Thoughts...
What a decent session. I felt every rep. Fuck I had so much fun just running myself ragged through this volume. I really enjoy my weekends where I can just get lost in the sets.
Still not happy with the look. I fucked up last night and ate too many carbs, loving my pane de casa sour dough and slow cooked stews... Run it up to 94kg from yesterdays 91... Oof... Anyway, being a bit bloated, I had trouble getting a good shot, but a couple of young ladies were nice enough to help me with some photos today.
I've practically only eaten beef brisket vegetable stew and sour dough today...
Still walking the fine line of bulking and not getting too fat or fluffy at the same time.
So I'm not expecting to look any better till the end of next week. Anyhow, thats how it goes, nothing that a few days in the gym and eating with more sensibility can't fix.
