“The overall look is amazing and super happy with how your physique has responded over the course of the past week, damn near 2kg down is fkn amazing rate of loss and you hoenstly look more muscular and fuller as well so I couldn’t be fkn happier with how it’s all gone
Rate of loss is incredible but as we have such a small timeframe I want to push you down a little harder and am keen to see how that goes for you as you’re not flattening off at all so we can afford to.”

Training days are 2,399 calories made up of 213g protein, 300.5g carbs and 30.8g fat

Rest days are 1,973 calories made up of 214g protein, 153g carbs and 49g fat.

I like the cycling of the calories. That's a cliche way to do it but it actually works well in most people. @JackedPingu

Apologies for my absence, I fell out of love with the gym and had a little time off.

Been married just over 4 weeks and life is good on that front!

Had my first session back tonight and the plan is to get shredded and be healthy, we’ve left behind the plan of competing for now to get the passion back.

Part of the reason we think this has happened is due to retatrutides impact on apathy and dopamine, I’ll be swapping to tirz in the near future and have concluded my time with Reta.

Hello brothers,

Apologies for my absence, I fell out of love with the gym and had a little time off.

Been married just over 4 weeks and life is good on that front!

Had my first session back tonight and the plan is to get shredded and be healthy, we’ve left behind the plan of competing for now to get the passion back.

Part of the reason we think this has happened is due to retatrutides impact on apathy and dopamine, I’ll be swapping to tirz in the near future and have concluded my time with Reta.

Reps in reserve tonight, slightly lower weight but still felt strong; will gradually go back to full boar training @Raptor Rep
