Final day on my training push before I take off 2 days before my bloodwork. My body needs a rest pretty badly. Chest was still sore from chest day Monday and my incline press struggled like never before. Apart from that I was able to make some decent progression from last week but man was I tired after. My entire body is feeling it today.

Surprisingly my recovery spiked up decently today. My body is really sore but I have plenty of energy. Happy to be on a rest day though. Tomorrow should be a good day.

Working on upping my carbs bit by bit and seeing how I can adjust. We'll see how far I can take it.

my daughter tried that one time as a kid. I ended up whipping out the belt and force feeding her the fat. I don't know why your parents didn't do that to you.

Yea when I posted my log and I looked through my pics I realized I forgot to take a pic of dinner and thought awww I'm gonna get it for this one. Plenty of rice and less protein than usual. COR should arrive today.

Haha I'm not a metabolic machine like you bro. You're probably someone who could eat burgers and pizza and still look amazing lol. I'll do my best though. Doubt I can push anywhere near 900 but 700 might be achievable. Worried about what my body composition is gonna look like with all the added carbs though. We'll see

You don't stop your test and peds a couple days before your bloodwork? My doc always tells me not to pin within a couple days of bloodwork. Other members have also advised not pinning within a couple days too.

Not sure how much longer I'm gonna from. We'll see what my bloodwork says and how my body is managing. I had that month off while I had that bad flu and I've been back full on for about 5 weeks now. Maybe push it another few weeks but I'm just going with the flow really.

I'm glad they didn't lol. I probably woulda got endless beatings cuz that never really worked on me. They also tried the move where I couldn't leave the table until I finished everything but that didn't work either. I'd figure out ways to get rid of the food or just sit there for a few hours until I had to get ready for bed.

Really the only things I never ate was fat off meat or Brussel sprouts so those meals were a fight in my younger year until my parents finally gave in.

I think with the fatigue it's definitely a combination of both. I'm about hit 7 weeks straight of training with no deload which is fine if I get my rest days when I need them. Work has been hectic too so I'm sure that's adding to the trouble.

Elbow was surprisingly good. No trouble at all on overheads this week. A little irritated the following morning but not any worse overall.

When I started TRT I did the typical twice a week. Then I switched to EOD for a while and now ED with the Tren. I prefer the EOD or ED cuz I can use slin pins and it's much smoother. Based on what I've seen it helps control the peaks and valleys too which makes managing e2 easier. Anything over 250mg per week I need to consider adding an AI so it helps keep things consistent imo.

Sometimes. I was beat. Never beat my kids. I won’t even fight someone if they can’t put up a real fight no matter what they do. I just deflect everything and let them wear themselves out

I think my line of work when I was older calmed me down and made me think about my actions and repercussions more. Then eventually I just all together smartened up.

My 2 younger brothers progressively got less beatings than I did. My youngest bronl is 8 years younger and he barely got touched, he's the calmest of us.

All my friends that were like me all got beat good at home too. I think beating your kids only leads them down a negative path in life.

It's good when guys like you break the cycle.

Naw I remember you explained what you went through as a kid and that was on a whole different level from just beatings. Your situation was survive or break so you didn't have much of a choice. Most who grew up like you wouldn't be functioning members or society, so that's probably just natural will power. I think you are the way you are in spite of what you went through.

Honestly I think there’s way more people like me than people realize. And it may have something to do with the severity. I wasn’t just beat, I was basically tortured. Well. Not basically, I was tortured. In many ways. So the first time I faced violence outside my home I was paralyzed. And later, I was able to to sort of unload the violence that I had internalized onto bullies and a few unsuspecting adults who tried me. It’s not a good thing and it’s not a good feeling and there’s just no way someone would want to relive that except maybe the few who become actual psychopaths.

Nah i always pin right up to the day, and get bloods before that days pin.

If your still building muscle might as well keep at it but obviously go by the blood work.

And also im only a couple pounds behind you now , if you come off ... well ill be bigger 🤣🤣

Aint that the truth. I think if you're of a certain age beatings were the norm and it seems like this generation of parents doesn't really continue the cycle which is really good imo. I think you definitely are the norm instead of the exception thankfully

Early blood work is back. Things look surprisingly good. Tren and proviron has the SHBG pretty low. My HDL is always low and creatine kinase is always high.

Rest days are tough but appreciated the time off prior to my bloods. Glad you mentioned that!

Liver and kidney usually come back right away. Estradiol isn't a problem either for the basic test. I'm supposed to get a high sensitivity estrogen result too but I'm pretty sure I gotta wait on that one. Zinc and c peptide always take about a week to come back. IGF1 took almost 2 weeks once.

I was actually kinda surprised cuz my estrogen shows in range but the test is above the measurable level. Tren is supposed to mess with both values. Basically I'm like 50/50 if that's an hs estrogen reading.

There’s a guy, he’s a YouTuber, on tren and estradiol only for years. He’s got his shit together on the very surface. Like it is working for him last I checked, but if you watch more than a few videos he’s 🤔 not a role model? Hahaha. I missed my check in yesterday, just too busy with work to make the time. Life is crazy right now.

Did my bloodwork on Saturday and was excited to train later that day. Unfortunately an emergency call came in and I ended up working all day into the night. We had to go out with friends that night too so I committed the greatest sin and missed a training day. Worst part is with my schedule lately I just don't have the energy or time to make it up. Can't stand missing days.

Ate like shit on Saturday night cuz we went to a bar. No drinking for me but I ate fried calamari, fries, and sliders. Woke up looking like a fat ass.

Hit my training on Sunday and it didn't go as well as I hoped. Having 3 days off in a row I thought I'd kill it but it was like my body forgot how to train. Kinda felt like I got off to a bit of a slow start but picked up as I continued.

Chest day on Monday back on schedule. Another long workday messing with my eating, but I'm managing. I picked up a bigger lunch bag so I can bring more food to work with me and stop jamming all my later meals so close together.

Felt strong yesterday but I was pretty tired. Shoulda hit 2 plates for 6 fairly easily but I struggled to lockout the 6th rep. I thought I was high enough to rack it on the hooks but I bounced off the front and nearly dropped the bar on my face. I had my safety straps on but it turns out they're a bit too low on the back. Luckily I landed the bar on the safety strap pins, scarred my power rack, but saved my head. Never dropped a bench press like that before, usually I throw it towards my legs. Adjusting the straps going forward.

Other than that just another standard rushed workout. So much homework lately my life feels completely fucked. I like getting all my work done and having nothing hanging over my head, but lately I'm forever buried and can't catch up. Drowning in work. Guess it's a good problem to have but doesn't feel like it when you're in it.

Dinner was roast beef and Yorkshire puddings

Yea bro usually I'm really good at managing it all. Finding efficiency in everything I do in life is a habit I can't even escape lol. Its just too much right now. Can't keep up and just no time to.dig out. I'm hoping my this weekend I'll finalize these 2 giant bids I'm working on and be able to catch-up on the day to day a be a little normal again.

It's not physical strength it is quick decisions that are now becoming a casualty. Be careful, next one might not be so fortunate....been there, done this exact thing.....got hurt.....in my back....out for a fair bit. I would spare you that. 🩵

There’s a guy, he’s a YouTuber, on tren and estradiol only for years. He’s got his shit together on the very surface. Like it is working for him last I checked, but if you watch more than a few videos he’s 🤔 not a role model? Hahaha. Like cool you’re not a methhead anymore but implying that tren made you a better person in anyway (let alone every way) is a hard sell hahaha
Tren is the one thing every young influencer has to promote to get popular it seems.

Did my bloodwork on Saturday and was excited to train later that day. Unfortunately an emergency call came in and I ended up working all day into the night. We had to go out with friends that night too so I committed the greatest sin and missed a training day. Worst part is with my schedule lately I just don't have the energy or time to make it up. Can't stand missing days.

Training was good yesterday. A little bit tired but still managed to make some progression on my back movements. Everything else was stuck at the same reps as last week. Skipped my reverse hypers to spare the any unnecessary fatigue. I knew I had a big demo day at work today so that's a solid workout in itself and I needed the energy.

On the energy front, my local peptide source just landed some oral SLU and I got it today. Going to add in 250mcg with lunch and see how that goes and adjust from there if needed.

Dinner last night was beef quesadillas with sweet potatoes. Started eating the potatoes and realized I forgot to take a pic lol

Early blood work is back. Things look surprisingly good. Tren and proviron has the SHBG pretty low. My HDL is always low and creatine kinase is always high.

@BeMe It's the low quality oils that they cook the food in that make you feel like ass the next day. Those oils really get into your body and start sticking to things and making you feel like shit. That's why I avoid restaurant or takeout food. I always prep my own food.

I gotta ask about that estrogen reading. It's supposed to be a HS estrogen test but I don't think it is. If it's just a standard test the Tren could be making it look elevated like my test.

The rest of my results came in. C pep is a little low which is new for me.

My energy levels are just hanging in right now I've been holding off on the intensifiers. I did throw a bicep dropset in though. This weekend when I train I should have more gas in the tank to push.

Yea we don't go out those kinds places much and I don't each fried food very often so it hits me hard. Everyone was sharing food so I didn't wanna be the guy who orders my own meal. There wasn't much to choose from even if I did

Thankfully the Tren is keeping me going so it has its benefits. If I was off cycle right now there's no way I could keep up a 5 day split and I'd need a deload for sure. No matter how tired I am when I start moving the weights I snap back to life. May not be optimal, but it's making the most of a tough situation.

It's just beef quesadillas rolled up then pressed in a Panini press and some air fried sweet potatoes. You guys eat tons of this down in Cali right.

Really this just a quick way to use up the leftover roast beef lol

drops are good but you can do more as you clear up more of your projects

I would not treat that e2 as some scary number tbh :D @BeMe , page 4 shows estradiol 138 thats not high, medium moderate I would say.
seems Estradiol not sensitive or LCMS, so it looks more like a standard assay.
Those standard estradiol immunoassays are less reliable at lower ranges and can get thrown off by tren but usually to the high side like peak over 200, you dont have that.

On the c pep, 323 pmol/L is only a little low and converts to 0.323 nmol/L, which is still above the common insulin deficiency cutoff around 0.2-0.25 last time i checked. I'll recheck again a little later in the day to make sure though.
 
It's just beef quesadillas rolled up then pressed in a Panini press and some air fried sweet potatoes. You guys eat tons of this down in Cali right.

Really this just a quick way to use up the leftover roast beef lol

Thankfully the Tren is keeping me going so it has its benefits. If I was off cycle right now there's no way I could keep up a 5 day split and I'd need a deload for sure. No matter how tired I am when I start moving the weights I snap back to life. May not be optimal, but it's making the most of a tough situation.
Tren is one of those that when you step foot into the gym, you turn into an animal.
 
Yea we don't go out those kinds places much and I don't each fried food very often so it hits me hard. Everyone was sharing food so I didn't wanna be the guy who orders my own meal. There wasn't much to choose from even if I did
its easy for me to avoid restaurants as I'm OCD anyway.

I missed my check in yesterday, just too busy with work to make the time. Life is crazy right now.

Did my bloodwork on Saturday and was excited to train later that day. Unfortunately an emergency call came in and I ended up working all day into the night. We had to go out with friends that night too so I committed the greatest sin and missed a training day. Worst part is with my schedule lately I just don't have the energy or time to make it up. Can't stand missing days.

Ate like shit on Saturday night cuz we went to a bar. No drinking for me but I ate fried calamari, fries, and sliders. Woke up looking like a fat ass.

Hit my training on Sunday and it didn't go as well as I hoped. Having 3 days off in a row I thought I'd kill it but it was like my body forgot how to train. Kinda felt like I got off to a bit of a slow start but picked up as I continued.

Tonight's gonna be a quickly update. Sneaking it in real quick. It's my 16th anniversary with my wife so tonight's her night.

Training was good yesterday. A little bit tired but still managed to make some progression on my back movements. Everything else was stuck at the same reps as last week. Skipped my reverse hypers to spare the any unnecessary fatigue. I knew I had a big demo day at work today so that's a solid workout in itself and I needed the energy.

On the energy front, my local peptide source just landed some oral SLU and I got it today. Going to add in 250mcg with lunch and see how that goes and adjust from there if needed.

Dinner last night was beef quesadillas with sweet potatoes. Started eating the potatoes and realized I forgot to take a pic lol

Looks like a good workout there hitting back hard! Over 200 on seated rows seems pretty serious! Any reason for three row variations and no pulldown / pull-up?
 
I would not treat that e2 as some scary number tbh :D @BeMe , page 4 shows estradiol 138 thats not high, medium moderate I would say.
seems Estradiol not sensitive or LCMS, so it looks more like a standard assay.
Those standard estradiol immunoassays are less reliable at lower ranges and can get thrown off by tren but usually to the high side like peak over 200, you dont have that.

The annoying thing is when I handed them the requisition I specifically pointed out it's a high sensitivity LCMS test. I did that cuz they didn't charge me for it and I was pretty sure I had to pay. Then they double checked and said it was covered.

Ya the c pep worried me a little bit but all my other insulin related markers look good so I'm not really sure what that could be. Maybe the Tren playing tricks?

Yea the three variations are all focusing on different areas of my back. Trying to hit them in isolation to make sure I'm getting each part for sure.

Seated row is a moving v-bar type attachment so it goes from super narrow on extension and opens up just wide enough for me to hit a really good contraction for my lats.

T-barbell row is standing, so some good lower back from the bracing and I use a medium width grip attachment trying to focus on the mid back.

Then the chest supported row is a wide mag grip about my shoulders width. With the wide grip I pull more towards my chest level and hit the upper back really good.

Figure with the split I'm running and volume I get for my back I can focus on a little more and make sure I'm not missing anything by doing the bigger compounds.

i try and watch all the best picture nominees. except cartoons, geek movies, or sci fi. just not into those genres

Sinners broke the record for most nominations. 16 total. it was a helluva movie.

That 1 arm landmine row is kinda like a meadows row. I love both of them. Any unilateral stuff for the lats really hits good cuz you can get a way better contraction.

Do you use a incline bench for bracing when you do the 1 arm t bar?

i won't tell you what happens in it but its a combination of musical, thriller, horror, comedy and more. brilliant movie and screen play by Coogler once again. only person i could see writing a better script would be quentin tarantino
