You’re absolutely correct! Sometimes all you get is a functional trainer and some dumbbells.Cables, bands etc - make for great workouts in a hotel and on the road too
We always make do with what we got though!
You’re absolutely correct! Sometimes all you get is a functional trainer and some dumbbells.Cables, bands etc - make for great workouts in a hotel and on the road too
Thanks bro! @LevButlerov is killing me with the cardio. Gives me a break for like 2 weeks then ask if I can jump back up smh…I love a challenge!@Tankie pushing a hell of a workout! the cardio looks great as well. pushing it nicely
Thank you sir! I really dig throwing in one body resistance exercise!Another fantastic job on this training. I like your repetitions and your sets. My favorite of all is the dips at the end. You're going to do a lot of damage with those. @Tankie
You wrote this and now when I get out there I’m mentally trying for that 2 miles in 20 mins. Got close today. Think I was 1.85.Really love the cardio. @Tankie hitting almost two miles in twenty minutes is not bad at all. Most guys can't even do a mile in under ten.
It’s works for me you know! Weight is slowly increasing so to me that’s all that matters.@Tankie Bros, cable crossovers are always fun to hit and I like the straight bar push downs as well. Those are good too.
Thank you sir! There’s nothing crazy about what I do but works for me. Time to time through something else in there but overall it’s pretty much the same.Overall a great workout my friend. Keep up the good work; that's the type of iron training we really love. I really appreciate the simple training and the amount of repetitions you're doing. @Tankie
lol they were. I just laughed to myself when I couldn’t do the 45. Finished with 25 so I was wasn’t totally exhausted.@Tankie big difference in doing those dips at the beginning of training and at the end, it happens man. Your muscles were exhausted.
its the cardio pushThanks bro! @LevButlerov is killing me with the cardio. Gives me a break for like 2 weeks then ask if I can jump back up smh…I love a challenge!
perfectThanks bro! Felt good to slip in a day of variety.
the psyllium is cheap and worth the add easy to control hungerI’ll check it out but think u may hold off for a second and see if I can manage it.
Almost time to start looking at post cycle macros. Training really won’t change but diet may.
Next week is 3 days travel. Diet takes a slight hit but it will be alrightNice sweet, short update bro. Safe travels![]()
lol that’s funny… I did substitute the planks that day. Nice catch!Travel day is good keeping carbs highand lets get the planks in there @Tankie
Thanks bro! After travel next week I am on a mission to finish strong. I have this vision that I see of myself and are mentally prepared to push for it! It’s been a long journey and I’m stoked to the accomplishment!@Tankie Numbers look amazing.....
In on psyllium husk daily. Thought you was referring to the otherthe psyllium is cheap and worth the add easy to control hunger![]()
You look goodEnd of 7th week vs end of 12th week.
Had a compliment on the shoulders today from a gym bro kinda cool!
thats your viewFYI if there isn’t much change then say so. Don’t blow smoke up my ass. Not everyone gets trophies were I come from!
You look goodstrong shoulders pumped and arms bigger and you look leaner, overall nice recomp @Tankie EVO family support!
thats your viewi respectfully disagree, we all have body dysmorphia here and I think you look amazing, making good progress.

same bodyweight but you look leaner alreadyI see some change also feel it. Almost forgot…
Still same body weight = 178ish
Measurements have me around 15% body fat.
Would like to finish around 14%. Under that would be outstanding.
@Tankie I can definitely tell the difference: man, bigger muscles and more shaped cuts to them. Progression is definitely being made.End of 7th week vs end of 12th week.
Had a compliment on the shoulders today from a gym bro kinda cool!
I never thought of that but makes sense!Good point re not everyone gets trophy's
But we are our biggest critics what we see in the mirror is generally different to what others see
Working it brother!same bodyweight but you look leaner already![]()
I like to think I see it too. Feel thicker more vascular. Wife says I’m obsessed with way myself, always have to be looking in mirror. We work hard for this shit and we should be right, lol.@Tankie I can definitely tell the difference: man, bigger muscles and more shaped cuts to them. Progression is definitely being made.
lets not bring up PF lol i get razzed on enough about how i used to work out at one lolBro I’m 12 weeks done and I’m not the biggest guy in the gym by no means but bros are noticing! Oh did I mention I go to planet fitness lol @Mobster

That's something good to shoot for man. As long as you're getting in some good exercise, that's all that counts. You wrote this and now when I get out there I’m mentally trying for that 2 miles in 20 mins. Got close today. Think I was 1.85.
I think you're looking great personally. I see some improvement. Slow and steady improvement is keepable gains. @TankieEnd of 7th week vs end of 12th week.
Had a compliment on the shoulders today from a gym bro kinda cool!
EVO family respect you working hard. And yes I notice. I read everything.Thank you sir! I really dig throwing in one body resistance exercise!
Dips at the end really put me in my place. Wondering if anyone was paying attention lol
I like your style man. @Tankie one of the things I want you to continue to improve is recomposition: gain more muscle and keep losing fat. You're making good progress but a year from now I expect big things from you.FYI if there isn’t much change then say so. Don’t blow smoke up my ass. Not everyone gets trophies were I come from!
you are pushing yourself. that is the main thing!Thank you sir! There’s nothing crazy about what I do but works for me. Time to time through something else in there but overall it’s pretty much the same.
Still working on the back though… you’ll see with the update pics. The back muscles are taking as long to define as the love handles are taking to go away.
Bros that's a one way to look at it.It’s works for me you know! Weight is slowly increasing so to me that’s all that matters.
The crossovers work so much better for me than flies. More control I think.

Looking good mate. You look leaner to me and if your bodyweight is the same then that's a win!End of 7th week vs end of 12th week.

It's made a minor difference in mine I'd say try it out. I'm running 5mg into loose skin from left to right across the lower belly fat. Like a lot of peptides it's not instant and not unlike GH it seems to take a few months to start to plump up the loose skin to appear less wrinkly.Hey brother! Thinking about jumping on some GHK-CU.
