Daily thoughts
Cycle update - Honoured to be a part of Team SCL
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:
Test E - Nice easy pin today. Still as smooth as ever. Just loving this.
Deca - Not today.
EQ - Not today. Still Looking a little tighter in places. Endurance in sessions is certainly better.
Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today. Second 20mg taken this afternoon. Took usual dose regardless of training or not to keep it up in my system. This seems to work for me.
Overall - All I can do is repeat that I am still finding an increase in strength and endurance over the course of the entire session. Re-interating that I am still not at peak yet.

I received today from
@RGSX their Regenex Gold Standard Vital Cycle Support from a competition I was successful. Thankyou for the awesome delivery.
As I am in a full cycle swing I will be implementing it straight away to see how it goes. I will keep you all updated.
So on to something else.
I wrote a response to
@waggat this morning that I thought I would expand on this. See brother no offence. It has become a bit of a theme lately.
He asked me about my high protein intake and whether it was from a cut/re-comp.
I will answer that in January
@LevButlerov , said to increase my protein, so I did. And it worked.
However everyone, please understand, nutrition, supplements, PEDs and Peptides in recomp, cut, bulk and whatever, is all new to me from a "look at it seriously" point of view. This was always the way until last year when I looked at Evo for the first time.
I started lifted in gyms from 16 years old for my sporting pursuits and to stop me doing serious damage elsewhere. I should at this point state that I had a perfectly normal upper middle class upbringing. No drugs, no issues, normal friends and a healthy sporting obsession with soccer and athletics.
What I have always had, however, was a quick temper and a deep rage that was just there, always has been, still is. Sport helped control this a bit, but when my attitude really started needing adjustment I started lifting at 16.
It has literally saved my life and gave me focus and more importantly an outlet for these dark energies. Whenever I feel stressed, overwhelmed or just fucking angry and wanting violence with anything and everything, I would use iron therapy to channel this and reduce it back to its usual simmer.
It is so much a part of my life that I have always been in a gym every year since 1983. I might have a few months off here and there over the years but I always ended up back at the iron conducting therapeutic practices.
A couple of times I have stated that I enjoy reading Dave Tate's article "The Void" but that is because it is 100% who I am. To read that is to understand why I do what I do in the gym and more importantly wh I do it.
The reason I still lift and will always do so is No.1 its mentally important for me, and reasons 2,3,4 ect are a long way behind this.
Just yesterday, I came home was getting uptight about nothing and everything and my beautiful patient wife told me to go out to the gym and unwind myself. I did and it worked, as it always does. So training is still vital in my life and I suppose always will be.
Much Love Evo Fam
