our Aussie vendors. Just the caps and injectable.

So this is an interesting one as I have had great success with my workouts and results at 500mcg to 2mg. I found 20mg as my upper limit and I am going extremely well at that dose. By mid week though, I start to run into some mid-afternoon fatigue (which I can still power through with no issues).

When I experimented with 40mg pre workout, I found myself on the couch, having a nap to sleep off severe fatigue, and haven’t revisited those higher doses since the first time.

I don’t notice any other side effects such as sweating etc. well, a bit hard to say, as I train in humidity and sweat a bucket load… and when I do train in air-conditioning, it’s just the usual sweat one would expect 🤷🏻.

How do you feel progress has been in the time so far?
Hey bro!

Well it has been a roller coaster… not going to lie. When I first started my second log I had every intention to continue cutting hard (as the last dexa back in December was around 18%). So my coach and I were focused on cutting down until I hit 12-15% bf before starting a bulk again. But… as fate would have it… literally first week or so of starting this log and doing a follow up dexa… we were both surprised that I was already sitting at ~12%… cue, reverse diet hahaha.

Aside from the change in plans, I have really progressed strongly across my training (strength and endurance), learned a lot more about nutrition and the way my body responds, and a better understanding of how to keep my body functioning at a high level.

I’ve learned that I barely aromatise and can easily crash my e2 (haha), and I have also gained a far greater understanding of how to keep all my health markers in check.

So, a long answer to your question… but I have progressed so much (not just in my training or physical results)… but in knowledge as well. The latter, is something I value far more than an extra PR in the gym 🥳

thanks for the info :D sorry, I read so many threads I missed that one @roguepineapple

Nice job man. I like the different exercises you're doing. The seated chest flies and the cable lateral raises are some of my favorites. @roguepineapple

Bros, keep up the good work on this. I like the fasted weight and I like the blood glucose. @roguepineapple Also your blood pressure looking solid. Keep up the good work.

WEEK 5 - Monday Check-in [16.03.26]

Today marks the halfway mark of my 10-week log! WOW! Time has flown already, and I have been enjoying this log so far! Here's to grinding it out for the next 5-weeks and finishing off with an absolute BANG!

Weight (fasted) - 89.5kg
Blood glucose (fasted) - 4.5

A pretty solid week for catching up on my ZZZzzzzz's. The lowest sleep time was due to having to catch up on my macros later in the day, which pushed my bedtime routine out:ROFLMAO:. Otherwise, a solid week of some deep sleep and vivid dreams - courtesy of @CladHQ's HgH

Resting heart rate average (since starting Reta in September at 3mg)

WEEK 5 - WEDNESDAY Check-in [18.03.26]

A quick recap of yesterday and today's antics :)!
Yesterday was a solid back session, which found me feeling great for the rest of the day. I have noticed (since upping my test dose) that my pumps are starting to feel better while working out.

Fast forward to today, I started off a bit flat due to my poor sleep last night (just things on my mind).
I still managed to have a pretty decent leg session today, which was massive!!! Knees have been feeling much better, and I was able to carry my intensity throughout my workout without any 'dry joint' issues as previously experienced. So, everything is definitely tracking in the right direction with my hormones! [blood tests to confirm everything in a few weeks]

Nice update brother. Loving the shoulder session. Very rarely do you see many people do a shoulder only session these days ..

Love it. Old school 🔥💪
It was a bit of an impromptu training session… as I just felt like a little shoulder pump to start the day - ended up being a full blown workout haha.
What an incredible transformation!

WEEK 6 - MONDAY CHECK-IN [23.03.26]

Recap of Week-5
  • Had a solid week of training (4x gym sessions and 2x crossfit sessions)
  • Getting much stronger week-on-week, going up in weight across my programmed exercises
  • Forearm/bicep strain improving and not hindering lifts
  • Sleep averaged 7hrs 26mins and had some great quality sleep throughout the week
  • BP and HR improved since dropping Reta to 1mg
  • Blood glucose levels fantastic
I ended up getting tinnutis/virtigo pretty bad on Thursday, this was after starting my topical hair treatment again (finasteride/minoxidil) earlier in the week. So the ongoing issues that I have been having so far have been linked to low e2 problems, and topical hair treatments which compounds these effects for me. On a side note, I'm not going bald or noticing any major concerns in that area, I was somewhat being proactive in starting my hair treatments (preventative measure) due to the two compounds (Mast/Primo) that I was using quite heavily at the start of this log. Given the side effect of the hair treatment... I may have to embrace going bald (or start saving for a trip to Turkey for a hair transplant :ROFLMAO:)

CURRENT WEEK

Had a pretty awesome training session today (Push day). Upped my lifts and intensity across all exercises and I feel my physique is starting to be built nicely after coming out of my cut. I am enjoying the freedom to eat more, and loving the extra energy throghout my workouts. I am no longer reaching for a pre-workout when training, as my recovery, sleep, and energy levels, have stayed quite consistnent throughout the week!

DAILY STATS (FASTED)

  • Sleep - 7hrs 48mins
  • Weight - 92.5kg
  • BP 125/70 | RHR 70
  • Blood Glucose - 4.5 nmol/L
MACROS (UNCHANGED) - 2730 cals [250g P | 320g C | 50g F]

TODAY'S WORKOUT (PUSH - Fasted | Training partner assisted)
Pre workout supps/peds (regularly taken): Slu 20mg caps, 5mg cialis, 5mg yohimbine, L-carn 600mg, and 25mg Anavar.
NOTE: I feel amazing on the pre-workout stack and have a strong focus during my workout, ample amounts of energy/endurance and strength.

WEEK 6 - TUESDAY CHECK-IN [24/03/26] - QUICK LITTLE UPDATE

Today's gym session had me feeling like a beast!

DAILY STATS (FASTED)
  • Sleep - 7hrs 50mins😴
  • Weight - 92.8kg (🔼0.3g)
  • BP 130/70 | RHR 70 (forgot to take telm and nebivolol last night)

CONCERN
A bit of a concern regarding forearm strains in both my arms. I will have to start doing more stretches and light massage, as well as utilising my lifting straps on pull days. The diagram below shows the areas where I am having pain, so if anyone has additional suggestions, it would be much appreciated. NOTE: Have also added KLOW at 1mg (daily)

Had a great night's sleep and ample energy for my pull session this morning! Absolutely killed it and found myself increasing my lifts across my exercises and training at max intensity. I also finished off the day with a 10min HIIT session on my assault bike!

WEEK 6 - TUESDAY CHECK-IN [24/03/26] - QUICK LITTLE UPDATE

Today's gym session had me feeling like a beast!

View attachment 203594

DAILY STATS (FASTED)
  • Sleep - 7hrs 50mins😴
  • Weight - 92.8kg (🔼0.3g)
  • BP 130/70 | RHR 70 (forgot to take telm and nebivolol last night)
  • Blood Glucose - 4.5 nmol/L
