I want to share my experience with evo family

As I was upping my deca dose i started to get prolactin gyno. I started deca at 60mg a wk and gradually went up to 200mg a wk. After 2weeks at 200mg tje prolactin gyno started. I lowered the deca to 80mg a wk and I can feel tje prolactin gyno is going away.

Trt plus blast regiment to get ready for the summer
Testosterone enanthate 360mg a wk
Eq 300mg a wk
Deca 80mg a wk
Proviron 25mg ed

Going to add in
Hgh 1.5iu am and 1.5iu pm
Tbol 50mg ed

@jerseyshoremuscles won't go wrong with those meals right there. Mexican food is good. I get the 365 fajita wraps. They are quality.

The food looks terrific. I don't think you can go wrong with Mexican food. @jerseyshoremuscles it can be perfectly healthy if cooked and prepped correctly.

I like to cook. I need to start counting macros per meal and see how many calories I am eating a day
@jerseyshoremuscles Bros, my wife cooks most of the food in my house. She insists. I'm going to have to show her this. That food looks really good, reminds me of the Mexican food I get crossing the border.

My training in the gym has been inconsistent. I am walking over 15,000 steps a day. My diet is clean and high protein at every meal. I am drinking over 1 gallon of water a day.

My goal is to loss body fat and tighten up my stomach.

Here is my gym schedule

Good that you're hitting 15k steps per day.

Just be careful with 6 training days per week. You wouldn't want the sessions to be too long.
