I didnt track any this week diet hasn't really changed , only dinner changes daily
What do you need to improve on for next week?
Sleep yet again, snoring has got so bad im sleeping on the couch, poor sleep could also be CNS overloaded atm?

Little nipply atm and do have a little hard pea size lump near left nipple.
With the CNS haven't had a deload in 18+ weeks, but workouts arent suffering, if anything never felt stronger, and each workout i just smash it. Normally when CNS is burntout i lose strength.
