Reasoning behind is to remove any hindrance around GI distress with reta and high caloric load.

And removal of reta and motsc with anything that activates ampk pathway that could potentially affect motr pathway to focus primarily on growth

Tb and bpc was just a cleanup towards the end of bloods to prime myself, no need for the growth phase

Thanks my bro, fats are pretty much just from mince on training days , 165gm in Melas 2, 3 and 4. And no other fats from other sources besides 30g peanut butter in meal 1

As funny (and slightly tragic) as it sounds… I measured myself again and I’m no longer a true 6 foot. I’ve officially shrunk to 5’11.4”.
That puts my Classic Physique cap at 94kg and realistically, I’m already pushing beyond that.

But bodybuilding is about adapting. We assess, we adjust, and we overcome.
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided I’m moving into the Heavyweight division.

Bodybuilding has been a dream of mine my entire life. What once felt like a fantasy is now something I’m living every day. Strength returned to almost peak bulk on all lifts at the end of my cruise after all the GI distress, very keen to see what the next few weeks hols once we reach saturation and food bump.
First night already after the 6 iu GH dose, shot up a kg from the day prior but holding a dry vascular learner physique.

Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
Pumps vascularity and fullness all increasing week to week. Each pump pic gets better and better 😍😍

Recovery Speed:
No issues with recovery or fatigue ready to hammer each session

Overall Thoughts This Week:
A great start to the first week, mental drive and performance on the gym is up considerably , very keen to see each week progress and reach the goal of 115 kg. Can't even imagine myself at this point !

That puts my Classic Physique cap at 94kg and realistically, I’m already pushing beyond that.

But bodybuilding is about adapting. We assess, we adjust, and we overcome.
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided I’m moving into the Heavyweight division.

@Maxfatstats they do say that we shrink a little bit as we get older, gravity and also compressing of the discs. I think I'm shorter as well as I've gotten older, maybe a half an inch.

Definitely watch out for the gut health. Your gastrointestinal distress is definitely something that will keep you from ever achieving what you want to achieve@Maxfatstats . It's definitely something that will hold you back.

As funny (and slightly tragic) as it sounds… I measured myself again and I’m no longer a true 6 foot. I’ve officially shrunk to 5’11.4”.
That puts my Classic Physique cap at 94kg and realistically, I’m already pushing beyond that.

But bodybuilding is about adapting. We assess, we adjust, and we overcome.
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided I’m moving into the Heavyweight division.

Bodybuilding has been a dream of mine my entire life. What once felt like a fantasy is now something I’m living every day. Strength / Endurance / physical Changes:
Strength returned to almost peak bulk on all lifts at the end of my cruise after all the GI distress, very keen to see what the next few weeks hols once we reach saturation and food bump.
First night already after the 6 iu GH dose, shot up a kg from the day prior but holding a dry vascular learner physique.

Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
Pumps vascularity and fullness all increasing week to week. Each pump pic gets better and better 😍😍

Recovery Speed:
No issues with recovery or fatigue ready to hammer each session



Physique Notes:
Continuing to hold a lean dry and vascular look


Overall Thoughts This Week:
A great start to the first week, mental drive and performance on the gym is up considerably , very keen to see each week progress and reach the goal of 115 kg. Can't even imagine myself at this point !

Monitor blood glucose doesn't creep too high

Strength / Endurance / physical Changes:
Strength returned to almost peak bulk on all lifts at the end of my cruise after all the GI distress, very keen to see what the next few weeks hols once we reach saturation and food bump.
First night already after the 6 iu GH dose, shot up a kg from the day prior but holding a dry vascular learner physique.

Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
Pumps vascularity and fullness all increasing week to week. Each pump pic gets better and better 😍😍

Recovery Speed:
No issues with recovery or fatigue ready to hammer each session



Physique Notes:
Continuing to hold a lean dry and vascular look


Overall Thoughts This Week:
A great start to the first week, mental drive and performance on the gym is up considerably , very keen to see each week progress and reach the goal of 115 kg. Can't even imagine myself at this point !

A sip in sleep this week over a few days, had some restless nights. Nothing that has impacted performance or functionality day to day or recovery but not ideal for optimal growth and recovery.. will narrow it down this week and dial back kn


A bigger jump in BG this week, something to keep an eye on, will more then likely deploy lantus on the coming week to combat


Strength / Endurance / physical Changes:
Strength climbing nicely on most lifts still even without the food bump yet, endurance is up and cardio has become notibly easier



Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
As we reach peak saturation I am become, rounder, fuller and muscle much harder, still holding a lean state and dropping a bit of bf at the same time without food bump.
Vascularity is increasing too, pumps are solid each session

Recovery Speed:
No issues with recovery or fatigue ready to hammer each session


Physique Notes:
Continuing to hold a lean dry and vascular look as weight climbs



Overall Thoughts This Week:
Excited for every session, I am very eager to push every session and grow as much as I can. Very keen to see what we can achieve this growth phase

Strength / Endurance / physical Changes:
Strength climbing nicely on most lifts still even without the food bump yet, endurance is up and cardio has become notibly easier



Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
As we reach peak saturation I am become, rounder, fuller and muscle much harder, still holding a lean state and dropping a bit of bf at the same time without food bump.
Vascularity is increasing too, pumps are solid each session

Recovery Speed:
No issues with recovery or fatigue ready to hammer each session

Continuing to hold a lean dry and vascular look as weight climbs
