Good news- personal record for cardio in 1 day. 3hrs. 1hr on tready at 2pm, 2hr on tready 940pm. No knee pain. No foot numbness. I decided to save push day for the actual gym tomorrow and just straight murder cardio.

Bad news - GERD is back with a vengeance even with even no diet/supp change. On 4 days of reflux on/off sometimes lasting 6hrs straight. Can literally feel the acid in my esophagus. Regurging 2-3 times daily. Progression? I believe it is time to see a doctor and look into a an Rx PPI.

@Shakey one of the areas that you can continue to improve on is your diet. Getting rid of the bread would go a long way, so would getting rid of the cereal. Swap it in for some fruit and vegetables instead.

@Shakey one of the areas that you can continue to improve on is your diet. Getting rid of the bread would go a long way, so would getting rid of the cereal. Swap it in for some fruit and vegetables instead.
I dont eat cereal very often, but i wont waste the boxs given to me so i spread them out atleast. I get a carton of milk every so often, milks not a refukar thing either as its expensive. I used to use only water with cereal as milk was too expensive.

As for the bread, i dont think i can get rid of my egg sandwichs in the morning lol. Ill be honest, i wouldnt be able to keep to a stricter diet even if i tried. My diets probably as good as its going to get for now. I dont have extra $ to have a consistent supply of fruit and veggies regularly so genetally eat whats given to me. Although i have some frozen strawberries i can add today.

Was honestly surprised at gaining 8lbs so quickly on 4iu GH and TRT+. So if i want to hit the goal of 170lbs, its going to take some bloody effort. As of this morning i havw 13lbs to go.

Id rather hold out and not pullback on mt goak just to start my cycle earlier but i may have to shift it to 175lbs lol

I bet you your weight's leveling out like that because you're putting on more lean muscle mass. At least that is what we can hope for. Just keep the grind going. We believe in it. @Shakey

the problem is diet is 90% of this journey. and if you don't fix it then you are holding yourself back bigtime

there are better bread alternatives. if you use the yuka app you can swipe some options and find one. you won't find any on the shelf. it would be a search at your health food store in the freezer

Not yet, famotidine kept it in check enough that i was able to eat 376g stugfed turkey breast and 200g of rice after not being able to stomache anything for 12hrs. Will try if i get reflux while on famotidine. Im going to continue taking famo until it runs out.
we just discussed it, tbh i dont see why you wont try baking soda to see how it goes? the basic easy way :D @Shakey

Diet looks like it's in a good place again. That type of eating should help with the acid reflux hopefully

Yeah, the TRT+ is hitting hard. I can tell I'm still loosing fat. After all my adjustments for my article on dead volume and micro dosing, my originally intended TRT dose was 150mg. Then i applied my formula after measuring my generic 25g luer lock syringe with veg oil and while air locking to deliver residual waste as well, it came to 210mg weekly. I decided to measure my syringe dead volume with Brita filtered water and food colouring because of the oils viscosity, and after the math, overdosing using the residual waste I'm at 234.5mg weekly. its not perfect as there was still a tiny bit stuck in hub when measuring but air locking should deliver that under pressure. I should be finished on this and posting this weekend. Hopefully.

100% agree on the diet and i understand im not realizing 100% of the gains i could be making. I just can't justify expensive items from a health food store. I literally buy the cheapest whole wheat bread in town, not even the nicer bread thats 50 cents more. We have 1 health foods store and the prices are ridiculous.

Anything purchased must be the cheapest and most cost efficient choice as possible regardless of how much better the "healthier options or alternatives" are better for me and ill have to make do with that.
 
Im waiting for it to flare up. Im going to keep taking the famotidine every 12hrs though, but will try the soda as soon as it flares up.

That difference is astounding it could literally be the difference between a cruise and mini blast just with the nuances

Right? That dead volume i measure in my generic 25g luer pin was double what i expected when compared to the brand names measure in lab environment during studies. Even with the fact that it has a Reduced Dead Space (RDS) style plunger. This is why i was at an impasse, how can i show math that relates to everyone's set up.

I decided Id do my own and provide the method to measure your dead volume of the pin your using. Dont forgot, all this waste is being discarded with pins when not air locking, which reduces vial yield.

I was meal prepping lots of chicken and rice, but ive been lazy with prepping for the last month.

Definitely do a video.

I take 1/3 tsp every morning when I wake up and I think it helps. Haven't dealt with any wicked indigestion in a bit. The ACV was my next go to before reaching for the famotidine.

Once your stomach gets sorted you should be fine on an empty stomach again. The key is trying to figure out what's triggering it. For me I think it was the beef jerky I was eating with my lunch.

I know theres physical damage cause even with no reflux i regurg in mouth randomly or when i bend over. im expecting a haital hernia or LES from smoking. Maybe next week end after im back in town ill cut the famotidine for a few days and then flare it on purpose and see if baking soda helps. lol Eh @LevButlerov ? 200mg of caffeine got me reflux for 12hrs last time. ill mix 1/3 tsp with my pre-workout. That'll give us an idea. lol
 
Tried out that AI BF calculator @Freki posted in @HarleyGuy's log. Tried it with 3 diff combos of pictures, 1 set no flex, 1 set flexed, last set with a front and back(instead of side profile. 11-13% BF. Dont know how accurate it actually is but i wont complain. lol

Air fryer for the chicken and a big rice cooker for the rice and you're set. You can literally do that twice a week and you'll have meals day in and day out.

Sounds like you need to book and endoscopy and they can figure out what's going on. You might need some pharma intervention just to give you time to heal. I had GERD back when I smoked and it just wouldn't get any better until I got some medication.

Hopefully you can get healed up and find the right way forward. Right now it seems like you said, something more serious is happening and the famotidine is just getting you by but you're not healing up

See how you go but no issue with adjusting total weight goal if you reach the desired level of leanness.
 
Sounds like you need to book and endoscopy and they can figure out what's going on. You might need some pharma intervention just to give you time to heal. I had GERD back when I smoked and it just wouldn't get any better until I got some medication.

Hopefully you can get healed up and find the right way forward. Right now it seems like you said, something more serious is happening and the famotidine is just getting you by but you're not healing up

Update:
Didnt have much time at the gym so no cardio. Not even any dropsets😭. Side note, smashed out some heavier lifts. 55s on incline dumbell. Thought ive ditched dips first. I went down on lateral raise because i didnt have time for isolateral movements. I have a bad left shoulder and the right one is 1.5" or so lower, so doing both on the machine at the same times quite hard on me. Machine crunch up 20 to 120lbs extra reps.

Last few weeks most my lifts have gone up or ive hit extra reps, like skulls today. Posting now, but might have a snack before bed.

Update:
Didnt have much time at the gym so no cardio. Not even any dropsets😭. Side note, smashed out some heavier lifts. 55s on incline dumbell. Thought ive ditched dips first. I went down on lateral raise because i didnt have time for isolateral movements. I have a bad left shoulder and the right one is 1.5" or so lower, so doing both on the machine at the same times quite hard on me. Machine crunch up 20 to 120lbs extra reps.

Last few weeks most my lifts have gone up or ive hit extra reps, like skulls today. Posting now, but might have a snack before bed.

i actually have to lift my legs and swing em down with momentum so i can get my feet wedge under the seat.
That's when you know you're using that machine correctly! If you weren't so damn tall you could get in it like I do and go feet first and hop up :p

Update:
Alright, so time for a shitty update. Injured myself lifting today. No drop sets either Felt a little bit of tightness in right lat during slow controlled full stretch seated rows but that was it. I did 10lbs less on back extensions, as well as curls.

On the first set of my last exercise, reverse curls with the ez curl, like 2 or 3 reps id say , my right lat contracted hard. Was enough to make me grunt hard and almost drop the weight.

Figured bad strain plus spasm or something. The one picture after gym shows a bulge, and i thought it was a spasm. But the pains gotten worse, not at a relaxed state, but any twisting, bending, standing, lifting my opposite arm above shoulder, or even holding a a 1litre mug in my opposite hand. Any stabilizing action really. Deep breaths where rib cage expands. Its not bad laying down, but any standing/moving is awful.

After a few hours on the couch with heating pad, ive got a mark ( not from pad as it doesnt go away with time off it). Im pretty sure its a tear now that theres a surface mark, and the feeling wasnt contraction but tearing and letting go.

Ill blasted 9mg of GLOW (BPC750/TB1500/GHK6750) in that lat area as best i could. Im going to rest the night and go to ER in morning, hopefully with a bigger mark to warrant imaging.

This may turn into a recovery cycle in the first half. Lol

Added lutein in, as after an eye appointmemt ive been diagnosed with mild-moderate keratoconus in both eyes(thinning of the corneas)
Added melatonin back as well.
Will start B12 after blood test when im good enough to go.

I honestly am confused how i did this during curls, maybe stabilizing was just the finisher. Not sure about this red light stuff. But im deffinitwly goibg to line up sone BPC standalone so im not blasting so much GLOW.

We will see when im up, might be breakfast and ER. Convienently the ER is 322 meters from my house.

Well boys, ran outta luck with this one. ER doc says its a grade 2 tear. Says he could feel a little or small deformity compared to the other side, so grade 2. No ultrasound, as the only person in town qualified for musculoskeletal ultrasounds died. So ill be waiting on family dr to get either an in town mri or out of town ultrasound to see how bad and get a referal for a sports med dr person and physio person.

As for time off, ill be taking a break until im goid enough for slow cardio, then ill be doing cardio daily, probably aim for a fair amount to cut fat while not doing anything. I will return to doing leg ext, seated lug curls and seated calf raises when i can handle the stabilization. I imagine somewhere inbetween 2-4 weeks.

As for upper body workouts, ill form a plan with some kind of medical person on rehabing.

Unsure what ill do for cycle, but will turn the first 12 of the 20week cycle into a rehab and last 8 going harder, but nit full tilt maybe.

Also ill add that i was a bit off on where pain was at. Its basically spine to armpit now though on the outter edge of lat, with small deformiity. In that one picture maybe the myscles were spasming? The read mark at thispiint may be a heating pad burn i guess. Ill watch for bruising over the next 72 hours.

But yeah, get that cardio in, maybe some very little weight or bodyweight lunges could just be the best thing to do, good side arm curls? maybe?
On the bring sight, you aren't so fucked that you cannot get off the bed... Might also have to modify your diet alot now so you don't gain fat.

I will return to doing leg ext, seated lug curls and seated calf raises when i can handle the stabilization. I imagine somewhere inbetween 2-4 weeks.

As for upper body workouts, ill form a plan with some kind of medical person on rehabing.

Unsure what ill do for cycle, but will turn the first 12 of the 20week cycle into a rehab and last 8 going harder, but nit full tilt maybe.

Also ill add that i was a bit off on where pain was at. Its basically spine to armpit now though on the outter edge of lat, with small deformiity. In that one picture maybe the myscles were spasming? The read mark at thispiint may be a heating pad burn i guess. Ill watch for bruising over the next 72 hours.

On the bring sight, you aren't so fucked that you cannot get off the bed... Might also have to modify your diet alot now so you don't gain fat.

Yeah fuckin sucks, i honoestly dud less weight then normal but slower and more controlled. I have a feeling itll take a while to get physio and the such so im planning to atart a rehab cycle til week 14 and then for 6-8 weeks ill bump it up.

Rehab will be 250mg test, and might do low dose var. Ill be starting cardio within the week. Im going to try slow cardio on thursday. For upper body, im going to take a few weeks off and come back for lighter, machine supported lifts.

As for lat work, ill start rehabing between 3-4 i think. Maybe week 6 full rom slow reps up to 25-30 reps no where close to failure.

I cant do much in kitchen right now , but should be back to meat, rice and oats etc within the week.

For test and anavar, i am not so sure if that'd be a good idea given the fact you won't be anywhere near your 100% . Would you also be planning to go off it and get a PCT done? @LevButlerov and @HarleyGuy would have alot more knowledge to spit out on this, they might just say keep on pinning and don't worry about PCT for now.

As far as lifting, I think it's a good plan, just do whatever you can, simpler motions, as many machines as possible with as stable of a weight and posture as you can.

This is the time an air fryer would be your best friend in the kitchen! Put in some chicken and forget for 23 mins.

Yeah, i looked more into rehabing because i doubt ill get quick physio etc.

The plan is to start a rehab cycle, up my test to 250 even and stay there tor 12 weeks or so. Maybe 14 ill bump it up a little bit.

Thursday ill be trying cardio, see whats manageable, speed and duration wise. Ill be doing seated leg lifts for now, so i dont stabilize with my back. Leg ext, leg curls, calf raise.

As for upper body i think ill start at 2 week, with supported machines to isolate muscles. Lighter work so i dont tighten up. Lat rehab between 3-4 weeks, body weight and band work maybe isometrics. Week 6 light duty cable work, full rom slow reps in 25-30 range with 10 reps in reserve each set. I aint taking chances.

Ill assume 12-14weeks full recover until i see an mri or ultrasound.

Well im already at 234.5mg weekly lol. 250mg would be max, because i dont want to over estimate recovery. And var, its more less to help keep my muscle strength and size with light work, pllus i plan on absolurely wrecking my legs lol.

Ive already been on TRT+ for long enough id rather start cycle now and pct after 20 weeks.
