Naw never tried those. My elbow was complaining a bit on dips today now that you mention it. I love the mountain dogs stuff. Gonna look at up.
You wont be disapointed , like a reverse shrug easiest way to explain it , once the muscle engages can feel it working the whole chest. But do it at the end of workout, i will have to start loading them up weighted

Do you have any specific problems you're trying to fix up with it?
Just ware and tear, first course is finished now, 10mg for 10 days. All joints feeling pretty good. Its meant to stick around for a few months. Ill keep EVO updated as time goes on. Gotta do everything possible at this age to stay fit and training daily

I bet you its low, if your suffering with sleep that bad. Your quite lean, eq absolutely nuked me, took quite a high dose of test to get right
Could be, but without bloods just don't know. Libido is through the roof, normally with low e2 its really low, hence my thinking, and also feeling a little nipply this last week.

On the poor sleep, Im wondering if its exhausted CNS , i havn't had a deload in over 18 weeks and every workout is constant progressions.

Or mrs said i stopped breathing the other night and snoring has gotten way worse on this bulk, could be sleep apnea waking me up as well.

18 weeks is pretty crazy mate. I know for me sleep is the thing that tells me it's time for a de-load. Usually every 8 weeks or so.

It is a late year for mangoes , Ive seen them as early as middle Jan. Its been a pretty mild summer.

Waking up and not quality sleep , same stack i was on before and it was great then. I did have a baclofen pre bed last night which does turn the CNS off and had a pretty good sleep so maybe do just need a bit of time off. But damn dont want to skip a week, still plenty of gains still to get
